By renting the "Villa Inizan", a modern house located at the edge of one of the most beautiful bays of Loctudy in Brittany, you decide to enjoy a stay that combines modernity and relaxation. Built on a vast ground of 900m ², this hiring of holidays is immersed in a calm environment and exotic away from the noises of the city.
The "Villa Inizan" is a haven of peace. At the entrance, you will be greeted by a colorful garden (awarded by the town hall) where olive trees, oaks and lilies form a parade of greenery. It has a large parking that can accommodate 4 vehicles and even a covered garage and closed.
Once arrived, you can hesitate between exploring the house immediately or enjoy a good family swim in privacy, taking the end of the garden a passage of 50 m directly giving access to the beach.

The terrace directly overlooks the living room, bathed in light, equipped with a table for 8 people. The American kitchen, just next door, has all the dishes and equipment needed to cook good meals. It does not miss anything, from household robots to the coffee machine, through the oven or the dishwasher, everything is there!
This large room open onto the terrace also has a modern stove, which will delight those who want to enjoy the area to the slacker periods, comfortably installed in the chairs that surround it.

Entspannter Urlaub in Top-Lage und tollem Haus
Wir haben eine Woche mit unserem Hund dort verbracht und können sowohl die Vermieterin, das Haus als auch die Landschaft absolut empfehlen. Die Lage ist perfekt – keine 100m bis zum breiten und sehr schönen Sandstrand. Das Haus ist eingefriedet mit einigen „Schlupflöchern“ für die Hunde, aber für uns hat es gepasst.
Die Vermieterin ist eine wirklich nette und zuvorkommende Person, welche jederzeit über SMS erreichbar ist. Als wir Probleme mit dem WLAN hatten, hat Sie dies umgehend gelöst. Das Haus selbst ist sehr geräumig und auch für eine Großfamilie geeignet. Das Wohnzimmer im Dachgeschoss hat wegen der durchgehenden Glasfront (Schiebetüren) eine wunderbare Aussicht auf das Meer. Der Fahrstuhl sorgt dafür, dass das Haus sozusagen „barriere-frei“ ist, eine wirklich gute Idee. Die Ausstattung ist wirklich komplett mit gutem Geschirr und Besteck – alles da. Auch an Elektrogeräten haben wir nichts vermisst. Die Kombination aus offener Küche und großem Essbereich ist ideal für eine Familie geeignet, wir waren allerdings nur zu zweit – jede Menge Platz. Mit direktem Zugang zur großzügigen Terrasse kann man bei gutem Wetter auch einfach draußen essen. In der Garage gibt es Fahrräder, eine Tischtennisplatte und noch mehr. Alle von uns benutzten Räume waren sehr sauber und ordentlich, die Bettwäsche war frisch aufgezogen. Alles in allem ein tolles Haus, guter Service und ein entspannter Urlaub!

Traumhaus direkt am Meer
Wir hatten mit 6 Kindern und 4 Erwachsenen (plus Hund!) traumhafte und erholsame Ferien in diesem wunderschönen Haus! Die Zimmer und Bäder sind so gut verteilt, dass man sich nicht auf die Füße tritt! Außerdem super: der Aufzug (unser Sohn ist gehbehindert und fand den Aufzug daher genial), der große Wohn- und Essbereich, die tolle Terrasse zum Essen und Relaxen und das Obergeschoss mit schönem Blick auf das Meer. Perfekte Lage - bis zum Meer sind es nur ein paar Schritte, so dass der Kaffee noch heiß ist, wenn man ihn mit an den Strand nimmt, um dort die Morgendämmerung zu genießen. Sehr nette Gastgeberin! Schöne Orte in der Umgebung, prima Fahrradstrecken!! Wir kommen auf jeden Fall wieder!

Nous avons passé 2 semaines en famille pour les fêtes de fin d’année. Nous avons principalement apprécié l’accueil de Mme Lucas, la proximité de la villa de l’océan ainsi que la fonctionnalité du logement pour une grande famille.
Tout était parfait. Nous la recommandons vivement !

excellente situation de la maison, à 50 m d'une plage magnifique, de loin la plus belle du coin.
Notre hôte nous a accueillis avec beaucoup de gentillesse. Un délicieux far breton nous attendait à l'arrivée. Temps exceptionnel pendant notre séjour. Que du bonheur !

Tout y est: le lieu est très agréable, la mer à 2 pas, Loctudy et Lesconil à proximité sont 2 petits ports de pêche charmants, les balades sont à portée de chaussures. Par ailleurs la maison est grande, bien conçue, bien équipée, décorée avec goût, l'accueil par la propriétaire y est chaleureux, par exemple entre autres attentions, il est rare de trouver un bouquet de fleurs sur la table et des plantes dans une location. La villa Inizan a tout à fait répondu à nos attentes et même au-delà...

totalement adaptée à une réunion de famille
Nous avons passé les vacances de Noël avec passage de 3 générations dans une maison adaptée fauteuil roulant et personnes âgées. La proximité de la plage et la vue splendide sur la mer son un atout. La maison est très bien équipée et nous nous sommes sentis comme chez nous, Myriam est très accueillante et s'est adaptée à nos besoins

Unser dritter Aufenthalt !!! Wie immer alles perfekt. Myriam vielen Dank für den super schönen Aufenthalt!!! Das Haus ist perfekt in jeder Hinsicht. Angefangen von dem fantastischen Ausblick auf das Meer und dem kleinen Hafen aus dem Wohnzimmer. Die Küche mit allem ausgestattet was ein ambitionierter Koch braucht. Scharfe Messer, eine Seltenheit in Ferienhäusern!!! Die Küche ist mit einem großen Essplatz ausgestattet. Auch von der Küche aus, eine wunderschöne Aussicht auf das Meer und dem kleinen Hafen. Das Schlafzimmer in der oberen Etage ist sehr komfortabel und mit eigenem Bad. Die Zimmer in der unteren Etage sind sehr komfortabel und schön eingerichtet. Toll ist, dass dort auch ein Bad ist, Wenn man mit mehreren Familien oder Freunden dort ist, super. Auch in der unteren Etage ist ein Kühlschrank und sogar eine Kochgelegenheit. Am besten ist der Aufzug im Haus. Die Einkäufe kann man einfach von der Garage in die Küche mit dem Aufzug schicken. Oder Menschen die nicht mehr so gut zu Fuß sind erreichen alle Etagen einfach mit dem Aufzug. Die Sauna darf man auch nicht vergessen. Außerdem sind da noch ein Grill, ein Gasgrill, Fahrräder und eine Tischtennisplatte. Das Meer und der Strand sind in wenigen Schritten zu erreichen. Ein Garten umgibt das Haus, so dass man dort wunderschön den Tag genießen kann. Myriam, eine perfekte Gastgeberin!!! Für uns ist es das perfekte Ferienhaus. Wir kommen auf jeden Fall wieder!!!

Nous avons passé de bonnes vacances malgré le mauvais temps!la maisons est très agréable et il ne manque rien .Mais nous avons été surpris qu'on nous demande de payer l'electricité et l'eau ,ce qui n'est pas mentionné dans le contrat .

Un séjour famillial de rève en bretagne.
Villa particulièrement appréciée par les grands et les petits (10 personnes sans aucune gène). Maison très propre et très confortable. Rien ne manque et tout fonctionne parfaitement.
La proximité de la plage a été très apprécié par les enfants pendant cette semaine de février ensoleillée.
La propriétaire a été très attentive à ce que le séjour de ses locataires soit parfait.
A recommander sans hésitation.

Superbes vacances à Loctudy - Octobre 2018
Merci à Mme Lucas pour son accueil. Son phare breton de bienvenue fut très apprécié. Mme Lucas a été aussi très disponible pour toute question de notre part durant le séjour.
Maison très propre, très bien équipée avec vue imprenable sur la mer.
A ne pas manquer : les petits restaurants aux alentours, les ballades à vélo sur Lesconil, Loctudy, L'Ile Tudy, Saint Marine, les ballades à pied dans les sters ou sur le GR34 à proximité, les belles plages, la pointe de la Torche, la criée du Guilvinec à visiter, la marché de Pont-L'abbé... Sans vous parler des splendides couchers de soleil différents chaque soir.
Nous avons passé d'excellentes vacances en pays bigouden !! A renouveler

Vacances en famille réussies
Nous avons passé une excellente semaine à la villa Inizan. La maison est parfaitement adaptée pour 10 personnes. La pièce à l’étage très confortable avec une vue magnifique sur la mer a été appréciée par tout le monde et la table de ping pong bien utilisée par les plus jeunes. La région est propice aux balades et les enfants se sont initiés avec plaisir au surf à la pointe de la Torche (que l’on peut atteindre en 20 min en voiture). Enfin, le très bon accueil de Madame Lucas est également à souligner.

Für unseren Familienurlaub ( 5 Erwachsene / davon 1 Rollstuhlfahrer) war dieses Haus hervorragend. Perfekt und geschmackvoll eingerichtet,die Lage allerbestens,es fehlte an nichts !
Mme Lucas war sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Ein herzlicher Empfang- sogar mit selbstgebackenem Kuchen. Danke für die wunderbare Zeit in diesem schönen Haus. Wir kommen wieder.

Schönes grosses Haus mit schöner Aussicht
Das Haus liegt in einem hübschen gepflegten Garten. Das Meer ist in wenigen Schritten erreichbar und verfügt über einen schönen Strand.
Das Haus ist wohnlich eingerichtet und verfügt über alle Annehmlichkeiten. Myriam war eine sehr aufmerksame Gastgeberin und hatte an alle Eventualitäten gedacht wie z.B. Feuerholz, Grillkohle etc. und uns zur Begrüßung einen leckeren Far Breton gebacken.

Propreté au top, Propriétaire disponible et efficace, Plage idéale pour petits et grands, Un environnement très favorable : port de pêche (demander Michel pour vos enfants) et lieux de visite. On n'a pas eu assez de temps pour tout faire

The neighbourhood is quiet safe and friendly .we rode the bikes Myriam provided for miles along quiet roads and bike paths .

The views are spectacular and they are constantly changing . From the top floor you can see out to the ocean and many miles down the beach. The neighbourhood is quiet safe and friendly .we rode the bikes Myriam provided for miles along quiet roads and bike paths .
The house is equipped with everything one needs and the sitting areas are modern and spacious.we highly recommend this property if you are looking for a vacation close to the beach!

Im Haus selbst hat es an gar nichts gefehlt. Die Aussicht vom Wohnzimmer im oberen Geschoß haben wir oft abends genossen. In der Nähe ist auch ein Starndlokal mit empfehlenswerten Tagesgerichten. Wenn man mal Abends nicht mehr fahren will einfach um die Ecke und schon ist für gutes Essen gesorgt.
Obwohl wir kein Französisch können, haben wir uns sehr gut mit unserer sehr herzlichen und liebevollen Vermieterin verständigt.
Also in der Summe ein toller Sommerurlaub auch und gerade wegen des tollen Ferienhauses. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt.
