Over all we enjoyed staying here, until a bunch of noisy kids checked into the unit above us Thursday night. My husband actually had to go ask them to quiet down at midnight. Not being able to sleep after a long day skiing isn’t fun. Was a great place to stay and ski

Everything was as expected. Condo is a few steps away from the bus stop for easy access to Vail village. Check in/out was very easy. Will definitely come back!
4.7
Conveniently located( bus stop is just across the street) well-appointed place. Loved the upgraded spa shower in one of the bathrooms and the kitchen with everything you needed to cook for the family. Thanks Ron!
4.7
Clean, spacious, well maintained, well equipped. We only needed minimum communication with the owner Ron and he was very nice.

The condo was in the perfect area for our stay based on our travels each day our son did the 6 day stage race. Condo very accommodating, and well stocked. The shower head in the bathroom off the bedroom with bunk beds was well received by all. Ron very prompt the few times I had a question after we arrived. We were able to park both our cars behind one another which was helpful.
4.7
The owner was great. Easy process and made sure everything was ready for us on a short notice

Nice place to stay while skiing at Vail. There is a free bus transport (pickup right across street), but we opted to pay the $30/day to drive the 5 minutes and park in the Vail lot. Well worth it for the savings!
4.7
Very close to bus route and local stores. Enjoyed the hot tub.
4.7
We really enjoyed this condo. It had a great location, plenty of space for a 2 bedroom, and an outstanding kitchen that was fully stocked.
4.7
Property was comfortable and a great location near the free bus. Unfortunately the people above us were very noisy. Ron was very helpful with check in and recommendations.
4.7
Everything was as expected. Condo is right across the street from the bus stop for easy access to Vail and Lionshead Villages. Kitchen was stocked with everything we needed. Check in/check out was very easy. Would stay again.

This roomy 2 bedroom / 2 bath is in a perfect location for summer fun. There are a number of great summer activities nearby including horses, train rides, hiking, and of course summer fun at Vail and Breckenridge at their Epic Discovery programs. Both have mountain coasters, putt putt, ropes courses, and Breck has alpine slides as well. This condo was very close to grocery stores, and other needs without the congestion of Vail village/Lionshead itself. The bus runs less frequently in the summer but parking in the village was easy.
The remodeled kitchen was great and the existing supplies like spices and a few groceries leftover from other renters was great. Happy to have contributed a few goodies ourselves as part of this community ;)
The carpeting could use an update but I imagine one thing at a time is being updated and it would be on the list. And with windows open, the traffic sounds from the highway are noticeable, but not problematic for us.
When we had a question, Ron was happy to respond and the check-in process was flawless. My family of 4 was very comfy and had a great week here. I would highly recommend this condo for summer fun.

This condo worked great for our family to enjoy skiing and snowboarding at Vail!!
Great shuttle bus access: We loved how easy and how close it was to take the shuttle bus to Vail Village that came every 20 mins. This easily enabled some of us to be at the slopes when the lifts started while others could sleep in a little and catch a different bus.
Well appointed kitchen: The kitchen not only had plenty of dish-ware, but also small appliances (including a coffee pot, blender, instapot, airfryer, & toaster), plenty of spices, and even quite a few pantry staples and kitchen basics (like dishwashing pods and coffee filters) that made eating in super easy and convenient.
Relaxing outdoor pool & hot-tub: When skiing and boarding with kids, a pool & hot-tub is critical for our family. This one was in plain view outside the condo window and offered views of the slopes. It didn't "open" until noon, but even on our rest day that worked out just fine.
Bonus pull out sleeper sofa: We were grateful the couch pulled out into a bed since it gave our kids a little more room to spread out at night. There were also extra blankets and odds & ends that made our stay comfortable and show the owners to be thoughtful and kind hosts.

This was a perfect property for skiing at Vail. Bus stops right at the parking lot to bring you to the slopes. Fully equipped kitchen was fantastic.
4.7
Well kept property that is within a 1 minute walk to the Vail shuttle and 20 second walk to the hot tubs! Gas fireplace is a great touch in the winter and the full kitchen had more than we needed to make all sorts of stuff. The kitchen is quite nice with a gas range that is easy to work in. We were all quite surprised by how quick and easy it was to get around Vail from here and would totally stay here again!

This was a great place for us to stay for a ski week! The newly remodeled kitchen has everything you need for any type of meal. This is a very well appointed VRBO with lots of extras including a scale so you can weigh your luggage before flying home. Very thoughtful host, everything was as expected with some nice extra touches. Right across the street from the bus stop makes it easy to get to the slopes or shopping and nightlife.

This condo had everything we needed to have a great ski vacation, the location is great, Lionshead is within walking distance, but the free bus runs just outside the property. Ron was super helpful and communication was easy. The kitchen is great and it is well stocked with spices. Although we didn’t need the on site laundry, it was a nice to have just in case we needed it. The condo is well maintained and I would definitely consider staying at Ron’s place again, it is a great value for the price.

New kitchen was great
4.7
The condo was a bit dated and there were a few minor cleanliness issues like dirty dishes/glasses and grease on the stovetop, but all in all, it was a great condo in a great location.
4.7
Everything was great. Having laundry and a pool on-site was fantastic. Had a question and the owner answered my call on the first ring. The updated kitchen is beautiful.
4.7

very professional interactions with the owner. The condo was clean, and as advertised. It is large and well maintained. No concerns. A great value.

All good.

This home had everything you need for your stay in Vail and Ron was incredibly quick and accommodating with our questions. The location is also great. We walked over the bridge every morning to get to the gondola no problem. The shuttle is also super convenient and picks up right outside of the building. Everything was truly great, you couldn’t find a better stay!
4.7
We had a blast and the place was fully stocked with anything we needed including spices and oils. Close enough to the slopes we could walk to gondola 19. Thanks for having a nice place at a reasonable price.
4.7
Well positioned for bus route to Vail centre - with fabulous skiing. Accommodation very spacious and excellent value for money. Unit has all necessary appliances including washer/dryer. Great to see a well stocked condiment cupboard - very thoughtful - Thanks Ron. Would happily revisit and only criticism would be that the shower in the main bathroom is in need of attention. We used the second shower which was fine. Thank you for sharing your home from home.

I felt that the rental was a little out dated like the 80’s type. I also felt like it wasn’t as clean as I would prefer and that the comforters were past their time of longevity. The main bathroom toilet was a little tricky to work if you pushed too far down on the handle the tank wouldn’t fill and the kitchen sink faucet leaked at the base. I did notify the owner after our stay so I don’t know if it was fixed. It was also confusing as to where to park we were told we couldn’t double park but there were many cars that were double parked and we wound up parking in the lot down below in the next plan of the facility. Also my son got yelled at when he tried to put the garbage in the dumpster he was told it wasn’t the right one. So it would be helpful to know where to put the garbage. But the price was affordable for us since we were not in the apartment except for sleeping because we were out and about each day. So bottom line to the owner is maybe do a little updating and maybe explain things a little better. The book he left explained a lot and was nicely done but he could’ve explained the parking and garbage a little better. Thanks

Perfect place for our family to have a great time while in Vail!

this condo was perfect. It has everything you need. Went food shopping right down the street and cooked several meals. Vail Village is walking distance. Location is awesome. First time in Vail during summer and absolutely loved it!!!

Condo was very clean and was enjoyable to stay in. Ron the owner was very helpful. He has made many updates since the three pictures he has posted. It really looks great. We road our bikes to the village, hiked in the high country and did the ropes, coaster and gondola at the top of the mountain. Made for a perfect week. Thank, Ron!!

We enjoyed our time in Vail. Accommodations were clean, very roomy , everything you could need in a stay away from home. Only problems were with getting the code for the pool/ hot tub, manager not always available and would love it if there were two keys.orher than that it was perfect.
4.7
Well kept condo very close to Lionshead and Vail Village. Great place to stay!
4.7
Nice location. Close to everything. Fully equipped. We enjoyed our stay

Excellent location, clean, comfortable accommodations at a great rate. Try Yellowbelly in the west vail shopping center for the best fried chicken!

Having spent many years going to Vail and having some really great properties and some not so great properties we really did enjoy this property.
The beds were comfortable, the hot tubs and pools were great and while the kitchen was small there was lots of utensils.
We did find that maybe there was a musty smell in the furniture because maybe the unit isnt used all the time, but it didnt bother us once we lit some candles and opened the door to get some circulation.
We would stay here again in a heartbeat.
