With a heavenly fine sand beach accessible directly from the garden
The terrace has garden furniture, barbecue and outdoor tap.
The garden exposure allows you to relax in the sun all day long.
The land is completely enclosed.
Six bedrooms: two large beds (1 160X200 and 1 140X190) and 8 single beds (which can be put together to make a large bed) can accommodate up to 12 people.
If you have babies: a travel cot, a high chair and a baby bathtub are available.
Two shower rooms and two separate toilets.
Lots of storage.
The kitchen is fully equipped: oven, microwave, kettle, coffee maker, toaster, dishwasher, blender,...

Vue sur mer dès l'ouverture de la porte.Grandes baies vitrées vue mer 100%.Accès plage direct.Vraie maison de vacances :entretien facile et mobilier simple.Kayaks à disposition.Les 2 chambres du haut ne peuvent convenir à des petits enfants.Belle cote avec de magnifiques plages .Ouessant facile avec bateau à Lanildut.Tres bon séjour pour les 3 générations de notre famille.Accueil et départ facile.Proprietaire disponible si nécessaire.

Vue magnifique
Grande maison fonctionnelle offrant une vue imprenable. Partie nuit impeccable, literie confortable, beaucoup de rangement. Attention les 2 petites chambres tout en haut ne sont pas forcément faciles d'accès pour des personnes d'un certain âge ou de très jeunes enfants. Pièce à vivre spacieuse, face à cette vue dont on ne se lasse pas, des livres, énormément de jeux de société, qui ne nous ont pas servi car nous avons eu la chance d'avoir un temps magnifique. Petit bémol pour les chaises de la salle à manger, peu confortables, et pour le manque de grandes poêles / casseroles lorsqu'on est nombreux, et le lave vaisselle, peut être vieillissant, qui lave très mal.
Les propriétaires sont très accueillants, sympathiques, et de très bon conseil sur les activités, visites, restaurants, même si nous connaissons déjà la région.
C'était un excellent séjour, et je recommande.

Die Aussicht hier ist so unbeschreiblich schön, türkis glasklares Wasser, Tor vom Garten zum Sandstrand- das Haus hat 7 Zimmer ohne Schnickschnack und die Vermieter sind super nett. Was will man mehr?

Une vue à couper le souffle
Très belle véranda avec une très grande baie vitrée sur la baie.
Nous avons passé un très bon séjour à 10 (6 adultes et 4 enfants). Chasse aux crabes dans la baie, Kaya et paddle et nombreux barbecue. Seule ombre l'air dehors était très frais. Mais très bon séjour. Et merci à Guillaume Jocelyn et Nelly pour leur accueil. Nous reviendrons.

Un séjour apprécié par tous dans une maison à vision panoramique sur la mer. Canoë, paddle, marches ont agrémenté cette semaine de vacances. Les propriétaires sont très sympathiques. Leurs conseils ont été avisés.

Panorama exceptionnel
Nous avons été très bien reçu par Guillaume et sa maman. Ils nous ont donné plein de bons renseignements sur la région. C'est une côte magnifique et sauvage, que du bonheur. La maison est merveilleusement bien située. Il faut y aller.

Lovely holiday home
Right on the beach, with an amazing view of the sunset. Airy kitchen/living/dining room. Lots of fenced-in yard space, great for dogs and kids. Wonderful property in a lovely location. Property owners were around when needed, very helpful with information, and made check-out smooth and quick. Kitchen well-equipped too.

Fabulous location for a family break
We came here with all of our family for a weeks holiday and it was perfect! The children had such freedom and the adults could enjoy and relax. Just beautiful. The host was helpful and informative and really friendly.

Petit coin de paradis en Bretagne
Malgré une météo un peu capricieuse,nous gardons un souvenir merveilleux de nos vacances à portsall.Ici tout est havre de paix:la maison est idéalement située elle est aussi très fonctionnelle.Petit clin d’oeil à Nelly et Guillaume les sympathiques propriétaires.A peine avions nous quitté ce lieu magique que nous avions déjà envie d’y retourner ......

Nous avons passé une très bonne semaine, pendant les vacances de la Toussaint, à Portsall et ses environs dans une maison idéalement bien située en bord de mer. Nous étions 2 couples avec 7 enfants et avons entre autres apprécié le prêt des canoës, le piano, la grande baie vitrée...
Le littoral Breton est toujours aussi beau et dépaysant pour nous, Francs-Comtois. Malgré la distance, nous reviendrons très probablement.

super Lage, für Gruppen geeignet
Super Lage direkt am Meer. Die Bucht ist kaum besucht, daher fast ein "Privat-Strand".
Geschirr und Küche für Gruppen gut ausgestattet. Die Kanus sind schon etwas in die Jahre gekommen, aber es gibt Schwimmwesten. Fahhrräder sind keine vorhanden.
Die zwei Bäder sind mit nur je einer Dusche etwas knapp, eine Badewanne fehlt. Den Kühlschrank mussten wir erstmal wischen und das Haus gut durchlüften. Für Gruppen bis 8 Leute machbar, für grössere Gruppen etwas eng.
Unterm Strich, herrliche Sonnenuntergänge, gute Brisen. Die Kinder haben den Strand genossen, - täglich. Für 4 Erwachsene mit 5 Kindern toll.

Belle vue mais prestations limitées
Vue fantastique, avec accès direct à la plage et à proximité du port. Vraiment appréciable !
Toutefois nous avons regretté de devoir apporter notre litterie (pour plus de 10 couchages...) et compte tenu du prix de location il est très désagréable que le prix de l'eau et de l'électricité soient facturés en plus.

Un très bon week-end "Les pieds dans l'eau"
Nous avons passé un très bon week-end en famille (13 personnes) dans cette maison très bien équipée. Les propriétaires sont très accueillants et chaleureux, ils nous ont bien guidés dans la découverte de leur région. Merci Nelly et Guillaume. Nous avons apprécié les grandes balades à pied mais aussi en canoë kayaks mis à disposition et qui s' averent être un réel plus de cette maison. La vue du canapé est magnifique autant par mer basse que par mer haute, par temps ensoleillé ou par temps "venteux" avec pour attraction matinale la visite de quelques phoques qui ont réjoui petits et grands. Nous retenons précieusement cette adresse pour d'autres épopées dans le Finistère.

C’est notre deuxième séjour dans cette maison idéalement située, ouverte sur la mer, offrant un accès direct à la plage. Le calme est absolu et la vue superbe. L’accueil est très sympathique, les hôtes prévenants, discrets et disponibles. Les animaux sont acceptés.
L’équipement de la maison est fonctionnel ; il y manque juste quelques produits de première nécessité pour les courts séjours. Un piano blanc offre aux musiciens le plaisir de jouer devant un paysage de rêve. Que vous aimiez la contemplation ou la promenade, la lecture ou la baignade, le site est idéal.

"Madgik, Madgik et encore Madgik"
C'est toujours un immense plaisir de se retrouver entre ciel-mer-terre-soleil-Vent-sable-rochers-pêche-mouettes, sans oublier de magnifiques couchers de soleil, et nous réchauffés par un tendre feu de cheminée.
"Les pieds dans l'eau" est une maison très hospitalière avec une vue magnifique. Les vagues se dressent au large sur les roches de Portsall nous offrant un spectacle "gratos" ininterrompu absolument unique dans toute la Bretagne. Merci à Nelly et à Guillaume pour la qualité de leur accueil.

REELLEMENT LES PIEDS DANS L'EAU
La vue de la maison est réellement exceptionnelle par tout temps - L'accueil des propriétaires est parfait, ces derniers sont discrets, prévenants et disponibles. La maison est très propre, confortable et très claire - La capacité de couchages est telle qu'indiqué sur l'annonce pour 17 personnes adultes (literies et sanitaires de qualité) -
Un grand bravo aux propriétaires :
- pour le rapport qualité/prix
- pour l'aménagement de bosquets abrités devant et derrière la maison : très très appréciable.
- pour un point rarissime : le prêt gracieux de plusieurs vélos adultes, enfants, canoés, matériel de pêche etc... mis à disposition dans le garage.
- pour les 4 téléviseurs écran plat dans 4 chambres en plus de celle du salon (ça peut intéresser certains)
Un petit bémol qui ne nous a pas gêné nous, mais à souligner = l'absence totale d'insonorisation entre étages et cloisons et le nombre de places assises à table dans la maison pour 10 maximum - Par contre dehors, par beau temps, toute la place qu'il faut.
