Was very nice and would definitely return , avoiding the bar

Layout was good , modern and contemporary with plenty open space .

Reception staff were great with a warm and friendly welcome , however guy behind the bar had a right attitude and more interested in watching the football than serving . A complete bell-end

Had a fantastic stay, and we loved this hotel

The rooms were so comfortable and luxurious, much better than expected for the price, and the staff were very friendly and helpful! We would stay here again if planning another trip to Dundee.

If I had to find a criticism, the mugs at breakfast smelled soapy! We used take-away cups for that reason, but would prefer not to do that for environmental reasons. I think the mugs need rinsed better.

Breakfast good, to suit all tastes. The accommodation met our needs very well, though I'd have liked a teapot! Staff provided an extra duvet for me for under my sore back. Very helpful staff.

Better publicity for the wee get-togethers with complimentary drinks, the info leaflet needs to be improved. Better instructions for shower to prevent a scalding! A teapot is a must for me please.

Great place to stay. If we go back to Dundee we will stay there again

The room was great and had everything we needed. Breakfast was good to. Staff are amazing they should all receive a pat on the back.

The water wasn't very hot. But they said they would get it sorted.

A great stay - the property overdelivers considering the price.

Everything. Great room, cosy bed, perfect shower and lovely to have the kitchenette area. Breakfast was really nice with loads of choice.

Location superb and the relaxed breakfast plentiful and tasty , cooked or continental . M and s 3 min walk away to buy food to cook in room

The parking charges felt like they were squeezing every last penny out of you. Felt it was steep . Better to park at car park down road it’s free between 6 at night till 8 in morning

Everything is great. Location staff and rooms

One poor lad dealing with breakfast is not enough. Tables were all crumbs and ring marks not his fault he was working alone as far as I could see and he never halted but I would not have fancied talking all that myself.

Perfect place for weekends

Breakfast was good & hot would have been nice if they had breakfast a bit more festive Xmas morning

The fact people staying with dogs were passing you as you were eating ,also would be better if had a separate part for ones with dogs

Fantastic for a few days, kitchen facilities excellent!

Rooms are spacious and comfortable. Separate living room area to bedroom in the apartments.

We had no hot water on the day of departure. We were informed that it was getting switched back on but after waiting 30 minutes we had to check out

Fantastic stopover on our trip to Belgium.

Hotel was excellent, big room with everything you could possibly need, very comfortable bed, great bathroom & shower, great facilities. Hotel is an old Dundee factory/mill that’s been converted into a beautiful Hotel, they’ve done a fantastic job, there is a bit of Dundee history scattered around the place, lovely restaurant with great food, nice sitting area to relax and enjoy a drink from the bar. Fantastic breakfast, also a ten minute walk to Dundee City Centre, would definitely recommend.

Disappointing room in suites tying too hard to be cool

Kitchen facilities, parking. Restoring an old industrial building. Dog friendly..friendly helpful staff

Basement room we were put in because we had a dog had pavement directly outside looking down into our room. Windows were very dirty and it was generally very dark. No recycling facilities that we could see anywhere. Room service food was the worst I have ever had. Good though that this was refunded when I complained.

Good clean spacious room.

clean tidy room, good location,staff was friendly.

breakfast was slow when things ran out of hot food. Parking was full not a-lot of spaces, I did read this beforehand not pleasant trying to find parking and unpacking the car in the rain away from the hotel.

Nice hotel with very helpful staff

The reception staff was fantastic. We were able to park when we arrived around 4:30, but it appeared that there probably wouldn't be enough parking available for all later check-ins. The room was very clean and nice, but It could have used a luggage rack. The breakfast area and food were just average. We could walk to the water and V&A through winding and unattractive roads, but there was really nowhere within walking distance to eat (the hotel restaurant was full.) The renovation of the factory that housed the hotel was icely done.

Modern and spacious rooms with great facilities and lovely staff

We loved this hotel. The room was modern and very well designed with space and everything we needed. Breakfast was great and we could go down whenever we wanted. There was a good gym and good washing facilities

Good comfortable place to stay for a couple of days visiting Dundee.

Convenient location, easy walk to V&A, Verdant Works & Discovery Point, and city centre. Good big room, comfy sofa, equipped kitchen space.

Was difficult to work out how to work the lights in the room. Couldn’t switch on bedside light without other lights coming on.

The best place to stay in Dundee by a mile. The only place I'll be staying on future trips!

I was instantly impressed and felt at ease as soon as I entered the hotel. The reception staff were super friendly, welcoming and very professional. The hotel had a fantastic and calming ambience that I loved. My suite was exceptionally clean, quiet and comfortable. The breakfast room and food were amazing. From start to finish it was just perfect!

Absolutely nothing. I could not fault my experience.
