This charming apartment T2 of 36 m2 for 2 to 4 people on the 3rd floor with elevator of a beautiful stone building is located 150 m from the beach Mole. We can see from the apartment a view of the sea and Dinard, near shops, restaurants, bars ... at the foot of the ramparts. The apartment includes an entrance with a large closet, a large living room with sofa bed, canopy, a kitchen, a bedroom with a large bed of 160cm and large closet, a bathroom with large shower with a seat , a suspended toilet. Free WIFI . Linen provided for two people.

Great comfortable place to stay inside the walls of Saint Marlo .Close to everything including good eateries just doors away . Very kind and helpful host . I was Ill and she recommended a near by doctor who was fab too . Parking just out side the walls was easy too .

We traveled to Bretagne from Normandie, where we attended the 80th anniversary of the D-Day landings.The apartment at 10 Rue de Toulouse was in an ideal position for our five night stay in St Malo; there is little point in visiting the city unless you stay 'Intra Muros'. It is in a quiet part of the town, but only five minutes walk from the centre. There is a bank and a small supermarket (Carrefour)situated underground with the entrance somewhat hidden down a side street. Parking is a problem, but there are public car parks just outside of the walls, where vehicles can be left overnight. There is a multitude of restaurants, where English is spoken to varying degrees. And, of course, there are numerous cafes to have coffee and 'watch the world go by'.We visited Dinan and Concale Plage on separate days - well worth the journey. In summary, we spent a most enjoyable time in St Malo and would recommend the experience.

This flat was very nice and comfortable especially the large bed. The whole place was spotlessly clean and the kitchen was well equipped with cooking utensils. I would recommend this holiday home to anyone visiting St Malo.

Bel appartement, très bien équipé et conforme aux photos. Super accueil à l’arrivée. L’appartement est situé au pied des remparts et à deux minutes à pied de la plage. Je recommande vivement.

The apartment is in the old town but not in the center. Close to everything, boulangerie , bistro and all the amenities, but quiet when you go to bed. Fully equipped apartment allowed us to make two dinners for friends from the local market. Patricia amd her friend Emmanuelle were great. A guality place to stay!!!

Die kleine aber feine Ferienwohnung war super sauber, sehr hübsch und mit allerlei Annehmlichkeiten ausgestattet. Sie liegt mitten in Intra Muros, so dass man in wenigen Metern auf der Mauer ist und die spannende Stadt mit ihren vorgelagerten Inselchen erkunden kann. Restaurants, der Strand und die kleinen Gässchen - alles ist innerhalb weniger Minuten fußläufig zu erreichen. Zum Ent- und Beladen konnten wir mit dem Auto bis vor die Wohnung fahren. Hier einen Parkplatz (tagsüber kostenpflichtig) zu finden, war jedoch schwierig. Große kostenpflichtige Parkplätze liegen jedoch direkt vor den Mauern und es ist nicht weit von dort bis zur Wohnung (ca. 200m). Für die Parkplätze muss beim Einfahren eine Parkkarte gezogen werden, die vor dem Ausfahren bezahlt werden muss. Die Zeit von abends bis morgens wurde nicht berechnet. Fazit: Wer mitten im Trubel von Saint Malo sein möchte, für den ist diese Wohnung mit allerlei Extras super! Der Kontakt zur Vermieterin ist schnell und unkompliziert. Sie ist sehr hilfsbereit und freundlich.

Super location à recommander!

Nous avons passé une excellente semaine dans cet appartement meublé avec goût, très propre et bien équipé. Il est très bien situé, à proximité de nombreux commerces et de bons restaurants. Mme Gérard est très accueillante, souple sur les heures d'arrivée et de départ ce qui est appréciable. Nous n'hésiterons pas à la solliciter pour louer à nouveau son appartement lors d'un prochain séjour.

Logement très soigné et très bien équipé ,,très bien placé,, seul petit bémol, le bruit , après 20h,les multiples passages des scooters et motos deviennent fort désagréable entre ces murs qui font caisse de résonance..
