We really liked this apartment. Big, and very clean. Two toilets. Nice kitchen with everything we needed. The hosts were really nice and easy to get in contact with when we had some issiues with the air condition. The code in to the building didn’t work at all times, so you must keep the key with you also. The apartment is much more nicer than the pictures show and we would love to come back here!

We had a wonderful visit in Menton and the apartment was perfect. Check in process was swift and efficient.,the apartment was spacious and was even bigger than the photos suggested. Menton was lovely as a combination of small town and beach fun. M. Clemence was also a great host.

L'appartement est chic, accueillant et très confortable et climatisé ; très proche de toutes les commodités . En seulement 3 minutes à pied nous étions devant la mer . Menton est une très jolie ville, à Menton, où que vous allez, vous êtes sûr de très bien manger, la qualité de la restauration est toujours au rendez vous, c'est juste formidable . Il est très facile de prendre le bateau pour une balade en mer . Nous reviendrons à Menton .

Appartement conforme à la description, très bien équipé, très propre. Joli balcon. Seul bémol, le bruit lorsque les fenêtres sont ouvertes (cour d'école et bruits de la rue) et absence de soleil car au 1er étage. Mais situation parfaite pour tout faire à pieds, surtout avec la place de parking en sous sol sécurisé pour la voiture! Nous avons passé un séjour très agréable!!!

Un peu déçue car la terrasse après 2 jours d'utilisation dévorées par les moustiques nous ne l'avons plus utilisée heureusement il y a la clim dans le salon (pas dans les chambres) appartement très sombre (1 er étage ).Les télévisions ne fonctionnaient pas dans les chambres mais la propriétaire a réagi rapidement pour envoyer un technicien.Un interphone qui ne fonctionne pas. Il manque certaines choses pour le côté pratique (serpillère, balai car on passe pas l'aspirateur tout les jours vu le gros gabarit , séchoir, bouchon de champagne couteau à huitres....)Appréciation totalement honnête ce ne sont que des constatations. Un séjour agréable car essentiellement dehors .Le point fort c'est sa situation extrêmement favorable

Rapport qualité prix super. Réactivité et sympathie pour les réponses aux questions même après départ ! Accueil agréable et vraiment une gentillesse incroyable !!! Nous les remercions particulièrement pour tout.Les lieux sont exactement comme sur les photos très très bel appartement si à plusieurs on a de l espace on ne se marche pas dessus et le petit balcon super agréable. Vraiment très proche de la mer et super équipé au centre ville où l on peut trouver de tout c'est idéal nous vous le recommandons vivement!!!

Nous cherchions un appartement confortable (sinon nous préférons rester dans notre propriété très confortable) nous avons été satisfaits 65 m2 pour deux nous étions très à l'aise, correspondant bien à la description et les photos ne sont pas trompeuses. Grand séjour, le côté cuisine très bien équipé et très pratique, chambres un peu exiguës mais au calme. Emplacement idéal pour se passer au maximum de la voiture à l'abri dans le parking. Toutefois ménage un peu succinct. Il serait bon d'avoir un seau et un balai à franges. Un petit coffre pour ordinateur et objets de valeur serait le bienvenu comme dans tous les bons hôtels que nous avons l'habitude de fréquenter. Nous reviendrons avec plaisir au Royal Plaza, nous avons passé un excellent séjour.

Super good

We were on 3 persons and the apartment was even for 8, so we had luxuriously space: 65 m2, two separate bedrooms with doudle beds and 2 sofabeds in the livingroom. The beds were quite short, but it didn't bother us. Kitchen was really well equipped with wasching machine, coffee maker, pans, china, toast maker, everything we could possibly need. Even wasching liquid and tablets for the machine ware available. The interior design was beautiful, new and clean. Evereything was clean. Location was perfect near the old town and only few hundred meterts from the sea. Blinds on windows were perfect. Only problem was to get in touch with the person hwo gave us the key. The night before leaving we hadn't get the answer how we get the keys. The problem was solved by calling Home Away office. The person who gave us the keys didn't speak any english, so it was hard to tell on the phone when we are arriving. Fortunately my son speaks a few words French. But we got the keys and she was the most polite person on the Earth. We were very happy about our stay: beautifull, peacefull, spacious, well equipped and perfect location.

Eine schöne Wohnung in der Altstadt von Menton. Zentral und trotzdem ruhig. Insgesamt sehr angenehm. Toll war auch der Platz in der Tiefgarage. Clemence war flexibel, freundlich und entgegenkommend. Insgesamt ein sehr erfreulicher Urlaub in dieser Wohnung!

L'appartement est conforme à la description et bien équipé. Parfait pour notre famille de 5 personnes. Très bon accueil avec prêt d'une chaise bébé et d'un lit parapluie. Merci pour la gentillesse de la propriétaire et de la personne qui était présente à l'arrivée et au départ. Situation idéale au coeur de Menton.

Location de bonne qualité, bien aménagé et bien situé au cœur de Menton, parking facile d'accès dans une ville où le stationnement est très difficile. L'appartement est un peu sombre mais le balcon est très appréciable. Logement bruyant en période scolaire, la cour de récréation jouxte le balcon. Nous sommes très satisfait.
