WELCOME TO PARADISE!
Stuart is an ideal location for anyone seeking the warmth of the Florida sunshine. With its 22 miles of white sand beaches, crystal blue waters, premier golfing and waves surfers, it’s got a little bit of everything. Centrally located for day trips to Disney, Miami, West Palm Beach and more! A true Florida gem that celebrates small-town life and that hard-to-find "Old Florida " feel. Martin County boasts a beautiful natural landscape from ocean, to river, to lake and everything in between, a treasure grove of activities, minus the crowds!
Everyone is talking about Stuart, honored for having the best tasting water, 2008 Most Beautiful City in America for it's size, 2015 ranked No. 3 by Smithsonian Magazine as best small town to visit, 2015 ranked as most beautiful and charming place to visit in Florida and remains the only town in Florida to be selected by Coastal Magazine as its #1 "Happiest Seaside Town."
Things to do:
Relax, leave that cell behind! Grab your beach chair, the area s many public beaches are a short drive away. Stuart Beach is just 2.2 miles, a mere 3 minutes from our home. But there are 18 public beaches to explore in Martin County alone. It's the Treasure Coast, you can a scour our beaches for all kinds of treasure; the best time to go beach combing for seashells, sea glass or Spanish gold... is during low tide and after storms. We are home to the last remaining House of Refuge, the Hobe Sound National Wildlife Refuge, the St. Lucie Inlet preserve, Blowing Rocks Preserve . Coastal conjures images of seafood, which the county has plenty to offer, but what you might not expect to find are farm to table delights, equestrian and rural agritourism adventures as well.
"Enjoy our Good Nature"! We have beautiful parks here and many to choose from. Indian Riverside Park with its Sailfish Splash Park, fishing beach and pier, historic Captain Sewel's home and Mansion at Tuckahoe, the Children's Museum and the Sailing Center all only 2.4 miles away! You can hike or canoe/kayak Jonathon Dickens State Park or any of the many waterways and rivers in our area. The Stuart Causeway and boat ramp is only 1.7 miles away. Bring your own boat and explore the area. Stuart is the Sailfish Capital of the world! Sandsprit Park is 4.7 miles about a 10 minute drive from our home. It offers the most direct access to the inlet and two popular sandbars. Sandsprit Park is located at the entrance to the Manatee Pocket. The park is an amazing place to visit to enjoy a day near or on the water. The boat ramp at Sandsprit is one of the largest in the area and offers the closest access to the St. Lucie Inlet. There is a boardwalk that circles the perimeter of the park and allows for fishing, walking, running, biking, and more. There is a playground for children and pavilions available for rental for parties and events. Sandsprit park is a great place to get outside and enjoy the beauty of Martin County, the waterways and the recreational activities offered.
Fish! Stuart is the Sailfish Capitol of the World! The Stuart Causeway and boat ramp is only 1.7 miles away. Bring your own boat and explore the area! Visit the sand bars, cruise up the river fishing for tarpon or head out the inlet for dolphin. Reservations for Deep-Sea offshore fishing trips can be made at the Marriott marina.
Eat! There are great restaurants located on the Island and just a short drive down the street is Downtown Stuart and Downtown Jensen, your taste buds will not be deprived. We have a delightful number of local unique restaurant and bars, brewery's and a wine vineyard for any dedicated 'foodie". Check out our notebook under the cocktail table in the living room, full of some of our favorite places to visit.
Shop! Downtown Stuart is 3.5 miles away and offers an eclectic mix of boutiques and shops. Palm Beach Gardens Mall is a world-class shopping destination with over 160 stores and restaurants and Vero Beach Outlets offer more than 50 stores.
Surf! You won’t find better waves in south Florida. Hawaiian, Californian and Australian surfers still scratch their heads in wonder at how Florida managed to produce Kelly Slater, the greatest surfer who ever lived, as well as disproportionate number of athletes who earned spots on the elite world tour.
Well, most of Florida’s East Coast offers a diversity of waves that have groomed some of the sport’s finest. Plus, the surf gets really good here in the Sunshine State, more often than you’d think, especially along the Treasure Coast.
Learn! The Florida Oceanographic Coastal Center is a 57-acre marine life nature center with sea turtles, sting rays and is within walking distance. The Elliott Museum has undergone a major re-visioning focusing on art, history and technology. Both are only 2.7 miles from your home away from home.

Work trip, nice place to come home to at the end of the day. Responsive host, and definitely a keeper on our Stuart visits.

The stay was enjoyable and convenient to the people we came to see. Would consider it again if our son came along with us. Otherwise I think it would be a bit big for just two people. But over all no complaints that would make me not recommend it to anyone. The owner did a nice job on the property.

The Dolphin house is conveniently located in the Krueger Estates neighborhood off of East Ocean Blvd. The home is very inviting, the neighborhood is friendly, and secure. The Dolphin house is close to downtown Stuart and within minutes to the Stuart beaches. We have dogs, so the fenced in side yard was very helpful for us. We enjoyed our stay very much and hope to return again.

We stayed for Thanksgiving week my husband and I. Out college age children came for 2 days. The home was great, well remodeled and well appointed. The location was excellent 1.8 miles from downtown and near the bridges we love to walk with the dogs. Near restaurants and shops. We had a wonderful time and will be back. Home could use more lighting in the bedrooms and by the couch I like to read at night.

The Dolphin House was absolutely perfect for our stay in Stuart. It’s a great location for hitting downtown or the beaches. The house was very clean and had everything for our month long visit. My wife and I had no issues whatsoever and we hope to book in the future. The desk in spare room work out great for remote work.

Wonderful Place
This is a wonderful place to stay. It is clean, the beds are comfortable, and the neighborhood is quiet and safe. We enjoyed using the variety of dishes to cook with, and hang out as a family. It is a short drive to multiple beaches, a beautiful downtown boardwalk, and nice local shops.

Great short stay!
My husband and I really enjoyed our stay at Casa Dolphin. The owners were wonderful. Very convenient to downtown Stuart, we walked to a few restaurants and took short Uber rides to many places.

Great location and well thought out
Our family of 4 really enjoyed our stay at the Casa de Delphine. We found the home very clean, comfortable and centrally located to the beaches, downtown Stuart and other nearby attractions. Recommend for families who are looking for a quiet and comfortable place to stay while exploring the area. Virginia was very accommodating and allowed us to check in early to get much needed rest after a red eye flight into the area. We hope we can visit again! Thanks for a great stay, Pedro and Campos Family

Nice layout for family
My dad and I stayed here. It’s well done inside. There’s ample places for seating and it’s well stocked. I like the door outside from the master bedroom as it’s great for letting my dogs out into the yard.
I even forgot something and the owners shipped it back to me which was kind. Sadly my dad and I got Covid so we ended up staying in the house more than normal.

Great family stay
Beautiful little place. We stayed last spring and realized we never did a review. Very comfortable place and loved the open concept. Back porch is very relaxing and we loved having a small fenced in yard to play with the kids.
There was an issue with the central air system but the owners swiftly responded. David was so kind! Several hiccups throughout the stay but again, swiftly handled. Would recommend this unit for a small family!

Clean!
Perfect for myself, husband, and two teens while we visited family in the area. The house was CLEAN! Located in a quiet neighborhood, the kitchen was well stocked with dishes, cookware, and utensils, and the beds were very comfortable. The owner always replied to any questions. Will definitely stay here again when we visit the next time.

Baseball Tournament
Clean with everything we needed including coconuts in the front yard. Grilled out a few nights and hit Publix for the rest. Long days with baseball kept us busy, and separate office for working helped. Downtown Stuart and Jensen Beach are cool places to hang out, just didn't have enough time to really enjoy them.

Great location and property!
We have rented this location a couple times over the past 3 years and the homeowner Virginia has been amazing to deal with. Our family loves it and have had great vacations renting this property! Close to the downtown restaurants and beaches and Stuart is a great getaway location and plan on coming back next year.

Warm, welcoming, well-appointed, well-located - wonderful!
This is a delightfully well-designed home that is very comfortable and thoughtfully practical. Everything is where it needs to be for an easy, happy stay. Bright expansive kitchen, comfy living room to watch TV, very comfortable bed, lots of closet space, and all tastefully appointed. Being able to have my dog and cat with me was a special treat, The neighborhood of Florida bungalows is charming and quiet, yet close to everything (beaches, downtown, supermarket). Virginia was great – very responsive and welcoming. I spent a very happy 2+ months there and definitely recommend it to others.

Christmas in Stuart
It was a good place to stay. Unfortunately we had a death in the family 2 days after arriving so we didn’t get to enjoy the trip at all. But this was not the fault of the house or the owners.

Perfect house for a family get away!
I can't say enough GREAT things about these owners and their home. We originally booked this house but there was an unexpected roof leak so the owners graciously offered their other rental house which was so kind. We were pleasantly surprised with this home and we're already planning another trip back. I am always cautious about finding clean houses, but now especially with Covid I was very apprehensive with renting a home but I felt very safe and comfortable. The neighborhood is so private and quiet and safe (we forgot to lock the door one day but had no problems!) Everything was well stocked and in good condition and Virginia was always there to answer any question and was so kind and helpful. The beds and couch were very comfortable. Great location to beaches, grocery store and cute little shops (a 4 min. drive) and we felt very safe because it wasn't crowded and everyone was respectful of each other. I highly recommend any house owned by these owners because they took care of it like I would my own.

Can’t say enough good things
I come to Stuart for family about every other month throughout the year. I have stayed many places but this, by far, is my favorite. The location is perfect for me and the home was extremely comfortable and felt like home. It has everything you need and is way better than a hotel. I hope I can make this a regular spot for my trips.
Virginia was in communication with me regularly before my trip and checking in and out of the house was super easy. I literally can’t say enough great things about my experience. Thank you for the best stay.

Beautiful Space
This was perfect for us to stay near family over the holidays. The beautiful and almost fully stocked kitchen made it easy to host a small get together for our grandmother who’s has memory loss. We had some issues with getting the AC to work, but was able to trouble shoot it... although it did take some effort! The internet seemed to cut out a lot as well. Beautifully decorated - we would stay again.

Great Trip, Neat Little House
Just what we were looking for. Came to fish the local waters for a few days. The place was exactly what we needed; we had room to park the boat and the location is close to shopping, restaurants, groceries, etc.. We would definitely book again.

Great stay in Stuart.
We stayed in Stuart for a swim meet. Five of us (my husband, three kids, and I) really enjoyed our stay! The house was lovely, clean, and spacious. Everyone was incredibly comfortable and we had everything we needed. The neighborhood was quiet, residential and very close to some of Stuart's best restaurants and attractions. I highly recommend staying at Casa de Dolphin!
