About this house rental

This house of 200m2 located in a raised and closed garden of 1000 m2 offers you a view of the lake and the surrounding mountains. Consisting of a large living room and 4 bedrooms, it has an equipped kitchen and 2 bathrooms as well as an independent WC. An independent studio constitutes the fifth bedroom and includes a third bathroom.
The garden and the covered outdoor terrace allow you to make the most of your vacation.
The garden, very well exposed, offers you shade for a nap or the sun for a tan. Garden furniture and barbecue await you.
Parking for 2 to 3 cars. Located in a very quiet hamlet there is no problem of traffic, noise or parking.
Ideal for holidays with family or friends, it is the ideal starting point for excursions to the most beautiful Italian lakes (Lake Maggiore, Lake Orta, Lake Lugano, Lake Como) and mountain walks ( Val Grande National Park). Milan is only 1 hour by car or 2 hours by train, Turin an hour and a half by car.

Reservation conditions:
- Security deposit of 500 euros to be returned on arrival when the keys are handed over.
- House dedicated to family stays preferably. We will not welcome groups of friends to organize parties or festive events out of respect for the neighborhood and property.

Beautiful property, we really enjoyed our stay. The property is excellent and the local area is stunningly beautiful. Fully equipped kitchen, nice dining tables outdoors and inside, comfortable. Swimming beach and bars/restaurants 5 minutes walk away; a couple more cafes a few minutes further. Easy vehicle access to the property from the main road (it's before the road becomes one-way, so you don't need to go the long way around by the beach). Cerro is a pleasant village, but doesn't really have much of a shop (some essentials are available at Non Solo Caffè); Laveno-Mombello has all commerces including two supermarkets (Tigros, Coop). Things to note: Varese has a strict recycling program, some things are collected every other week. WiFi connection to your device is decent, but very slow connection to internet - no streaming, slow browsing. Washing machine is in the separate garage annex building - no noise in the main building but audible in the annex bedroom. Bring insect repellent in the summer.

Die Lage, das Haus, der Garten, die Nähe zum See ist hervorragend. Es hat uns sehr gut gefallen. Die Sauberkeit in der Küche war nicht ganz zufriedenstellend und vor allem bei diesem heissen Wetter, das wir genossen haben, hätten wir uns einen oder zwei Sonnenschirme gewünscht. Die Betten waren alle sehr gut, ausser in einem Schlafzimmer war das Liegen unbequem und jede Drehung hat ein Quitschen ausgelöst, sodass das Paar in diesem Zimmer die Matratze auf den Boden legte.

Nous sommes venus à 11 personnes (8 adultes et 3 ados). La maison et le studio étaient tout simplement parfaits. Accueil par Bozena très sympathique, lits faits à l’arrivée (option linge de maison). Salon et cuisine incroyable. Extérieurs vraiment sympa en cette saison. Nous avons mangé dehors en soirée (barbecue). Emplacement idéal pour une virée (ou deux) sur le Lac Majeur. Une très belle adresse à retenir pour un prochain séjour en Italie 🇮🇹

Das Haus bietet viel Platz und Rückzugsmöglichkeiten. Der Garten ist eingezäunt und ideal für den Hund. Die Ausstattung ist perfekt, es ist alles da, was man im Haushalt braucht. Einziger kleiner Minuspunkt: Wir sind an Weihnachten angereist und das Haus war eiskalt. Die Heizung funktioniert zwar gut, hätte aber einen Tag Vorlauf gebraucht, um das Haus aufzuwärmen. So haben wir Weihnachten frierend gefeiert.

Sehr schönes, großes Haus mit Garten, fußläufig zum See. Teilweise sind nur temporäre Betten vorhanden, zwei Doppelbetten nur in einer Breite von 140-160cm. Vermieter verschwiegen vor Reiseantritt, dass das Dach des Studios undicht ist und das Tor zum Grundstück nicht funktioniert. Teilweise ist das Haus und die sanitären Einrichtungen abgenutzt. Sauberkeit und Reinigung könnte verbessert werden.

Das Haus ist sehr schön und alle Küchengegenstände , sowie Handtücher und Bettwäsche vorhanden! Es gibt eine gute Tischtennisplatte und ein Fußballtor im riesigen ,gepflegten Garten . Toll ! Die Haupstrasse fährt in unmittelbarer Nähe vorbei und ist nachts manchmal etwas laut … Außerdem ist das Dach des Appartements über der Garage bei starkem Regen etwas undicht .. WLAN Verbindung könnte besser sein. Es hat uns insgesamt sehr gut gefallen!

Tolles Haus mit grossem Garten

Wir waren 5 Erwachsene und 3 Kinder und hatten absolut genügend Platz. Die Lage ist auch toll, da man zu Fuss zum Strand laufen kann! Leider eine Kirche mit pünktlicher Morgenglocke direkt neben dem Haus... aber so hat man immer was vom Tag ;) Gut Eingerichtet und auch die vorhandenen Spielsachen wurden heiss geliebt :) (PingPong, Leiterwagen, Spiel-Pony etc.) Wir hatten eine sehr schöne Woche!

Es handelt sich um ein geschmackvoll eingerichtetes gut ausgestattetes Haus mit gepflegtem Garten. Man fühlt sich irgendwie gleich "wie zu Hause. Der Wohn- Ess- und Kochbereich ist offen gestaltet und läd ein, gemeinsam zu kochen und zu essen. Draußen kann Fußball, Basketball und Tischtennis gespielt werden... Wir hatten eine angenehme Zeit dort.

Sehr schönes Haus

Wir waren mit einer befreundeten Familie in diesem schönen Haus. 10 Personen können hier bequem unterkommen. Die Küche ist super ausgestattet und die Zimmer sind sehr gemütlich. In den großen Garten haben wir jeden Tag Tischtennis, Badminton, Frisbee und Fußball gespielt und sind danach 2-3 min durch den kleinen Weg zu unserem fast privaten Seezugang gelaufen. Es war echt eine tolle Woche. Zwar hat das W-LAN nicht funktioniert, aber die finanzielle Entschädigung kam schon bei ins an! Wir kommen gerne mal wieder!

Maison très grande, agréable et bien équipée. Grand jardin. 2 plages accessibles à pied à proximité. Située dans un hameau calme mais près de la route on entend un peu la circulation. Pas de quoi gâcher le séjour. Très bon contact avec la propriétaire qui a réglé efficacement un problème avec le chauffe-eau du studio.

Un posto incantevole. Sono stata in questa villa per un mese durante il lockdown del Covid 19. Casa grande tenuta benissimo e molto accogliente. Giardino grande con uccellini che cantavano di giorno e di notte, una vera musica melodica. Tutto perfetto. Lo raccomando a tutti se volete la pace ed il relax lontano dallo stress della città

Met groep van acht (vier stellen) een week verbleven voor een fiets- en wandelvakantie. Prachtige locatie, dicht bij meer en goede uitvalsbasis. Groot huis met fijne tuin, goed uitgeruste keuken en garage voor fietsen. Wat kanttekeningen: - Meubilair tafel buiten niet geschikt om langer op te zitten - Internet zeer matig. (Wifi wel beschikbaar, internet heel traag) - Meubilair binnen heel laag. Banken niet fijn om op te zitten - Bedbank in slaapkamer was oncomfortabel. Matras op grond gelegd om te kunnen slapen.

Idéal pour grandes familles

Idéal pour grandes familles

Nous étions 10 dans la maison et n’avons pas eu besoin d’utiliser le studio attenant. C’est pour dire l’espace disponible dans la maison. Tout pour occuper des enfants : BDs à foison, table de ping-pong, vélos, canoë, panier de basket, ballon de foot et cages.... La maison est très calme, la plage est accessible à pieds meme s’il faut faire attention aux voitures. À recommander !!!

Un maison très confortable, spacieuse, bien équipée et bien située. Nous étions 7 adultes, 2 enfants et 2 bébés, et nous avions suffisamment d'espace pour se sentir à l'aise. Le jardin est très agréable. A recommander sans hésiter !

Die Villa in Cerro wurde von mir und meiner Familie (insg. 9 Personen) über eine Woche gemietet. Das Haus ist toll gelegen; bis zum Strand in Cerro sind es nur 8 Minuten zu Fuß. Mit dem Auto ist man in 10 Minuten in Laveno wo es alle notwendigen Einkaufsmöglichkeiten gibt. Das Haus ist absolut super ausgestattet, wir haben dort wirklich nichts vermisst! Einzig die nahegelegene Uferstrasse stört manchmal durch den Verkehrslärm; dieser ist aber nachts nicht vorhanden, sodass ein ruhiger Schlaf immer gesichert war :) Wir würden jederzeit wieder in dieses Haus fahren, es hat wirklich allen Familienmitgliedern sehr gut gefallen!

Wir waren 11 Personen und konnten die einzelnen Familien in dem großen Haus perfekt aufteilen. Das Haus, der schöne Garten inkl. der ganzen Utensilien ist top ausgestattet wie beschrieben. Wir haben uns alle sehr wohlgefühlt. Der Kontakt von der Buchung über die Bezahlung bis zur Abreise inkl. Schlüsselübergabe war super organisiert (die Besitzerin spricht Englisch, die Dame die die Schlüsselübergabe durchführt spricht Italienisch - Google Translator hilft). Der ca. 400m entfernte Strandabschnitt (Kies/Sand gemischt) ist nicht besonders groß aber dafür nicht überlaufen.

Fantastic property in an ideal location

This property was ideal for family summer holiday to Italy. Easily accommodating 8 adults comfortably, the house catered for all our needs and is well furnished throughout. Cerro is a beautiful spot on the lake, with two great little restaurants, as well as a fantastic ice cream shop. Also ideally situated from Laveno Mombello with its larger shops just 5 minutes by car and to where the ferry is located for trips across the lake and to its various islands. Florence was fantastic to deal with, very accommodating and prompt to respond. This property and our overall trip were fantastic, I cannot rate this house and location highly enough.

We were a large family wanting to spend quality time together on the lake side. The house has everything you would need. The host Florence was helpful and made us feel very welcome. We had wonderful times together. Ideal for children big and small. We would love to go back again.

Wir waren im Juni zu 10 (7 Erwachsene und 3 Teenager) in diesem Wunderschönen Haus. Die Beschreibung passt, es hat alles was angepriesen wird. Das Haus und der Garten ist sauber und gepflegt. Die Freizeitgestaltung ist dank des reichhaltigen Angebots (Trampolin, Tischtennisplatte, Basketballkorb und Tor) auch am Haus kein Problem. Die Kommunikation mit der Vermieterin war kein Problem (sie schreibt gut englisch) vor Ort war eine Dame welche leider kein englisch spricht, jedoch einen guten Übersetzer auf ihrem Smartphone hat. Die Leute sind sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit, man merkt gut dass diese Gegend nicht sehr von Touristen überschwemmt ist. Alles in allem ist dieses Haus sehr zu empfehlen, wir würden es vielleicht auch wieder mieten.

Très belle maison dans laquelle on se sent chez soi. La décoration est chaleureuse et fonctionnelle. Nous sommes un groupe de 9 amis et nous avons passé un très bon séjour ensoleillé en plus. Nous avons profité du jardin et de la terrasse très agréables. Nous avons découvert aussi la région du Lac Majeur sous le soleil. Location à recommander sans hésitation Véronique Vandamme

Parfait pour découvrir le Lac Majeur !

Nous avons passé une très belle semaine dans cette belle maison, à quelques minutes à pied du Lac. La maison est très agreable, et idéalement située pour visiter le lac et ses environs (Funivia de Laveno, îles Boromées depuis Santa Catarina, Lac d'Orta), et juste à côté d'une petite plage très sympathique accessible à pied. Nous y reviendrons !

Beautiful house, well situated

Our group of nine rented this beautiful and comfortable home for one week in July. It is a very large house with tons of space on three floors. It has a well equipped large kitchen, with a large dining room and a nice covered eating area outside. It is next to an old church lit a night, which provides a beautiful ambiance at night. The view from the top floor is very nice with Lago Maggiore and the mountains in the distance. It is easy to walk to the shores of the lake and the center of the small hamlet of Cerro. Laveno is only a few kilometers away by car. There's a separate suite on the second floor of the garage. Perfect for a large gathering and for exploring this beautiful region of northern Italy.

We had a wonderful stay in this lovely house very close to Laggo Maggiore! The house is spacious, very well decorated and equipped! The children loved the trampoline, football goals and ping pong table in the garden. Everybody felt like being at home! Cerro's beach is a few hundred meters away from the house, which makes it so easy to go and have a swim in the lake! We highly recommend this lovely holiday house!!!
