About this apartment rental
Excellent 38sqm apartment on the ground floor in a modern building, near the sanded beaches with crystal clear sea, excellent restaurants and many shops. Well-equipped with all you need for a good holiday. Located in a quiet area with view of the lighthouse islands and the sea less than 5 minutes walk from a choice of beaches, city center including a huge selection of restaurants, bars, shops with private parking (assigned location and free). spacious living room with double sofa bed, dining table and chairs opening onto a 24m² terrace with table and 4 chairs, loungers and umbrellas and also with an electric blind. American kitchen including induction hob, oven, hood, built-in microwave, fridge-freezer. Double bedroom with double bed (160x200cm) and built-in wardrobe, window to the terrace. Bathroom with large shower, sink, washing machine. toilet. Second freezer.

We appreciated our stay at this unit and enjoyed a lot the spacious terrace.
The kitchen is well equipped and the washing machine in the bathroom is very useful considering a stay of a week.
We also appreciated some wine and sweets left as a welcome gift by the oner. It has been a little bit hard to find the correct building as google maps did not send us to the right position (we got advised about it).
Meeting somebody at check in would have been very appreciated just to give a more personal touch to the experience.
We made a lot a research about things to do and see in the sorroundings but someboby might have need some advises.
Standard rectangular pillows would have been a plus in addition to the french squared ones we found.

Nous avons passé un super séjour, appartement très bien équipé.abec une terrasse très appréciable et très bien situé ( 5mn à pied du centre et de la plage).
Aucun point négatif, que du bonheur, je recommande fortement.

Die Lage der FEWO ist super, 5 Min. von Strand und Ortskern entfernt, trotzdem sehr ruhig. Gute Ausstattung der Küche. Bequeme Betten usw. Absoluter Pluspunkt ist die Terrasse: Groß und mit Meerblick. Netter Kontakt zum Vermieter!

Location conforme à l'annonce, à proximité du centre ville sans les inconvénients, appartement propre et très bien équipé, literie de qualité, vue sur mer avec une grande terrasse.
Je recommande cette location sans réserve.

Appartement correct à part le canapé qui est très inconfortable en position assise.
Mal de dos et le protège matelas sale avons dû le laver avant de s'en servir.
Annonce annonçant lave vaisselle mais pas de lave vaisselle.
Lave linge et sèche linge mais pas de sèche linge.
Une deuxième clé pour la porte d'entrée aurait été plus pratique.
Et manquait la trousse de secours. CDT

Très bonne surprise
Super séjour. Tout peut être fait à pied. Si vous arrivez en bateau à l’île rousse l’appartement est accessible à pied. Plage de l’île rousse , commerces et restaurants accessibles à pied de l’appartement.
Quant au logement il est très fonctionnel pour 2 adultes et 2 enfants . La terrasse est spacieuse .
Le ménage est inclus ce qui n’est pas négligeable .
Merci à nos hôtes. Nous recommandons ce logement .

Appartement parfaitement situé !
Appartement très fonctionnel. On y accède par le rez de chaussée, mais en fait la terrasse sur l'arrière bénéficie d'une très belle vue dégagée sur la mer située à quelques centaines de mètres. Appartement calme. Accès à pied à la belle plage de l'ile Rousse ou aux marché et commerces en quelques minutes !
Les propriétaires sont très accueillants et réactifs !

Ein wunderbarer Urlaub
Das Appartement ist ideal für einen Urlaub auf der wundervollen Insel Korsika. Es ist alles vorhanden, was man für einen perfekten Urlaub benötigt. Die Terrasse ist toll. Man hat einen wunderschönen Blick auf das Mittelmeer. In nur wenigen Minuten ist man im hübschen Ortskern und am Strand. Die liebevolle Betreuung vor Ort hat uns sehr gut gefallen. Vielen Dank. Wohnung ist komplett eingerichtet für den täglichen Bedarf. Wenige Schritte in die Altstadt und an den StadtStrand. Sehr nette Vermieterin mit Muttersprache englisch.

Schöne, saubere, modern eingerichtete Wohnung mit großer Terrasse und tollem Meerblick
Wir kamen abends an, Supermärkte waren schon alle geschlossen, wir waren erschöpft von der Anreise, öffneten den Kühlschrank und fanden dort eine Willkommens-Flasche Rose vor.
Den haben wir auf der phantastischen Terrasse mit Meerblick gleich genossen und uns sofort herrlich entspannt.
Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt.
Einziges Manko: Die Wohnungstür ist etwas defekt und lässt sich immer nur mit dem Schlüssel schließen.

Superbe appartement, équipement très complet et de bonne qualité.
Terrasse très agréable de par sa parfaite exposition, le vis à vis que l on voit sur les photos n'est absolument pas génant dans la pratique.
Propriété très très calme (visiblement une grande majorité de propriétaires habitants).
Très bien situé, proche du centre ville et de la plage tout en étant à l'abri de l'agitation et de la circulation.
Propriétaires charmants, accueuillants, sympathiques et discrets.
Nous étions en couple avec 2 enfants, l'appart était absolument parfait pour nous.
La région est magnifique.

We had a car which made it much easier to get to: local quiet beaches; Calvi; evening concerts in hilltop villages; and mountain walks. Would be difficult without a car I think, especially out of high season July/Aug when the trains run more often. Friendly host family, good daily market in the town, supermarkets walkable, lots of restaurants.

Petit T2 sympa avec une grande terrasse, proche du centre ville et de la plage de l'Ile Rousse.
Très bon accueil et bons contacts avec les propriétaires ; un logement propre et entretenu. La terrasse spacieuse donne une vue sur des pâtures et sur la mer, vue un peu gâchée par un parking en contre-bas.
Appartement parfaitement équipé et meublé.
On est en quelques minutes à pied dans le centre ou sur la belle plage de l'Ile Rousse !
Orientation Nord-ouest: sans doute parfait en été, mais la terrasse est peu ensoleillée en mi-saison.

Equipement parfait (cuisine, sdb, tv, wifi...), style très agréable, terrasse immense et fleurie avec vue sur mer. Accueil très chaleureux de Kate aux petits soins avec nous. Location à recommander sans hésitation.

Séjour tès agréable apparement confortable avec une belle vue sur mer
Appartement idéal pour un couple, mais aussi vivable (!) en accueillant un invité grâce au canapé plutôt confortable. Ce logement meublé avec goût est d'autant plus agréable à vivre qu'il est avantageusement complété par une terrasse de 25 m2, bien aménagée avec vue sur la mer. En proximité avec le centre ville que l'on rejoint en 5 à 10 minutes de marche cela nous a permis de découvrir l'ile rousse où il est bien agréable de flâner..
Allez une petite critique: j'aurais aimé trouver un grill pain pour le petit dej.
Séjour très sympa, on reviendra !!!.

Komfortable Wohnung an guter Lage
Wir waren im September zu zweit für eine Woche da. Fühlten uns in der gemütlichen Wohnung mit gut möblierter Terrasse und tollem Ausblick sehr wohl. Fussdistanz zum Zentrum und trotzdem ruhig! Super ausgestattete Küche, so dass man auch mal zu Hause mit Meerblick essen konnte. Mir persönlich war die Matratze etwas zu hart, aber das Sofa hat auch gedient. Nur die Klimaanlage ist relativ laut.
Die Vermieter sind super freundlich und hilfsbereit. Empfehlenswert!
