Cotignac is picturesque. The area has so many activities. There are many other villages with market days and good vineyards to visit near by. The villa has everything needed for a fun holiday, adults and children alike. The pool is very good and there is foosball , pool table, table tennis and boules. The hosts Thi and Stephane were more than helpful even dropping off some pancakes and waffles.

Very nice, fully equipped villa with pool. Great host! We stayed 13 persons for a week and enjoyed it a lot. Lot of activities on the premise like boule, pingpong and fussball kept both adults and kids busy. Recommended!

Fantastic stay and amazing hosts!
Thi and Stephane went out of their way to accommodate our needs, particularly for my wheelchair using sister. The ease with which she could get around the property and use the accessible bathroom was a refreshing change. Besides that the property itself has everything you could need including a multitude of activities to keep everyone entertained (swimming pool, pool table, ping pong, boules, fussball, Xbox etc) although the pool was the main event. Slightly too far out from town to walk in 30+ degree heat but has a Spar within 10 mins walk for essentials and plenty of larger supermarket options within easy drive. Outdoor kitchen with extra fridge was a great bonus. Lovely sitting area for the balmy evenings but make sure you take bug spray…
For any wheelchair users, you do need an extendable ramp to get into the front door currently but we found a set that worked ok. Cotignac itself is a lovely small old town with plenty of eating options and a great place to watch the world go by under the shaded areas. Definitely on our return list!

Super séjour dans un havre de paix - maison exceptionelle et propriétaires adorables et disponibles!
Nous avons séjourné 2 semaines dans ce magnifique mas provençale qui est encore mieux en vrai que sur les photos. Tout y était et parfaitement équipé avec des matériaux qualitatifs. Thi et Stéphane sont des propriétaires adorables et très disponible pour tout conseils. La propreté dans la maison ainsi qu’à l’extérieur est irréprochable et la literie est très bonne. Nous étions tristes de devoir quitter les lieux après 2 semaines. Un grand merci à Thi et Stéphane et à l’année prochaine certainement.

Mas très confortable et très agréable, bien situé dans un cadre champêtre.
Il ne manque absolument rien dans ce mas, tant à l'intérieur qu'à l'extérieur. Tout est bien pensé, agencé et de très bon gout avec de beaux matériaux. Il y a même des jeux pour des petits et des ados. Thy et Stéphane sont très accueillants, disponibles et attentionnés . Merci, Merci, Merci

Un week end inoubliable
Tout était parfait! Une grande villa adaptée à un week-end en famille. Nous y avons fêté Noël avec nos parents et 4 frère et sœurs et leurs enfants. L'immense cuisine est parfaite pour cuisiner pour tant de monde et y prendre les petits déjeuners (électroménager moderne et meubles neufs).
La salle à vivre est immense et la mezzanine avec billard et baby foot génial pour être ensemble sans se marcher dessus (et comme il a plu tout le we ça valait mieux!).
Parlons de l'accueil : Thi est très sympathique, disponible et aux petits soins pour ses clients (je dirais même convives). Des attentions très agréables: vin, boissons fraîches, confiture, nutella, café et j'en passe!
La literie: très confortable et les draps super doux j'ai adoré! (je vais acheter les même!)
La propreté: RAS tout était nickel
Bon j'arrête là: vous pouvez y aller les yeux fermés!

Stephane et Thi sont des propriétaires exceptionnels, le logement était d’une propreté à tout épreuve et ce sont montrés disponibles tout au long du séjour afin de répondre à toutes nos attentes.
Nous les remercions pour leurs délicates attentions, entre le petit déjeuner fait maison, ainsi que l’arche de ballon d’anniversaire préparé par leur soin avant notre arrivée.
Le cadre idyllique accompagné d’une piscine chauffée et nettoyée tout les matins font que nous recommanderons cette villa à tous les futurs voyageurs.

Habitués des locations de villa, il nous faut saluer les propriétaires de cette maison. Nous y étions entre adultes 11 quinquagénaires. Cette maison est spacieuse, très propre, très bien équipée, harmonieuse (serviettes, draps non dépareillés). De plus, elle super fonctionnelle, salle de jeux (baby,billard, jeux de boules). Avec ses deux frigos, sa machine à glaçons etc ,elle est parfaitement adaptée pour un groupe. Les propriétaires sont sympathiques et réactif. Cerise sur le gâteau le village de Cotignac est incroyablement beau avec tous ses petits commerces et ses restaurants. On reviendra!!!

Tout était au top !
Tout s’est vraiment très bien passé, la maison est très belle, il y a beaucoup de place, nous avons pu profiter de tout ce qui est décrit dans l’annonce (billard, babyfoot, ping pong, pétanque), la maison est également équipée de tout ce dont on peut avoir besoin pour un court séjour, c’était vraiment parfait !
Thi et Stéphane sont adorables et vraiment arrangeants, c’était un grand plaisir de louer leur maison.

Nous avons étaient ravis de passer ce week-end dans cette superbe maison, vraiment magnifique avec tout ce qu'il faut à l'intérieur comme à l'extérieur pour ne pas s'ennuyer.
Les propriétaires sont vraiment top avec le petit-déjeuner fait maison par Thi et déposé en toute discrétion pour notre réveil .

Merveilleux séjour au Mas de la rivière
Nous avons passé un merveilleux week-end en famille et entre amis au sein de la villa. La maison est magnifique, avec beaucoup de cachet et une décoration soignée. Elle est parfaitement bien équipée, et dispose de tous les éléments afin de se divertir et se détendre (Ping pong, billard, babyfoot, pétanque, piscine...). De plus, les propriétaires ont été très attentionnés, ils sont aux petits soins pour que nous passions au mieux un agréable séjour! Tout était parfait!!!

Excellent séjour dans une magnifique région !
Une maison spacieuse et bien équipée, des jeux pour les ados et les grands (billard, ping-pong, baby-foot, terrain de boules...), une piscine bien agréable pour se rafraîchir après s'être baladés dans la journée, une climatisation des pièces principales bien appréciable et des hôtes aux petits soins !
La région nous a permis de faire du canoé sur l'Argens, de nous baigner dans le magnifique lac de Ste Croix, de visiter de beaux villages et monuments (Cotignac bien sûr mais aussi Barjols, Tourtour, l'abbaye du Thoronet..) Bref il y en a pour tous les goûts et nous avons déjà la nostalgie des petites routes serpentant dans les vignes et les oliviers....

Très belle demeure mais les extérieurs devraient être mieux entretenus. La literie dans la chambre parentale devrait être améliorée. Par contre l'accueil a été formidable et les petites attentions vraiment appréciées.

Superbe propriété à Cotignac
La maison correspond en tous points à l’annonce sur le site. Nous avons été très agréablement surpris à notre arrivée par toutes les attentions des propriétaires ( jus de fruits, bière, vin, café etc.) et qui chaque matin nous ont apporté un petit déjeuner fait maison pantagruélique ( brioches, gaufres, pains aux raisins , pancakes....)
La propriété offre de multiples activités : table de ping-pong, billard, terrain de boules, etc... et de belles balades dans les environs.

un sans faute. tout était super (hormis le temps....mais pour ça....on peut pas leur en vouloir :-))
d'abord super accueil lors des échanges pré réservations.
puis réponses toujours sympas aux questions d'organisation. réponses toujours hyper rapides.
maison confortable, très confortable. vaste, très bien équipée entre autre la cuisine, où rien ne manque ce qui est rare en location (seul soucis Stéphane : la porte du lave-vaisselle qui tient pas quand on l'ouvre, et est très lourde, mon tibia s'en rappelle encore !). un régal de cuisiner dans ce cadre.
des équipements d'activité supers (ping pong, billard, boules, piscine....même si le temps ne nous a pas laissé l'envie de nous baigner...). des gentilles attentions (boissons, rosé dans frigo, dosettes café, nécessaire nettoyage cuisine), un petit déjeuner super avec des brioches, gaufres, crèpes laison accompagnées de leur pain frais !

Séjour parfait
Nous avons passé une semaine en réunion de famille fin décembre ….nous étions nombreux mais la maison est spacieuse, agréable et bien agencée… le matin, THI la propriétaire nous amenait un bel assortiment de viennoiseries maison toutes fraiches ainsi que du pain ! équipement de la cuisine parfait et complet.. Nous recommandons vraiment cette maison pour les grandes familles qui veulent se retrouver dans des conditions agréables sans se marcher sur les pieds...

Fabulous villa!
We spent a long weekend here for a family wedding in nearby Lorgues. Thi and Stephane were fantastic hosts from the get go replying quickly to my queries. They went above and beyond organising a beautician to do our make up and providing taxi details ahead of our stay. The house itself was beautiful, well equiped and it was a nice touch to leave some general supplies in the fridge, including beer, wine and a jar of sweets! There was plenty for our 8 teenagers to do with the pool, table tennis and snooker, not to mention the good wifi service! We would highly recommend this accommodation.

We had a great stay at the Mas de la Riviere. The house was easily big enough to accommodate 11 of us (3 couples, 5 teenagers) and we spent long, enjoyable days and evenings either eating around the big table outside on the terrace or relaxing round the pool on all the loungers and inflatables.
The kitchen is a good size and very well equipped (two fridges, outside griddle, coffee makers, dishwasher etc). We enjoyed preparing meals there.
The owners, Stefan and Thi, live very nearby and were always on hand to help explain anything about the house or even to give us a hand with our rental car sat navs. They were very keen to make our stay a good one and were happy to spend time with us giving advice on the best places to go in the region.
One of the best surprises were the daily breakfasts brought over by Thi, including home baked brioches or muffins alongside the baguettes. They really are excellent hosts.
The house is a few minutes’ drive from Cotignac, a pretty Provencal town with a good range of restaurants and a weekly market (which gets pretty crowded in peak summer months). There are good short walks in the nearby hills too. There’s a supermarket about two minutes’ drive away.
We spent many of our days heading out to different places on the Lac St Croix and the Gorges du Verdon, just under an hour’s drive away. It’s a beautiful spot with all sorts of swimming and boating options, and best of all, not too busy even on hot August days.
Everyone in our group was very happy with their holiday. The decent wifi, Xbox and big telly helped keep teenagers happy when they needed to get out of the sun. All generations enjoyed games on the pool/snooker table. It was all over too soon, and given the chance we will go back one day.
