This is in a great position to enjoy Tregastel. A short walk to beaches, supermarket and the town where there are great bakeries and a really good weekly market.
The beaches are wonderful, and there are great walks all around the fantastic coastline.
The house is big and has plenty of bedrooms, a great huge dining table for everyone to sit around together, and a lovely garden.

We received a warm welcome from Anne Marie who showed us around her lovely well equipped and very clean house. The house was was in a good location being within walking distance of the supermarket and town. We were also close to several beaches some within walking distance and others just a few minutes drive away. We all had a great and relaxing holiday and I would highly recommend the house.

Super séjour
Nous avons passé un super séjour dans cette maison.
Nous étions 4 familles avec 5 enfants en tout et les nombreuses chambres et salles de bain/d'eau ont permis à chacun de passer un séjour très agréable. La maison a tout le confort nécessaire, elle est bien chauffé et a un extérieur permettant aux enfants de se défouler en toute sécurité.
Gros MERCI à la propriétaire avec qui nous avons pu échanger avant le début du séjour pour préparer au mieux ces vacances. Elle nous a donné beaucoup de conseils de visites dans la région, des bonnes adresses pour le réveillon de fin d'année et disponibles pour répondre à nos besoins.
En conclusion : allez-y les yeux fermés

Sehr schönes, geräumiges Haus, großer Garten, traumhafte Lage
Anne-Marie Choupeaux hat uns sehr freundlich empfangen und uns gleich die wichtigsten Wege zum Einkaufen gezeigt. Wir waren 5 Erwachsene (2 Paare, 1 Single) und konnten uns perfekt verteilen. Insbesondere der Wintergarten hat uns sehr gut gefallen. Alles, was wir brauchten war da und hat gut funktioniert. Einzig vermisst haben wir WC Papier (was natürlich schnell besorgt war).
Eine Empfehlung möchte ich noch aussprechen: es wäre besser, Bettwäsche grundsätzlich zur Verfügung zu stellen, da man nie weiß, wie groß Betten und Bettdecken sind.
Wir haben uns in dem Ferienhaus wirklich sehr wohl gefühlt.

Nous avons séjourné 1 semaine en famille (5 adultes et 3 enfants) dans cette maison et notre seul regret est de ne pas être restés 2 semaines.
Maison agréable avec un beau jardin et très bien située, à quelques pas de la mer.

10 jours de rêve dans cette propriété de grande qualité
La propriété est remarquable. Les photos correspondent bien à la réalité . Anne Marie, la propriétaire est chaleureuse, à l’écoute , et très disponible. Le jardin est magnifique. La maison? Très simple, il ne manque rien et elle est décorée avec goût. Très confortable . Le voisinage est calme et la mer vraiment proche. On peut même aller au centre ville en longeant la plage ( quand la marée le permet) . Nous avons vraiment été heureux de notre choix

Freundliche und sehr hilfsbereite Vermieter
Vom Empfang durch die Vermieterin bis zum Mietobjekt ist hier alles perfekt. Das Ferienhaus ist perfekt eingerichtet und zum Wohlfühlen ist alles in Haus und Garten vorhanden.
Die Hilfsbereitschaft von Anne-Marie ist mehr als toll.
Die Kommunikation vorab mit der Vermieterin lief ohne jedes Problem.
In der nahen Umgebung sind tolle Strände und spektakuläre Küsten mit Granitfelsen. Supermarkt, Bäcker und Metzger in nächster Nähe.
Wir können dieses Ferienhaus bestens weiterempfehlen und kommen gerne für einen nächsten Urlaub wieder.

Wir haben uns in dem wunderschönen Haus sehr wohl gefühlt und würden nochmal dort hinfahren.

Super Lage
Wir waren als Familie eine Woche im August 2020 in dem Ferienhaus.
Die Lage ist super, das Meer, der Ort, der Supermarkt liegt alles in unmittelbarer Nähe.
Das Haus befindet sich auf einem sehr großen wunderschönen Grundstück.
Im Außenbereich mangelt es an nichts, Grill, Tischtennisplatte, Liegestühle alles super.
Das Haus selber ist sauber, die Einrichtung teilweise aber etwas in die Jahre gekommen.
Im Haus gibt es 4 Schlafzimmer, im „Anbau“ nochmal eins. Die Betten sind allesamt „französich“ also nicht besonders breit. Da wir nur zu viert waren hat uns das aber nicht gestört.
Fazit: schöner Urlaub in einer fantastischen Landschaft.

excellent séjour
La maison par son environnement, son agencement, ses entrées de lumière et son agréable jardin permet à chacun de vivre des moments en commun avec d'autres tout en conservant la possibilité de s'isoler tranquillement. Nous n'avons pas eu une météo clémente et avons malgré tout apprécier notre séjour.

Absolutely perfect house and location
We have had an amazing two weeks, thank you so much.
The house is perfect, and is set in a large beautiful garden in a quiet area. It is a short walk to the supermarket, or to the lovely bakeries and creperies in town.
There is so much to see and do in the area - fabulous beaches for swimming and boating, great walks, and the local market is big and varied.
We feel very relaxed after our holiday, and would definitely like to return again in the future.

Séjour de 3 générations sous le même toit….maison idéale grâce au nombre et à la configuration des chambres, sdb et différents espaces! Tout est fonctionnel, pratique! Pas de vis à vis, jardin très joli et proximité des commerces et plages à pied. Région pleine de paysages magnifiques! Propriétaires charmants!

Sehr schönes Ferienhaus auf traumhaftem Grundstück
Die sehr freundliche Vermieterin nahm uns herzlich in Empfang. Für zwei Familien war es ein sehr gut ausgestattetes und geschmackvoll eingerichtetes Ferienhaus mit viel Platz für uns alle. Der Garten war ein Blütentraum und mit der Tischtennisplatte perfekt für die Kinder.
Wir haben die Woche sehr genossen.

Sejour familial
Toute la famille a passé un excellent séjour dans le gîte de Mr et Mme Choupeaux dont l'accueil fut chaleureux et qui ont aménagé et décoré ce gîte avec beaucoup de goût . Tout y est fonctionnel et les quatre SdB ont été fort appréciées . Les extérieurs sont joliment fleuris , l'espace verdoyant permet aux enfants de s'ébattre et les parties de ping-pong et pétanque ont enchanté petits et grands . Les repas pris sur la terrasse étaient propices aux échanges joyeux de la famille . La région est très belle et les distractions multiples . Un grand merci à Mr et Mme Choupeaux pour leur gentillesse et attention , nous donnant l'envie de revenir .

Un seul mot : nous reviendrons avec plaisir!
Accueil chaleureux, plein de gentillesse et très professionnel. La cote de granit rose est une superbe région. La location est spacieuse, bien conçue, pratique, s'adaptant à tout temps avec sa véranda plein sud ou sa terrasse avec tout l'équipement nécessaire. Si le temps est vraiment mauvais, l'intérieur est très agréable aussi. Literie correcte. Location très bien équipée. Penser à demander le linge de maison (gratuit) lors de la réservation. Beau jardin fleuri. Plein de balades à proximité sans prendre la voiture. Possibilité également de faire les courses à pieds à Tregastel avec excellent marché le Lundi matin. Nous avons passé un excellent séjour de repos et de détente. Encore merci à Me et M Choupeaux pour leur gentillesse.

Das Haus ist sehr geräumig und vollstänig eingerichtet. Der Garten und die Lage des Hauses sind sehr ansprechend. Der Wintergarten ist besonders hervorzuheben. In diesem lässt sich sehr gut verweilen und entspannen insbesondere wenn der Wind sich von seiner etwas rauheren Seite zeigt. Insgesamt können wir die Ferienwohnung nur empfehlen.

Une location de qualité dans un superbe cadre.
Nous vous recommandons tout particulièrement cette location en effet la maison est très fonctionnelle avec une belle décoration, le tout au milieu d'un superbe jardin. Un studio pour ceux qui veulent un coin indépendant, une véranda qui permet de profiter de l'extérieur si le temps n'est pas clément, la proximité d'un lieu touristique parmi les plus beaux de Bretagne avec ses sentiers de randonnées et enfin un excellent accueil par les propriétaires font de cette maison un endroit idéal pour les vacances.

très bon accueil de Mr et Mme Choupeaux, maison moderne très agréable, le plus: 4 salles d'eau et de bain c'est très appréciable quand on est 9 ou 10. Je recommande cette location.

Super location proche de tout, marché,supermarché, Perros Guirec, Ploumanach vraiment tant de choses à voir sans faire beaucoup de kilomètres. Nous avons été super bien accueilli par la Propriétaire vraiment très sympathique, nous y étions pour deux semaines interrompues par le deuil de notre mére. Le jardin est magnifique, l’interieur De la maison bien décoré, très propre, nous nous sentions comme à la maison...Nous avons tellement aimé Que nous avons déjà réservé pour septembre 2019. Vous pouvez y aller les yeux fermés vous ne serez pas déçu....
