Location, facilities and great value for money. The garden was an added bonus, as was the off street car parking.
Highly recommended!
Nothing comes to mind

Spacious and comfortable, the flat was a lovely city stay for the two of us and our 6 month old. The kitchen was small but useful and fully equipped. The bathroom was also well done up. Ealing Broadway is a 20 minutes walk away and then an easy tube ride into the city, but Ealing itself was a great place to explore and experience the London suburban life.

Great big garden, quiet, free car park spot and hosts were v easy to communicate with. highly recommended.
More comfortable beds would have made it exceptionally good

The garden is absolutely fabulous. Quite rare to have a garden so large and it is well maintained. We emjoyed a few barbeqcues during our visit.

Great location close to amenities
Sofa bed wasn’t very comfy. Noise above flat early in the morning. Sounded like children running around.

Exactly what we needed and more!

Location was great. Had outside space with nice garden. WiFi was good inside. Owners were very responsive until we complained about the cleanliness, then they communicated erratically.
We arrived with the kitchen not being clean including dirty dishes/glasses plus the whole apartment being dusty. The kitchen is probably 30 years old with the cooker being about 50. The oven did not work. The dishwasher is rusting. The drawers are falling off. There was no doorbell which was a real problem since we were having to quarantine. Luckily we saw the NHS person from the window otherwise they would have assumed we were not quarantining, with a fine attached!
In the 19 days we were there, no offer was made to clean the apartment and we got our own cleaner. We also suggested to the owner he sack his cleaner! The bed is dreadful - again very old and passed its sell by date. We never got a decent nights sleep. The apartment is a conversion which meant the 18 month old upstairs would wake us up around 6am every morning with their jumping. The entrance to the apartments was dirty and not once cleaned when we were there.
The apartment is not really designed to be lived in for more than 2/3 days as the kitchen is not fully equipped to cook and eat in.
We don’t understand how the previous reviews were so good.

Provision of breakfasts, plus close to lovely cafes and parks. Garden very relaxing in warmer weather. Bath and shower were fine. Best of all was the comfy bed and the visitor bed available in the lounge.
Nothing. The weather wasn't too cold, and there were phone numbers to call if I had any questions. After lockdown though, it's been great just having somewhere to meet my son again who's been away at university.

Very spacious and very friendly owners and a lovely big garden to boot. Made me feel very welcome with some provisions before I arrived

The flat was only a short walk from the shops and 20 minutes walk to Ealing Broadway
