L'appartement est idéalement situé à 300 m de la plage et à 2,5 km du centre de Ste Maxime. Il est très fonctionnel et bien équipé. Le parking prive est un plus. Seul regret, en septembre, la terrasse n'est pas ensoleillée. Les échanges avec la propriétaire sont très cordiaux et les réponses très rapides.

Es ist eine wunderschöne Ferienwohnung. Die Lage ist für Familien ideal. Zwar ist das Stadtzentrum nur mit dem Auto oder mit dem Bus erreichbar, dafür ist der schönste Strand der Region 300m entfernt. Die Ausstattung der Wohnung ist sehr gut. Besonders hat uns die gut ausgestattete Küche gefallen. Generell ist die Ferienwohnung sehr geschmackvoll eingerichtet und in kleinster Weise abgewohnt. In der Abstellkammer befinden sich ein Gefrierfach, eine Waschmaschine und ein Wäscheständer. Eine Waschmaschine direkt in der Wohnung zu haben ist für Familien mit kleinen Kindern unbezahlbar. Die Klimaanlage war angenehm leise und sorgte für angenehme Temperaturen. Der Blick vom Balkon/Terrasse ist herrlich und die Ausrichtung ist ideal. Dank der Trennwand zur Nachbarwohnung hat man immer einen Schattenplatz. Ein weiteres Highlight ist die Tiefgarage. Besonders in den heißen Sommermonaten hat man immer ein kühles Auto. Auch die Vermieterin ist super nett und stets zu erreichen. In Englisch ist ihr eine einwandfreie Kommunikation möglich. It is a beautiful holiday appartment. The location is ideal for families. Although the city centre can only be reached by car or bus, the most beautiful beach in the region is 300m away. The equipment of the flat is very good. We especially liked the well-equipped kitchen. In general, the flat is very tastefully equipped and in no way rundown. In the storage room there is a freezer, a washing machine and a clothes hanger. Having a washing machine directly in the flat is really good for families with small children. The air conditioning was pleasantly quiet and ensured comfortable temperatures. The view from the balcony/terrace is lovely and the orientation is ideal. Thanks to the separation wall to the neighbouring flat, you always have a shady place. Another highlight is the underground garage. Especially in the hot summer months, you always have a cool car. The owner is also very nice and always available. She is able to communicate perfectly in English.

Appartement et situation vue mer épatants. Très calme.. peut-être parceque pas de voisins en cette période. Seul petit problème pour nous c'était l'éloignement des commerces. Pour le reste rien à redire. De plus la propriétaire Roselyne était très réactive lors de la petite panne d'ascenseur. Un grand merci à elle.

L'appartement correspondait à ce que l'on cherchait: moderne, bien équipé, calme, propre , sécurisé et avec une vue superbe sur la mer et la baie de Saint-Tropez. Son emplacement nous a permis d'aller à la plage tous les jours à pied et de visiter la région en voiture sans embouteillages fin août, début septembre.

Nous avons passé un super week-end pour la fête des mères dans ce logement où effectivement la vue est magnifique et où il y a tous les équipements nécessaires (Ma femme veut le même four hyper design et qui fait également micro-onde...). Le garage fourni ainsi que la proximité à pied de la plage sont un véritable plus. De plus, la communication à distance avec Roselyne et avec Nathalie, qui nous a accueillis, a été parfaite. Ma femme, mes enfants et moi-même avons été ravis de ce séjour. Nous reviendrons avec certitude.

Nous avons été plus que charmé par cette location ! Vue exceptionnelle appartement tres joliment décorè, très bien equipé et plus que confortable ! On se sent comme à la maison ! Nous n avons pas eu la chance de rencontrer l hote mais l avons eu au téléphone et par mail elle nous a été d une tres grande aide en répondant parfaitement à toutes nos questions ! Appartement idéalement situé avec vue sur mer. L'emplacement est stratégique pour pouvoir visiter les différents sites à voir dans la région. Le logement est propre, fonctionnel et meublé avec goût, on peut donc y rester pour s'y reposer et profiter de l'ensoleillement et du panorama La description correspond fort bien à la réalité et nous y retournerions avec plaisir. Nos chiens ont aussi beaucoup apprécié.

Tout y est! Une vue mer et pinède, magnifique et dépaysante, un joli appartement, moderne et cosy, très bien situé: chambre côté pinède, dans une résidence d'un seul étage, au calme et à cinq minutes à pied de la grande plage de la Nartelle! J'ai adoré: - me promener à la Pointe des Sardinaux, réserve naturelle toute proche - les marchés provençaux - la traversée du Golfe avec les Bateaux Verts pour St Tropez - la thalasso, bassin d'eau de mer chauffé, à 5 minutes en voiture - etc. En définitive, excellent séjour à BLUE EDEN, nous recommandons vivement. Et espérons y revenir!

Mon séjour à BLUE EDEN sera un agréable souvenir ! Location avec tous les équipements nécessaires, meublée avec goût et très propre. Une vue imprenable sur l'Estérel. La proximité de la plage est idéale, tout comme la situation de l'arrêt de bus, qui nous a permis de nous déplacer dans Ste Maxime en laissant notre voiture au garage. Merci à l'hôte pour ses prestations ! A recommander sans hésiter.

Roselyne is an amazing host. She is totally available, speaks excellent English, and truly made our stay a pleasure. The apartment is very clean and modern and well-equipped. Coming from New York it was an amazing experience. The area is so quiet and serene and peaceful; you can hear the birds chirping and there is a stunning, panoramic view of the sea from the apartment. It is so refreshing to sit on the balcony and enjoy this view, which you can also enjoy from the living room sofa. It was also really nice to have this quiet experience and still be so close to the city. The city is literally 5 minutes away via a city bus (only 1 Euro!). The beach is at the end of the street, which is super convenient, and it's the nicest beach in the area. This region of France is so exceptionally beautiful. There are many things to do for day trips, amazing food all around, and a rich history. Next time we return to France we will definitely stay here again. We cannot recommend this apartment or this host enough.

Apartment is spacious and clean. The view from the balcony is amazing. Roselyne is an excellent host and clearly cares about her guests. You are a 2 minute walk from a gorgeous beach as well as the bus stop to take you into town. Bed is a bit short, just a heads up for my fellow tall people. Would definitely stay again.

It's a bright two-room flat inside a residence. All the forniture is new. There is a wonderful view of the coast and the sea from the balcony. The sandy beach (Plage de la Nartelle) is a 5 minute walk away and it's one of the biggest beach of Sainte Maxime. The centre of the town is reachable in about 5 minutes by car and from the harbour you can arrive in Saint Tropez in 15 minutes by taking a ferry-boat. We would certainly recommend it to others.
