About this villa rental
Nestled in a quiet and residential area, a few minutes walk from the famous Jalan Laksmana located in the center of Seminyak, our villa remains above all a space of serenity and refinement.
Nature invites itself into this resolutely modern residence, where refined beauty and absolute comfort come together around its superb turquoise pool surrounded by bougainvilleas, ylang-ylang and other tropical plants. The villa thus offers a unique atmosphere, combining Balinese exoticism and timeless elegance.
Enjoying contemporary and airy architecture, the spacious living room is decorated with real antiques, works of art and local paintings. It brings freshness and sweetness of life at any time of the day.
In the evening, another lounge adjoining the illuminated swimming pool allows you to savor delicious cocktails, while admiring the starry sky. You can also relax in our teak hammock which will rock you and bring you the serenity you've always dreamed of.
The villa also has 2 large air-conditioned bedrooms with King Size beds, equipped with a TV (international cable), ample storage space and a safety deposit box. Each bedroom has its own bathroom in resolutely minimalist and soothing terrazzo, with a shower and an individual bathtub partially open on the vegetation.
Equipped with all the necessary modern equipment, the American kitchen and its dining room offer the possibility of seating up to 8 people. On request, our housekeeper will be happy to introduce you to typical Indonesian dishes.
Attentive staff will be on hand throughout your stay to greet you at the airport, prepare your breakfasts, take care of your laundry, as well as oversee the general management of the villa. A service is also available if you want to rent scooters, a car, organize outings or excursions. On request, our dedicated driver can also take you with our VW Safari of the time on the picturesque Balinese roads and thus leave you with an unforgettable memory of the magnificent landscapes of Bali.
Please note that our villa is not suitable for children, as our swimming pool is not protected by security barriers. Our villa is suitable for people who want to stay in peace; therefore, we will not welcome students who wish to party in our villa.

We have just returned from 9 nights in this villa and wish it could’ve been more. Everything is as described and Putu was excellent and so helpful. An issue with the water supply was fixed within 20 mins even at 9pm, very good. Great location and transport always available. I do think the A$900 cash deposit on check in is a little excessive but it was returned immediately on check out. Overall a fantastic holiday and hopefully ‘we’ll be back!!’

Perfect villa and great location. No running water twice which was fixed within a hour just tough after long days, cleanliness was okay, very tidy but needs a deep clean. Putu was just amazing, so helpful sweet and kind, helped us with everything we needed and nothing was too much trouble.
Agus our driver was certainly one of a kind, he was the highlight of our trip, warm and welcoming, happy to drive anywhere. Spent everyday with Agus and now we call him family.

Absolutely loved this property it was like paradise. Just what we all needed. Communication with the host was faultless. All the staff for the house were so caring and nice. I wish we could have stayed longer! Hands down without a doubt will be going back to this villa. Enjoyed every minute!! And loved the breakfast cooked for us by Puta. She’s amazing!!! - also massages in the villa were spot on. Thankyou so much to all the staff and the host! Keep up the great work

This villa was everything we could of hoped for. When in the villa you would never have known that you were in the heart of the city. It was quiet and peaceful.
The staff, especially Putu were so kind and the food she cooked amazing.
The location was perfect- close to many shops and restaurants.
We can’t wait to return!!!

We had a wonderful stay at the property. The air conditioned bedrooms and adjoining bathrooms were great. Putu who came daily was so lovely, always smiling and so helpful. The pool was the central point of the property and was great for cooling off. Would highly recommend the property and the team who look after it. Would definitely stay again. Thank you

First time in Bali, so we were not sure what to expect. The Villa was very nice and clean. Putu is an exceptional cook and she gave great recommendations for things to see in the area. Our driver, Agus was also great. He took us on a day trip to Ubud. He was knowledgeable and accommodating when showing us around. Great experience- highly recommend!!!!

The property is lovely, clean and spacious.The location is good and easy to navigate to the main streets of Bali. Manuella our host was always quick to respond. The Villa is lovely but unfortunately the kitchen is a let down! It seriously needs updating!

This villa was amazing! When we arrived we couldn’t believe how much bigger it was than the pictures and so beautiful. It had everything we needed and in such a great location. The booking process was simple and streamlined. Manuela was lovely and answered any questions to the lead up of the booking. The check in/out process was so easy thanks to Daisy and Putu, who were both amazing and always there to help with anything we needed during the stay. 10/10 would absolutely recommend this villa to anyone and will be staying again :)

From the moment we first entered the Villa until the last day I found it near perfect. The layout is ideal with 2 large bedrooms overlooking the pool which was a delight to swim in daily.

Overall I would have no hesitation in recommending Villa Hathour Noun. All the staff are good and very helpful particularly Puta and Daisy

Perfect place if you like to relax
We had the best time at the villa. Great location if you don't mind a little walk to the shops and cafe's. The staff was super friendly and rooms were always clean. We would definitely recommend this place for a relaxing holiday in Bali.
Staff was always helpful and attentive when we needed them but also left us alone when we wanted our privacy.

Es hat einfach alles gepasst. Die Bilder von der Villa, sind genauso wie in echt!
Zwei wunderschöne Schlafzimmer, Badezimmer.
Und genug Platz für 4 Personen.
Die Hausdame Putu ist eine fleißige Mitarbeiterin und stand uns immer zur Verfügung. Auch das Frühstück bereitet sie mit viel liebe vor.
Wir können diese Villa nur empfehlen.

We arrived late at night with the toilets broken, and that was the just the start. We lost power twice, lost the villa pump twice, aircon didn’t work properly, pool pump burst, we had drainage blockages and the dirty water came out of the drain and flooded the seating next to the pool ( I have photos) The whole family was sick and we were very careful indeed.
The owner ended up returning two nights stay and I mentioned to them that perhaps until the villa issues had been rectified that maybe it shouldnt be leased.
The environment it is in is challenging as the villas are owned and managed by others, so if you have a very loud neighbour, there is next to nothing they will do. We had a party 4 nights straight right next door and our children and my wife and I could hardly get any sleep. The staff are friendly and so do the best they can. when we had no water we showered in other villas which were generally nicer and didn’t seem to have the power, water, drainage and pump issues our villa had. The owner tried to blame our troubles on the destination! Apparently everything was a bali problem. I had never heard that before !! We had so many problems by the end of our first trip to bali, we will never go back there. It is unfortunate because most people we know like going.... Going on holiday should be fun, this wasn’t. At one point we had to help the villa and staff with personal problems. So no, not really relaxing. We couldn’t wait to leave. Hopefully the owners will make some significant repairs.

Restful, stylish oasis
Ideal for a grown-up family looking for a luxurious, characterful retreat not too far off the beaten track. The villa makes a good first impression and continues to reveal clever touches and high-quality features over the course of one's stay. The garden was cunningly planted and beautifully lit at night, so we got different pleasures at every time of day. The staff - housekeeper, gardener, driver and liaison - were professional and friendly. Our only quibbles were proximity to sometimes noisy neighbouring holidaymakers, and mosquitoes in the one open-air bathroom. Those wanting to be in the thick of it should note that it's a taxi ride from most restaurants and tourist spots; and that the trip can take half an hour at peak traffic times.

Die Villa liegt in einer ruhigen Wohngegend, es ist jedoch nicht weit zu vielen Geschäften und Restaurants. Die Villa ist sehr schön eingerichtet, sieht genauso aus, wie auf den Fotos. Wir haben den Aufenthalt sehr genossen und würden jederzeit wiederkommen.
Ein besonderes Lob noch an Putu, die sich sehr um uns bemüht hat. Eine wirklich tolle Köchin, das Essen war super.

La villa dispose de tout ce que l'on est en droit d'attendre pour des vacances réussies: Confort des belles chambres, Salon extérieur très agréable, Magnifique piscine et Jardin tropical. Beaucoup d' espace.
Ajoutez à cela, l'extrême gentillesse de Putu qui se plie en quatre pour rendre agréable notre séjour , l' entretien régulier du jardin et de la piscine.

Alles in allem sehr schön
Die Villa war ursprünglich sehr gut angelegt. Inzwischen sind schon kleine Renovierungsarbeiten erforderlich. Der Garten und Poolbereich sind sehr schön.
Schlafzimmer und Bäder sind funktional und ebenfalls sehr schön. Zu hellhörig, man hört die :Musik und den Lärm der Australier aus den Nachbarhäusern. Wir wurden hervorragend von dem Hausmädchen, Putu, verwöhnt, dass auch für uns gekocht hat.

The bar "sun shoot" nearby is easy to reach by walking and has great food, live music, drinks/cocktails and great food

Our service-personal Iluh (local manager) and Putu (housemaid) have been very very kind to us!
No wish has been left open and you can easily contact them via a provided cellphone or directly per whatsapp to order taxis, scooters, massages, etc. ...
Especially Putu has taken very good care of us and she also cooked awsome food for breakfast and lunch --> Special thanks to her!

Weve been listening to music all day, having fun in the pool and somtimes went to the supermarket to cook our own food!
Some of the guys rating this villa have negatively mentioned the pool-service-guy and that the service-personal is often looking for the villa.
For us this was absolutely no problem --> We even have been happy when the super-kind people hat a look at the villa and we were always making a bit smalltalk
--> Overall weve been 100% lucky with our choice and this was absolutely how we've wanted it to be!

Tutto perfetto fin dall'arrivo con l'autista che ci attendeva in aeroporto.
Una volta arrivati abbiamo conosciuto il personale che ci ha dato un benvenuto con frutta e bevande, dandoci disponibilità massima per ogni evenienza.
Ha fatto la differenza condividere questa esperienza con loro, in primis nei giorni dopo l'arrivo per l'adattamento alla città che dista 15 minuti a piedi e 5 di taxi quindi ubicazione perfetta, sia per la calma del quartiere che presenta altrettante villette con tanto di sorveglianza 24h su 24.
Riguardo la casa che dire, si presenta da sola con le foto ma dal vivo è ancora più bella e confortevole, con il personale che ad ogni mattina mette anima e corpo per mantenere questa bellezza

villa magnifique et au calme
la villa était vraiment superbe, dans un quartier calme mais proche à pied des rues commerçantes. Nous avons passé un très agréable séjour, le personnel était aux petits soins pour nous (PUTU), les managers aussi étaient super sympas, nous ont organisé des excursions, nous reviendrons avec plaisir. Nous avons eu beaucoup de regrets à quitter cette villa.

Cette location était très bien et a participé à rendre notre séjour très agréable.Beaucoup de confort et de bien être dans cette belle maison. Seul petit inconvénient est la route d accès toujours en travaux et la 2ème salle de bain trop ouverte.
