About this apartment rental

T3 apartment of 60 m2 any comfort located in a quiet neighborhood, three minutes walk from the sandy beach of sablettes.

Located on the first floor facing south, with a small balcony facing south also.

Parking in the residence at the entrance of the apartment, no problem to park

A path leads directly to the beach, allowing to leave in swimsuit and come back to the apartment to shower.

The beach is supervised and equipped with showers.

Everything is done on foot: stores to 3 minutes, night market sablettes 10 minutes, bus or boat to the seyne on sea or Toulon in less than 10 minutes

This apartment features a monobloc air conditioner includes:

Le propriétaire Pierre, super réactif dans tout moment et on apprécié bcp le gentillesse au moment del départ pour nous laisser sortir un peu plus tard a cause d'un ami qu'était malade. On te remercie bcp et s'on retour à Seyne sur Mer on te recontacterai. Merci bcp et à bientôt !

Gut eingerichtete Wohnung mit Waschmaschine, voll ausgestatteter Küche und portabler Klimaanlage. Der Sandstrand ist zu Fuß binnen fünf Minuten erreichbar und die Geschäfte für den täglichen Bedarf innerhalb von fünf Minuten mit dem Auto. Die Kommunikation mit dem Vermieter sowie Übergabe und Übernahme der Wohnung waren reibungslos. Für einen Strandurlaub uneingeschränkt empfehlenswert.

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour. L appartement est très bien situé , est parfaitement conforme aux photos de l annonce. Nous sommes une famille avec 3 enfants et tout le monde a été ravi. Yendy la personne qui nous reçoit est charmante et les petites attentions du début de séjour (coca , rosé et capsules café) sont très appréciables. Vraiment nous conseillons cette location les yeux fermés.

Great Little Place

Great Little Place

This place suited myself and my husband very well for the three weeks we stayed there. The bed was comfortable, the kitchen suitable, the shower was very nice and there was a washing machine and dishwasher. My only complaint is that there isn't internet. However, we purchased an Orange airbox and that worked just fine, although it's expensive if you want to stream anything. The owner, Pierre, is also fantastic. He was very accommodating and helpful and I would stay here again should we return to the area.

Wir hatten einen sehr schönen Aufenthalt in La Seyne-sur-Mer, die Ferienwohnung war genau wie beschrieben und mit allem ausgestattet, was man braucht. Sogar die Küche war komplett mit Töpfen, Teller, Gläser usw bestückt, wir konnten richtig kochen! Der Vermieter war überaus freundlich und herrlich unkompliziert, sogar als wir wg. Stau auf dem Hinweg später ankamen als geplant. So praktisch, dass er auch perfekt Deutsch spricht. Wir haben uns sehr willkommen und wohl gefühlt! Toll ist, dass es von der Wohnung wirklich nur 5 Min zum Meer sind. An einer engeren Stelle kann man dort direkt baden, wenn man ca. 15 Min läuft, kommt man an einen richtigen schönen Sandstrand. Insgesamt sehr zu empfehlen, wir wollen auf jeden Fall ein anderes Mal wieder kommen. Herzlichen Dank nochmals für die Gastfreundschaft und die guten Ausflugstipps, wir hatten eine tolle Woche!

Uns hat es sehr gut gefallen. Die Raumaufteilung der Wohnung ist gelungen. WLAN war wie angegeben nicht verfügbar und wurde nicht vermisst. Die Nähe zum Meer und zum Supermarkt bzw. Bäcker war perfekt. Wissenswert:: es gibt natürlich Mücken und die kommen auch in die Zimmer (Mückengitter sind in der Region unüblich). Die Klimaanlage besteht aus einer mobilen Anlage, d.h. der Abluftschlauch muß durch einen Fensterspalt ins Freie gelegt werden. Die beworbene Kaffemaschine ist eine Nespresso Kapselmaschine. Kapseln können an einem Strandstand gekauft werden. Alles in allem würden wir wieder buchen.

Très bon accueil et appartement conforme à sa description (situation, équipements, etc...). Extrémité de La plage des Sablettes accessible à pieds en moins de 5 min. Je recommande chaleureusement cette location.

La localisation est idéale. A 300m de la plage. Places de parking en suffisance. très beau séjour. Chambres confortables. Cuisine avec tout ce qu'il faut. la climatisation est un plus. Salle de bain fonctionnelle avec baignoire et douche. L'appartement est spacieux. Agnès accueille très bien (merci pour le rosé et les cocas pour les enfants) et sais s'adapter à l'heure d'arrivée. Nous recommandons sans hésiter!

Die Wohnung entspricht genau der Beschreibung. Es handelt sich hierbei um eine sehr ruhige Wohnanlage mit angenehmen Nachbarn. Man kann eigentlich fast immer direkt vor der Haustüre parken. Die Ausstattung entsprach meinen Vorstellungen und ist ordentlich. Bäcker, Metzer und Petit Casino liegen in Laufnähe (ca. 5 Min.) an der Hauptstrasse. Zum Intermarché Super sind es 5 Minuten mit dem Auto. Der Strand ist sehr schön und auch wirklich in 5 Gehminuten erreichbar. An der Promenade Jean Charcot kann man sehr lecker mules-frites essen. Außerdem fand ich es sehr schön direkt mit dem Boot nach Toulon fahren zu können (Haltestelle Avenue Jean-Baptiste Mattei/ € 2,-) Hier komme ich nochmal hin!!
