very nice little hotel, intimate and respectful place

all features were perfect. very intimate and clean. Cute room and very comfy bed. breakfast was delicious and copious. very good croissants. Window cut all the (little) noises from the street. I had a room on second floor. cleaning service very good. products in room (shampoo and cream) were included and smell so good. I would go again, and definitely share my very good experience.

nothing bad really. I was pleased to stay there.

Perfect stay in a well-located hotel

Perfect stay, the hotel is well located and the room is very clean, with a comfortable bed. The breakfast worths the price included in the room’s cost : tasty and good quality, with fresh orange juice. Their croissants are like those in France. Warm welcome of the owners who took time to give me some tips.

The room #1 is on the ground floor, you can not open the blinds without being seen. However it was okay for me, I just slept in the room and spent most of my time outside. It is convenient when you have (heavy) luggage.

the perfect place to stay in Ciutadella (and don’t miss the restaurant!!)

perfect location. staff was kind and nice. rooms are well decorated, clean and new. charming and quiet place. fantastic breakfast. bonus: probably the best restaurant of the island is within the hotel!!!

it would have been great to be welcomed by someone instead of a message with the codes. a fan in the room would be top (air conditioned was working very well but some people prefer the fan)

A beautiful and wholesome stay with delicious food

The room was modern and very clean. The location was perfect and the complementary breakfast was delicious, particularly the freshly made croissants! The Smoix restaurant is a must visit when in Ciutadella even if not staying at the hotel. The staff are all really helpful and accommodating and made us feel very welcome.

we can’t recommend Smoix enough!!

beautiful room and terrace. the bed was very comfortable. lovely sheets and pillows. amazing breakfast. everyone was very friendly and helpful. we ate in the restaurant which was the best meal we had travelling round the entire island and will be back!

we would have liked access to a fridge. otherwise all perfect.

We had a lovely short stay and the staff were friendly and efficient! Not a lot a more to ask.

The breakfast was excellent- avocado with tomato bread and scrambled egg with tomato bread! Coffee and croissants!

Another chair in the bedroom if you were staying longer.

very comfortable stay , great hotel restaurant

the property is very well located to the old town, but not directly in it. the room was modern, large and super comfortable, very clean and had good air conditioning. the breakfast at the hotel was the best I had while staying on the island, which probably has something to do with the hotels amazing restaurant. last but not least, the staff were charming and super friendly, which made for a great stay, would definitely return

Can’t recommend this hotel enough! Lovely boutique hotel for a couple

Absolutely loved this hotel. The breakfast was outstanding, wifi worked perfectly (we did an afternoon of work on the day we arrived), room was big and decorated very well. 10/10 would recommend

Cool boutique hotel close to Ciutadella old market

Place in general, room and forniture design make this place very cool. I love the breakfast at hotel restaurant (that is not exclusive for the hotel guests; it was overbooked for dinner) and location, very close to the fish market and old town area.

Unfortunately we had the ground floor room, positioned at the street level with people walking just in front, so no chance to open the window. Parking was not so easy.

Very good

The food is amazing in the breakfast (included in the rate) and also available for lunch and dinner as a separate fee / restaurant fee. The owners are super welcoming people, the chef of the restaurant is one of them.

We found out the bathroom is a little bit too exposed to the bedroom, therefore there is a lack of necessary privacy for a couple sharing the room.

Wonderful place. Would come again

Vianey was a wonderful host. Breakfast was yummy. Liked the design of the rooms and restaurant. Just a short stroll to the center and harbor. We had a wonderful time.

The front desk is not continuously staffed and at times neither the restaurant nor the front desk can be reached by phone. It's a small, family run business so, not completely surprising. It can be a problem though. Also, we would have liked to have options when it comes to pillows.

Luxury combined with a home-y vibe

Smoix is elegant with a comfortable rustic modern feel to it, the small number of rooms lending it a private and home-y feeling while the bustling ground floor restaurant ensures there is always a vibe. The owners make you feel like you’re at home both at the hotel and in Menorca generally, and the food at the restaurant is an absolute must.
