Two storey air conditioned duplex with Wifi is an easy 200 metre walk to Dutchies Beach and a 10 minute walk to town along the popular bridal waltz paved track weaving between the bush and the bay. Spacious open planned living area which flows out onto the large balcony is great for entertaining the family and friends for a BBQ. The main bedroom and ensuite are located up stairs with the living area and kitchen area and the 2nd and 3rd bedroom and main bathroom are located downstairs.
We also manage the duplex nest door which would be perfect for the extended family or friends!

Great weekend get away
Property was fantastic really spacious and clean and super close to the marina .
Great place to relax and unwind and base yourself to explore the region . Only feedback would be oven mits or tea towels would have been great for when we were using the oven as they are not provided and some basic cleaning supplies ie general cleaning spray more chux etc

Great location
Property was a short walk to the beach and not far from the main streets of Nelson Bay.
The furnishings are a little dated and it could do with a deep clean (spiderwebs etc). Otherwise we enjoyed our stay.

Great place. Comfy & clean. Well stocked. Close to the beach. New carpet. Just awesome.
We thought this place was great. Auto garage. Three bedrooms, two with Queens. Upstairs carpet was in great condition. Air con lovely. Very comfy & large couch. Well appointed kitchen. Big bathrooms & showers with great water pressure!
200m walk to Dutchies Beach was perfect! 10 min drive to Fingal was also good.
A new oven, & fans in bedrooms, would be good additions but everything else was wonderful. We'll be back!

Great location, roomy and comfy
We were impressed with how clean, roomy and comfy the apartment was. Easily accommodated 7 people. Nice balcony for our family BBQ. Large airy rooms, Beds were comfy. Lots of utensils and cutlery/crockery/cooking pots/pans. Close to the beach...and plenty of places to walk, such as the marina, shops and ice cream shop!!

Quiet Place
Nice comfortable quiet place with everything that you would need, close to beach and not far from the town area and marina. Cleanliness was very good only thing I could fault that the stove could use some attention. Overall great place.

Excellent Location!
The house is clean, comfortable and in a perfect location. Everything is in walking distance with the town centre a 10 min walk away and Dutchies Beach a 1min walk away.
The duplex is modern with a lovely relaxed feel and has everything that you would need.
I highly recommend this lovely holiday duplex - we will be back!

Perfect location but shame about mould
Location of this place was perfect but unfortunately the ground floor bedrooms smelt of mould and also visible signs of mould growing on the doors. This was probably due to the recent rainfall however I would have expected owners to have it cleaned better given the ground floor were set up for children. However the upstairs bedroom was perfect.

Great for Kids
One of the most relaxing attributes of this property is that every ground floor door can be deadlocked. So if you have a wondering toddler you can be sure they can let them selves out.

Comfortable and in good location
We loved our stay at this property. It is clean, spacious, very well equipped, nice furniture in the living area and 2 minutes walk to beautiful Dutchies beach. It's perfect for families as it feels like home away from home. We would be happy to stay at this property again.

Perfect Location!
The beds were comfortable and the property is well equipped and clean. We love the easy access to the beach and Nelson Bay shops, eateries and activities. We will definitely be back!

Great holiday
We have had a wonderful holiday in this house. It is close to the beach and very clean and comfortable. My only criticism is the door closer from the garage drove us mad when we loading and unloading as there did not appear to be anyway to keep it open. It also bangs shut. Also although not critical a laundry basket would have been useful to take clothes to the clothesline. However overall it was great and we have booked again for next year.
