Great location and very safe
I’d prefer to control air temperature in a room we are staying in.

The bathroom was excellent, really loved the blow dryer, so much so that I bought the same one when I came home!
There wasn’t a place to sit outside, during the day, but it’s ok, we went out for coffee in the mornings.

Everything, it's so much better than it's advertised 🙂 Do enjoy the jasmine scent in the evening, it's an amazing experience 😊
That we need to leave 🙁

Really nice location in a quaint quiet neighbourhood in LA.
Car parking is easy.
Playa del Rey Beach about a 5 minute drive away.
Liked that the TV had Netflix YouTube etc.
Very good price in comparison to other properties in LA.
Paid for an early check in which the host forgot about, wasn’t really apologetic. Went in to the property before it was cleaned and found a lot of rubbish, mess, dirty towels etc.
Cleanliness wasn’t as good as it should have been.
I’d recommend getting new towels as they were quite smelly.
toilet needs to be fixed drastically, flushing was an issue a few times.
There’s people above the room and next to the room, you hear every conversation.
There are too many rules, written on the wall and on here etc, just lighten up and appreciate people spending their money on your property!

Large and clean room and bathroom, close to airport and to Marina del Rey. situated in a nice, quiet neighbourhood and easy to reach. Comfortable bed. there was also an adaptor which was very useful for us coming from Europe. coffee and tea also available

Nice place to be.and host was doing (only online) her best to make you comfortable. Big room and very clean.
The room was pretty dark
9.0 / 10.0
The room and bathroom was spacious and well-designed with plenty of places for you to store your things and the bed was very comfortable. It is in a good location if you need to be near the airport. There is a coffee maker and a microwave, but only 2 mugs and a handful of disposable cutlery. We would have appreciated some glasses, plates and real cutlery. We would also have liked some extra pillows. This is probably the best value option if you are visiting LA on a budget and you have your own wheels.

Ckean, easy access, quiet neighborhood, but centralized
nothing

Easy check-in. Clean. Nice bathroom. Good coffee maker.
No cutlery or crockery. Too many "rules" about behaviour. E.g. exactly where to put toiletries
6.0 / 10.0
Firm bed
Lights not able to be turned on due to double switch when we arrived
Toilet didn’t refill and had to roll up sleeves and play inside to mend it to flush - multiple times
Power pulsed and wifi went out when first arrived. Needed to wait for router to reset and it took fussing around with passwords etc to get internet back
Rules listed that are not Booking.com style of service accommodation - we travelled for 3 weeks on Booking.com and have known service across 5 American states - not here. Rules? How about what can I do for you? It’s called service
Towels were odd - worn, one was a beach towel
Check-out our entire trip through the USA on booking.com was 11am at the earliest. This was 10am and host wanted to charge for extra hours - felt like a con to get extra $ - it was odd
Shower gels and shampoos were old/odd and near empty
No spare toilet roll
The whole experience felt odd

Super clean place with an excellent location. It is in the neighborhood, a short walk from everything, but at the same time very quiet and totally safe. Plenty of parking on the street.
Everything was great. Maybe the kitchenette could be better equipped - there were no paper cups/grasses/plates. I don't see a reason why.

The location.

Very neat, tidy and clean little place. Easy checkin. We were supplied with coffee pods which was great. Comfy bed and modern bathroom. On street parking was easy.
Nothing, exactly as described.

Perfect place to stay close to LAX without dealing with a hotel. Nice room, good size bath and parking.
Sadly, the bed was quite hard/firm and TV a challenge to operate (wifi dropped out often). Neither was enough to spoil the stay.

Host was very responsive. It was very clean.
It’s very small but we were hardly there-met out needs- mother and daughter traveling together. Soap on the shower would have been great. We enjoyed our stay!
8.0 / 10.0
Location, the space the facilites and the bathroom. It's a quite neighborhood located closely to the LAX airport and a quiet beach (where you can see the planes if you like them)
In overall everything was good, it wasn't super clean but that's the only thing we found.
7.0 / 10.0
Liked the ease of check in and out.
Liked the bathroom size and room set up.
Liked fan above bed
No aircon and couldn’t open window
No drinking water offered to guests in fridge
8.0 / 10.0
Great location in a residential neighborhood. Quiet and safe
Bed was too firm for us. We're side sleepers and would suggest a foam mattress topper
9.0 / 10.0

Communication was good with host. Room was clean and everything what we expected. Location was good also!
