Between MEDITERRANEAN and MASSIF DES MAURES and their respective activities (water sports, hiking, mountain biking, golf, leisure parks ...), and near the stars on vacation; YOUR STAY will take place in our MAS (CLIMATISE (New reversible air conditioning, works realized in February 2017), and ACCESS WIFI) in REZ OF GARDEN, adjoining with villa (on PRIVATE PROPERTY of 1500m2); entrance, parking, garden area with shaded terrace are PRIVATE; COMFORT and EQUIPMENTS are 'AS IN THE HOME' to receive you FAMILY or BETWEEN FRIENDS. As soon as you get up, your VUE will focus on the garden QUINQUAGENES PINS. LES TERRAIN de BOULES, the HAMAC are at your disposal as well as access to the PRIVATE POOL (# see 'More details' below this text #). The private pool is shared with the owners (1 adult and 2 children 21 and 22 years) and that's why we have established schedules for everyone to enjoy the maximum of this space recreation and relaxation without fear of mutual harm. The hours planned for you, vacationers, and you will be the only profiteers of the swimming pool during these moments there, are: 9h-19h.
Our Cogolin has a non-negligible artisan appeal, recognized worldwide; especially for its carpets (some have been exported to the Middle East, in the most beautiful palaces!), its briar pipes from the Massif des Maures (reputation equal to those of St Claude).
Reeds (small accessories, vibrating essential to the tips of some wind instruments), are (they say in the music world), the best in the world and are manufactured here, with the canisses, harvested on our land!
A very dynamic "Le Lizard" café-theater offers comedy shows every Friday and Saturday night.
A guided tour, free, organized by the tourist office in our village, will explain our history in the heart of the Gulf of St Tropez!

Toller Urlaub in wunderschönem Objekt
Wir können diese Unterkunft nur weiterempfehlen!
Die Wohnung liegt strategisch sehr gut: fussläufig ist ein Bäcker sowie ein großer Supermarkt (Leclerc) in 5 min. Zu erreichen, das Zentrum und somit auch die Restaurants in 10 Minuten. Die Wohnung ist geschmackvoll eingerichtet und lässt keine Wünsche offen. Der Garten mit dem schönen Pool ist das Highlight und täglich von 9-18 Uhr nutzbar. In den Liegestühlen und der bequemen Hängematte vergisst man die Zeit! Der Garten mit Palmen, Pinien und Lavendelstäuchern ist wunderschön. Der Pool und der Garten wird regelmäßig gepflegt. Die Eigentümerin ist sehr herzlich und hilfsbereit - hält sich aber immer zurückhaltend in Hintergrund.
Wir kommen auf alle Fälle sehr gerne wieder!

Super séjour
Nous avons passé de très bons moments dans la petite location de Florence. Le jardin à dispo est magnifique, la piscine est un régal et les proprios super discrets quand on nous y sommes. L'intérieur est très propre, et rend plus grand en vrai que sur les photos. Peut-être un peu sombre mais au final on vit surtout dehors (terrasse et jardin) donc pas si grave. Un petit rosé offert à notre arrivée, et un jus de fruit pour la puce, au top!

Très belle propriété bien située au calme. Maisonnette bien équipée et super climatisée avec très belle piscine. Gentillesse, disponibilité et discrétion de la propriétaire, Madame LABOULAIS. + positiv: Sehr freundliche und zuvorkommende Gastgeberin, schönes klimatisiertes Haus mit allem Komfort, toller wilder Garten und Pool zur alleinigen Nutzung von 10.-18 Uhr, ruhige Lage, guter Ausgangspunkt für Ausflüge.
- negativ: Falsche Information der Fewo-Direkt-Seite: Bettwäsche und Handtücher sind nicht inklusive und kosten extra, Sitzplatz im Freien könnte gemütlicher sein und wird ab 9 Uhr sehr heiß trotz Pergla und Sonnenschirm, nur französische TV-Sender.

Eine wunderbare Wohnung in schöner Gegend

vielen Dank für eine wunderbare Woche. Wir haben uns prima erholt.
Die Wohnung ist wunderbar - liebevoll eingerichtet und hat alles was man für einen guten Urlaub braucht. Die Lage ist ruhig, aber nahe an den Stränden von St.Tropez und zum Einkaufen braucht man nicht mal eine Auto - sowohl die Innenstadt als auch der eleclerk sind in wenigen Minuten zu erreichen. Wir haben selbst gekocht und sind mit der Kücheneinrichtung gut zurecht gekommen. Das Bad ist ausreichend - das Bett sehr gut (ich habe da oft Probleme) und der Garten mit dem schönen Pool laden zu Ruhe und Erholung gerade zu ein. Vor dem Eingang ist ein kleiner Platz zum Essen , sogar mit Grill.

Au calme, bien situé et super logement!
C'est une belle petite maisonnette, bien équipé et propre, au calme et près de l'axe routier qui relie Grimaud, St Tropez, et autres villages de la Cote d'Azur. Florence vous accueille avec un apéro et vous conseille bien sur les endroits sympas et loin de la foule à voir. Le centre de Cogolin est à 10 min à pied et le supermarché à 5 min. C'est une location que nous pourrions refaire dans le futur!

Nous avons passé un super séjour dans le petit havre de paix décoré avec coeur par Florence, notre hôte.
L'appartement était parfait, tout équipé, joliment décoré, très propre! Nous nous sentions comme à la maison.
Florence nous a accueillit avec un délicieux apéritif et nous a même préparé un pot de confiture fait maison. Elle était très attentionnée et de bons conseils pour les promenades.
Idéalement situé à Cogolin, nous pouvions visiter les petits villages et plages magiques à 25 min de voiture.
Merci encore Florence pour ces jolis souvenirs et votre gentillesse!

La location est facile à trouver et est vraiment très bien tenue.
D'une propreté irréprochable, elle offre toute les commodités nécessaire à un séjour parfait. (Nous avons profité de la belle piscine sans aucun soucis)

Nous avons apprécié l'accueil chaleureux et soigné qui nous a été réservé par la propriétaire. La location est propre, très bien décorée et équipée, avec tout le nécessaire si besoin lorsque l'on voyage avec un bébé :-) La localisation est idéale pour rayonner à travers le golfe de Saint-Tropez et le massif des Maures qui offre l'embarras du choix pour de belles découvertes.

Nous gardons un excellent souvenir de notre passage en août 2009. L'accueil très aimable de la propriétaire et sa discrétion nous ont permis un excellent séjour. Nos filles (11 et 12ans) gardent en mémoire les innombrables ploufs dans la piscine en compagnie des filles des bailleurs et pour nous ce furent, par conséquent, des vacances vraiment reposantes. Il est à noter que l'appartement est décoré avec beaucoup de goût et que les petites attentions des propriétaires traduisent le plaisir qu'ils ont à recevoir des locataires. La proximité de St Tropez et de Ste Maxime nous a permis de nous plonger dans l'animation les soirs et de rester au calme lorsque nous le souhaitions. Nous avons particulièrement apprécié le chemin bis que la propriétaire nous a indiqué pour éviter la foule en allant vers les plages de St Tropez. Un unique bémol pource charmant logement en duplex, notament en cas de canicule : l'absence de climatisation. Mais les propriétaires y pensent. Nous reviendrons très certainement, nos enfants y veilleront. A recommander vivement !

Des vacances en amoureux au calme très agréables dues notamment à un accueil très chaleureux des propriétaires, mais aussi à leur discrétion et leur disponibilité (si besoin), durant le séjour. La région est magnifique. L'emplacement de la location est idéal pour découvrir tous les trésors du Var, tout en étant suffisament éloigné de l'agitation estivale. Tout le confort est présent dans la location, on se sentirait presque chez soi!!!! A renouveller quand nous redescendrons dans la région, même avec des enfants, çà ne posera pas de soucis. Nous y retournerons les yeux fermés. Merci encore à cette agréable famille d'avoir contribué à nos excellentes vacances. A bientôt j'espère.

L'appartement ne manque vraiment de rien, il est super bien équipé et décoré avec beaucoup de soin. Les proprietaires sont très accueillants tout en étant discrets. Cogolin est situé à proximité des plages de Ramatuelle et de Saint-Tropez et c'est également un point de départ idéal pour des excursions sur la côte et dans le Massif des Maures. Nous y avons passé un excellent séjour!

Logement calme, propre, entouré d'un jardin bien entretenu.Très belle piscine. La maison est décorée et aménagée avec beaucoup de goût et de soin. Propriétaires sympathiques,discrets,super accueillants et disponibles.Bon rapport qualité prix pour qui souhaite découvrir les différentes plages de la région. Nous avons passé 2 semaines très agréables. Location fortement recommandable même avec un enfant en bas âge.
