Completely renovated, this air-conditioned accommodation of 85m² can accommodate 4 to 6 people. It has 2 bedrooms with double bed 160 and a folding bed (double 140) to be installed in the living room if necessary, a fully equipped kitchen, a bathroom with toilet, a bathroom. private water to a room and a toilet.

All linen, water, electricity, tourist taxes and internet are included in the rental price.

Appartement idéalement placé pour profiter des levers de soleil sur la Méditerranée, de la promenade de bord de mer, des environs … Il est conforme à l’annonce, bien équipé, grand et lumineux pour les pièces à vivre (moins lumineux pour les chambres, mais on n’y reste que peu tant il y a à faire aux alentours !), les 2 salles de bain et WC sont un plus quand on est nombreux. Mention spéciale pour l’insonorisation : nous sommes arrivés pendant la fête américaine (ambiance garantie, activités pour petits et grands) : stands et donc monde non stop du matin au soir sous les fenêtres les 2 premiers jours, aucun bruit dans l’appartement quand les baies vitrées sont fermées ! Nicolas est un hôte prévenant, disponible pour répondre aux diverses questions. Christelle qui nous a accueillis et était là aussi pour notre départ est une personne très agréable, disponible et arrangeante. Un sans faute pour ces vacances. Nous reviendrons avec grand plaisir dans cet appartement pour continuer à découvrir cette belle région !

Une semaine d'avril parfaite, dans un appartement au top comme sur les photos, situé idéalement et cette vue exceptionnelle sur la mer est très reposante. L'accueil de Christelle a été très agréable, souriant et bienveillant.

Super séjour à Argeles. L’appartement était aussi bien en vrai que sur photos. Très bon accueil. On a même pu prolonger le séjour d’une nuit supplémentaire pour notre plus grand bonheur. Bref tout était parfait! Un grand merci au propriétaire et à Christelle qui s’est occupée de notre arrivée et départ. On reviendra c’est sur 😃😃😃

Situation idéale pour l'accès aux promenades et à la plage. Appartement lumineux, surtout pour la pièce à vivre. Les chambres sont plus sombres. Le plus : salle de bain privative pour chaque chambre, c'est idéal quand on vient avec des amis.

Appartement à recommander. Quelques détails, en regard du tarif de location, tels que sommier literie parentale trop bruyant (mais très bon matelas), taies d’oreiller en synthétique (coton serait plus supportable en été), coussins de chaises salle à manger méritant des housses, canapé salon pas tout à fait confortable, manque d'un climatiseur avec un split par chambre ou à défaut un ventilateur dans la seconde chambre nuancent notre appréciation, mais le charme et l'ambiance intérieure de l'endroit l'emportent cependant!

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour fin octobre. L'appartement est superbe, fonctionnel, spacieux, idéalement placé. Je remercie le propriétaire qui nous a facilité l'arrivée très tardive du fait d'une arrivée nocturne à l'aéroport de Perpignan. En basse saison, dans le calme, avec un temps splendide, je recommande sans réserve l'appartement.

Nous avons passé une très bonne semaine dans ce très bel appartement au cœur d'Argelès plage. Baies vitrées donnant sur une vue fantastique, nous nous en lassions pas Appartement très spacieux, très propre, tout équipé, décoré avec beaucoup de gout. Contacts avec le propriétaire très sympathiques, sans oublier Christelle qui nous a accueilli sur place. Une personne très très gentille ! Bref, vous pouvez y aller les yeux fermés, je recommande ce bel appartement en plus encadré par deux supers restaurants..

Location is great! The view of the Mediterranée is incredible, a pleasure to wake up to it every morning, and relax in the evening. Well equipped apartment. Literally steps to many restaurants with terraces to the sea. On a pedestrian way so no car noises. Parking is only 50 metres from apartment and it's free. A/C in case it gets too hot. Can't say enough good things about Chrystelle (who received us and came back for the check out) very responsive to any needs and very friendly. Same thing about Nicolas, the owner, quick response to any email, and agreeable. During June, crowds are not large and it was very enjoyable! The beach is literally your front yard. We will go back, hopefully soon!

Avec ses 2 salles de bain et la surface de l’appartement, il permet d’accueillir 2 couples dans de très bonnes conditions. Nous recommandons cette location. Perfect! Fantastic views of the promenade and sea, stylish apartment with ample room for 4, prompt and friendly communication with Nicolas and Badia, fantastic location near bars and restaurants. We have stayed in many places in Argeles but this is definitely our number one choice and we hope to be back next year!

Nous avons tout apprécié : l'accueil de Badhia, l'emplacement, l'équipement dans la cuisine, la grande literie très confortable dans les 2 chambres, le grand salon avec TV, wifi..., sans oublier la vue avec le lever du soleil sur la mer en prenant son PDJ. EXCELLENT !!
