Stayed here with a couple of other families for a competition and we loved the house. Neighborhood is quiet and nice and had lots of wild life. We saw so many baby deer! The pool wasn’t transitioning one day and the host was super responsive and had the pool guy out same day. I have stayed at a lot of VRBOs and she was by far the most responsive and quick to resolve the small issue. Would stay again.

This property was just what we had hoped for. Nice, open house layout, and the backyard is perfect with the heated pool and spa. We were close to our family in the area, and the house was a lovely gathering place. Thank you Scarlett and VRBO.

Enjoyed our stay. The location was convenient, the neighborhood was quiet, and the backyard and patio were great places to relax and unwind. The house is decorated nicely and has lots of space to spread out. Very clean and comfortable.

The house was great! We spent most of the weekend outside in the pool and hot tub which got super hot! Would stay there again and bring the family next time.

Our family came to the Austin area to be somewhere warm and enjoy some pool time and we really enjoyed staying here. Nice quiet neighborhood and stylish decor in the home. The pool heat was such a nice bonus because the weather was a tad cooler than normal, but we were still able to swim and enjoy the pool and spa. We appreciated the host’s good communication to a couple of our questions as well. Nice place for a relaxed getaway!

We came to the Austin/Round Rock area for a soccer tournament for my sons. Adorable house with comfy beds and lots of space. Nice yard, pool, and hot tub. Owner kind and helpful! Kids had a great time. Nice little town nearby.

We enjoyed being on the property. It was easy to find in a good location near a major highway. The neighborhood was quiet at night. The pool and spa were so nice to have. The heating was a little iffy for the pool, but not the spa. The complimentary coffee was a life saver! The internet was great, and the access to TVs were convenient. The walk in bathroom/closet duo was really nice for space. I would be very happy to rent again when I need to be in the area.

We loved the hot tub, comfy beds, and plenty of room for our group. Host was very quick with replying to any questions we had and was very helpful!

We had a group of 6 in for a music festival and after the long hot days, nothing was better than cooling off by the pool! The pool floaties were a huge bonus :)

This house is in a good neighborhood. I walk every day so it was nice to have lots of large shade trees. We saw deer every day. The house is as advertised. The beds were comfortable. There were plenty of dishes/pots/pans and more than I expected in pantry items. My grand-kids LOVED the pool. There were plenty of pool floats and some pool toys. My only negative is while everything appeared clean the floors were not clean. My grand-babies' feet were completely black when they ran around without shoes so we had to keep shoes on them at all times if they were not asleep. I contacted the host and she offered to send someone over but I just told her to make sure it was addressed for future guests. We would stay here again.

Disappointing. Generally not well kept. Think motel or mid range hotel that is old and not looked after. Illusion of services that never happened made me feel like the owner was lying to us. (Pool guy never came, yard guy never came). Really limited kitchen utensils, flatware and serving ware. Pans were mostly scratched up non-stick $2 yard sale quality. The 6 six spoons were extremely large… just a lot of small disappointments when you get there that made us want to go home. Most notably the garage was gross with bugs, animal poop and mold and had be used to get to the washer and dryer and was right off the kitchen. I was doing ok and trying to get over the disappointment because you cannot just find a place for a family of six until my kids spotted a cockroach on the wall in the living room. I killed 3. Owner claimed they are just part of spring in Texas which makes no sense to me. Mostly feel duped because we spent more to get the “nicer place”. Other places that cost less and had honest reviews were available. We way over paid for this place because of the high star ratings which are likely not real. My kids allergies were terrible (allergic to cockroaches) and my husband and daughter ended up getting bacterial infections most likely from the the pool and imaginary pool services to treat the water. Pros: - pool size - Beds were comfortable - Space - Neutral simple décor - Deep tubs for kids - Refrigerator - Roku TVs - Responsive management Ok: - location - Worn furniture but not bad - Coffee maker and coffee mugs - AC made a lot of noise but worked Cons: - Price - this place is not fancy just looked fancy in the pictures. - door locks all seemed like they might fall off - No entry hooks for purses or jackets - Dangerous stairs - Smoke alarm batteries were completely dead (not chirping, dead) - Pool was not clean - Most of the pool toys needed to be trashed - Yard was not mowed or kept up - Pool toys were disgusting - Almost no cleaning products, TP, garbage bags or paper towels - No services ever took place so the manager was probably just making it up

We had a girls weekend to Austin and this house was perfect! We wanted to stay right outside the city but close enough to out for dinner. We had a great day in the pool. The rooms were were great to fit all 6 girls. We all said that we would look here her first on our next trip!!
