Very pleasant house with a lot of natural light ,close to supermarkets and most top Alsace villages. Host was extremely pleasant and helpful. Everything was beyond what we expected. We would highly recommend that house.

The house is well located for exploring Alsace, especially by car. It is a bus ride from Colmar - we went by bus to avoid having to find parking. The house is very spacious and modern. It is a passive house design which made it difficult to cool.

We had a very nice stay at the house of the Swann Blaise family. It's a very nice, spacious and tidy house with beautiful architecture. It's very well equipped.The location is also very convenient to explore Colmar and its area. We were welcomed by the parents, who were very kind and helpful ! It's a very recommendable place to stay !

Hochwertiges Mietobjekt in sehr ruhiger Lage, innerhalb einer modernen Neubauwohnsiedlung. Die Räumlichkeiten sind großzügig geschnitten, der Garten ist komplett eingezäunt und liegt in kompletter Südlage. Gute, voll ausgestattete Küche. Wenn es etwas zu „bemängeln“ geben sollte, wäre es das Bett im Masterroom. Könnte größer sein (aktuell französisches Bettmaß 160x200) in Form eines klassischen Doppelbetts (180x200) und (für uns) weicher. Sowie die ein oder andere Lichtquelle, im Wohnbereich, mehr. Der Kontakt mit den Verantwortlichen ist sehr nett, unkompliziert und einfach gehalten. Alles in Allem lohnenswert. Wer keine bis wenige Abstriche vom Eigenheim machen möchte, ist hier genau richtig. 👍🏼

Angenehmes, großes Haus, das voller origineller Ideen und Möbel ist, in einem ruhigen und gewachsenen Ort. Schwerpunkt in der Ausstattung ist die Modernität. Für uns bedeutete das Haus eine große Abwechslung, wir haben viele Freude daran gehabt. Günstige Aufteilung der Räume. Der Empfang und die Betreuung durch den "Verwalter" waren ebenfalls sehr angenehm, vielen Dank dafür.

Sehr schönes, modernes Haus in ruhiger Umgebung mit perfekter Lage für Ausflüge. Bäckerei und Supermarkt in der Nähe. Die Objektbeschreibung stimmt genau. Es könnte etwas mehr Kochgeschirr geben. Uns hat es sehr gut gefallen!

Wir waren sehr zufrieden mit der Lage des Objektes,dem Management des Hauses, in 10 Minuten mit dem Auto im Zentrum von Colmar in einem kostenlosen Parkhaus auf bis zu 8 Etagen,ruhige Lage, schnelle Anbindungen in die Umgebung für Exkursionen aller Art in die Vogesen oder nach Kaysersberg geeignet. Das Haus selber ist vergleichbar mit dem Komfort im Burj al Arab in Dubai.

We were 2 families staying here for a long weekend were totally blown away by this beautiful house. Many hi- tech and luxury amenities, close to most important scenic sites in Alsace. Garden is still very new, so it was missing a few shady treees on the hot sunny days. Thanks to the Blaise family for making us really feel at home

Wir haben uns in diesem Haus sehr wohl gefühlt. Wir hatten ausreichend Platz für sechs Personen und jeder hatte seine Rückzugsmöglichkeiten. Alles in Allem waren wir sehr zufrieden. Das Einzige, was wir vielleicht vermisst haben, war ein Gefrierfach und ein paar Handtücher mehr. Sonst war alles perfekt.Wir planen wieder zu kommen, weil es so toll war!!!

Sehr schönes, modernes Haus in einer ruhigen Wohngegend. Im Haus findet man alles, was man braucht, die Schlafzimmer sind geräumig mit guten Matratzen. Speziell das grosse Badezimmer ist sehr luxuriös mit Doppel-Regendusche und viel Platz. Wir können dieses Objekt jederzeit weiterempfehlen.

La maison d'architecte de style contemporain est très vaste et propose des volumes de pièces à vivre exceptionnels dont la domotique apporte un univers de modernisme. La localisation de cet hébergement proche de Colmar nous a permis de visiter tous les sites touristiques typiques d'Alsace dans un rayon de 30 kms. Nous avons apprécié l'équipement très complet et en quantité très largement suffisante. Un atout supplémentaire est la grande terrasse exposée au sud. Enfin nous avons été accueillis par Madame Blaise au demeurant charmante et fort sympathique. Nous conseillerons sans la moindre hésitation cette destination. Des vacanciers conquis par le charme de cette demeure.

Nous avons passé un magnifique séjour dans cette belle et grande maison idéale pour être en famille. Elle est très bien située au calme et permet de rayonner pour visiter sans faire trop de km. Nous avons été très bien reçu et le propriétaire ainsi que se parents ont été très dévoués et arrangeant notamment pour notre horaire de départ. Wir waren mit unseren vier Kindern 11 Tage zu Gast und haben den Aufenthalt im Elsass, in Ihrem Haus und Ihrem Garten sehr genossen. Das Haus und das Grundstück sind sehr groß, sauber, und wir haben alles gefunden, was wir brauchten. Great location, space perfect for 2 couples. Arrival arrangements easy, with all info on region and the house made available...thanks Mme Blaise! Appreciated the Dolce Gusto but there were no pods for our first morning! Weather was very hot for September in Alsace and we had problems sleeping because it was too hot in the house (no AC) and leaving windows opened meant fighting bugs. Lacking some equipment for cooking in kitchen...covers for pots & pans, for example. For the price we paid, we expected a little bit more (many places in that price range wiil provide a basic arrival pack of milk, coffee, sugar, for example). Overall we appreciated the property given its proximity to Colmar.

Das moderne Haus liegt in einer sehr ruhigen Wohngegend und man ist trotzdem schnell im Zentrum von Colmar. Es ist perfekt aufgeteilt, sehr großzügig geschnitten und geschmackvoll eingerichtet. Der Empfang war sehr freundlich, hilfsbereit und unkompliziert. Es bleiben kein Wünsche offen!

The property was excellent. The property is in a quiet neighborhood yet it is still close enough to Colmar and it is easy to get into town. There are places to eat near by and stores very close if you want to stay at the house. The house itself is also very nice. The house is in perfect condition and was very spacious. There is plenty of room to move about and the house has 2 tvs if you need to split things up a little. The neighborhood seems very safe. No complaints at all about the house or location.

Très belle maison moderne, grand volume et très bien équipée. Super accueil, maison très propre, bonne literie. Idéalement situé à deux pas de Colmar, 1h de Strasbourg, 40 min de Mulhouse et 45min d'Europa Park, cette maison nous a permis de profiter au maximum de cette superbe région.
