Place was amazing with great views and a nice stroll into town. Communications with owners was perfect and they were always super helpful too. One small thing, would recommend eye masks as no blinds in at least one room, that’s if you like a darker room while sleeping like me. Would highly recommend staying here.

This beautiful, spacious and comfortable property is everything we were looking for to make our stay in Provincetown perfect.
From the kitchen having every gadget to prepare gourmet meals, to bikes, beach chairs and umbrellas, the house was very well equipped and saved us from having to rent/buy anything.
Mark the host was readily available to promptly answer questions both before booking and during our stay. A truly 5 star experience!

What’s not to love about this property—lots of bedrooms and bathrooms, outdoor spaces, multiple fireplaces, close to town and beach, plenty of bikes and beach chairs, incredible views from the sky deck, big chef’s kitchen, helpful and responsive host in Mark. This place has all the things to make for a cozy and fun stay for a large group. Would stay here again in a heartbeat!

My partner and friends loved our stay. The house was clean and well-equipped with everything needed to cook and relax when not out having a blast in PTown. The host’s communication was excellent. Without asking, he sent me a generous amount via Venmo during our stay to pay for some drinks. This was because he thought one of the AC units in the house was not working. It turned out the AC was working fine after all, so this was an especially kind gesture. My only wish is the house would be just slightly closer to town. However, you can still easily get there by bike in less than 10 mins and walking less than 20. I would definitely stay here again.

My family absolutely loved this home. Tucked back into a beautiful wooded neighborhood this home has everything you need for a vacation. Well appointed kitchen will enable you to cook anything you want right down to lobsters and Dirty Martinis . A short walk will get you to Commercial street and minutes away from the beach. We will most definitely would rent this home again.

We really enjoyed our week at Beach Trees! We loved the location in a quiet and peaceful neighborhood. The owners were generous to allow us to use their bicycles, which came in handy for getting to/from town and the beach. The house has a lot of space yet the main floor is perfect for hanging out together... the deck has a beautiful view and is a great spot to share a meal.
The owner was very responsive to any questions and even checked in on us when he got notification that Provincetown had a power outage (we were fine).
Highly recommend!

Nice Place to Stay in Provincetown
Pro:
- Three bedrooms (two with en suite on the lower floor) and one with a bathroom right next door on the second floor.
- Well stocked kitchen
- Nice outdoor space with multiple sitting areas
- Good hot water in showers
- Comfortable bed and towels
Cons:
-The driveway is very steep and it was difficult to push a stroller up and down and also the trash being at the bottom of the hill is not ideal for when you need to throw trash out
- The downstair bedrooms can hear most noises (walking around, television) from upstairs
- No blackout shades in any bedroom and no shades at all on some windows
- Clean on the surface but under furniture and beds is covered with dust

Amazing Home
We thoroughly enjoyed our weekend stay at the home. I stayed with my parents and brother before my wedding and had my bridesmaids get ready at the house— there was plenty of space for everyone and we took pictures there that turned out beautifully— the house has a lot of lovely high-end touches that set it apart. Mark is highly communicative and clearly pays attention to detail. It can be hard to find a big house for a family in Provincetown, but this one definitely checked all the boxes!

Perfect in Every Way!!
We have vacationed at various locations on the Cape but the location of this rental is now our favorite!! Private yet easy access to the beach and to Provincetown. The house was perfect for our family of 5 adults. We loved the outside decks, the fire pit patio, the backyard - so many cozy spaces to enjoy. View from the roof deck is outstanding!! The house is lovely and spacious, very clean, beds comfortable, awesome well equipped kitchen!! The host, Mark, was a joy to engage with - quick to respond and obviously concerned that all was perfect for our family vacation. Highly recommend this rental and look forward to perhaps another stay in the future.

A perfect perch
Beech Trees has it all! A quiet location; decks in and above the trees with amazing vistas and lovely sunsets; lots of interesting artwork to discover; and, high quality furnishings. It was a wonderful place to return to after a long day exploring the area and to stay in and read on a rainy day. We enjoyed everything about this home. Mark was a delight. We are already planning our return.

Perfect 1st vaca as a family of 4
We truly had an incredible vacation here. The house was lovely -- relaxing and well-equipped -- and provided us with several sunrises and sunsets to enjoy together. The location was perfect for our family, close enough to walk to town but far enough from the bustle and crowds (our boys enjoyed checking on the horses down the road.) The bikes were also a huge plus so we didn't have to deal with rentals and we used them daily. We plan to come back when in P-town again. Thank you so much!

Beautiful home, quiet area, walking distance to P-town & beach
This is a clean, well-curated home on a quiet hilltop within walking distance to P-town downtown and beaches. The home provided many bikes and was located close to bike paths in Cape Cod National Seashore/Province Lands. Owner was helpful and attentive. We would stay here again!

Peaceful Provincetown Oasis
My friends and I had a fantastic week at this property. It is set high atop a hill in the west end of Provincetown with stunning views from the roofdeck. This is a great place for a group of friends or family to stay; the house has everything you need. Amazing chef's kitchen perfect for cooking, comfortable living room, large deck with a view, an outdoor shower, bikes included, and plentiful parking. We could not have had a more perfect time and we can't wait to go back!

Wonderful Stay in Beautiful Home!
We had an amazing time at Mark Davila's property. Due to the pandemic, we had to adjust the timing and Mark was incredibly helpful with that. Additionally, the house is beautiful, comfortable, in pristine condition and has that best of all attributes: location, location, location. We were an easy wall to downtown Ptown and the harbor and an easy bike ride to beaches, walking trails and a nature preserve. Thanks so much!

Terrific holiday getaway
The property was very comfortable for 3 couples with privacy for each. It is a quick ride into town, and in summer I'm sure it is a lovely walk. Because we were there in late December, we couldn't enjoy the full benefits of the house, but it looked well outfitted for outdoor activities and we certainly enjoyed just relaxing in front of the fire.
Mark was easy to communicate with and very responsive to questions or requests.
Definitely recommended.

Secluded and Private
This is a first class home with wonderful amenities. Glorious kitchen and panorama views.
There are even bikes for your use which we made daily use of as the home is just outside walking distance to town. You’ll get a great workout on the bikes. There is amble vehicle parking. This is The perfect getaway place. Mark is awesome to work with. I wouldn’t recommend it for really old folks or those with young babies.

The home is beautifully furnished with a well-equipped, gourmet kitchen. The house is light, bright and airy. We enjoyed the outdoor spaces around the house too. The beds are comfortable. The owners are very nice and responsive and provide everything you need to enjoy your stay. The neighborhood is quiet and pretty, very close to the beaches and and a short walk to town.

Beautiful property, exactly as pictured and described
We are regular visitors to Provincetown and greatly enjoyed our stay at this property during our main visit this year. The pictures are completely accurate and are very representative of what you will see when you arrive. It becomes obvious very quickly that the owners take excellent care of the property and want it to be a high quality experience. Example, lots of little things like the high quality kitchen appliances you do not normally see in many rentals, to decent cutlery all the way down to including spa style soaps/conditioners in the bathrooms and extra bug repellent in case you haven't been to Ptown before in the height of the season. Communication from the owners was proactive the entire time there and when we asked if there happened to be an iron anywhere, he had one sent to the house for us. Very nice to accommodate our stay there and was not expected. Definitely made us felt immediately welcome. The walk to town is a fair bit further than we are normally used to, but was certainly manageable. Combined with the hot weather during our stay there, it probably helped quite a lot from putting on any extra pounds while we enjoyed way too much food and drink there during the week! The outside decks are absolutely beautiful. We loved sitting outside in the mornings and the view at night from the roof top deck is fantastic. Beds and linens were extremely comfortable. The outdoor shower is extremely refreshing when cleaning off after an active day and was a real bonus for us. Was also the first place we have ever stayed at in town that had more than ample parking for the number of guests the house can support. Really is a great place, thanks!!!

New, luxury home in great location
This house is even better than it looks online, and is very well located in Ptown. It is a 10 minute walk into town, yet nice and quiet and even has a little backyard that my kids loved. The house is beautifully renovated with luxury finishes throughout, and all the linens and towels were new and high quality. We used the bikes as well, which was a nice feature. I have nothing but great things to say about this home. Mark was wonderful to work with and I can tell how much pride he takes in the home. We will be back! Thank you!

This was an amazing property for our weekend away! The house was beautiful and the location was perfect. Quite yet close to the main areas of town. The house was everything we could have hoped for and more. It was very easy to communicate with the hosts and we truly had a wonderful time!

Fantastic vacation home
First time visiting Provincetown and would definitely recommend this property. Large modern property, that easily accommodates six adults in style & comfort. Beds were particularly comfortable and i would very much doubt any property in town provides better views from the multiple terraces. Steve, UK
