This is a very beautiful apartment with a very responsive property owner! Mme. DESRAYAUD is very prompt in helping with any situation. This apartment has everything! Fantastic Location!! Beautiful Building! It is in front of the beach, & farmer’s market! The building has a beautiful entrance. Very secure safe building! The grocery store "Casino" is just a short walk. There is a rolling utility-bag in the apartment to use for groceries. It was very convenient. We enjoyed shopping fresh fruits and vegetables from the Farmer's Market on Sunday, just across the apartment building! The kitchen is tiny, for more than one person to cook, BUT, the view from the kitchen window is amazing! There is everything in the kitchen to cook your meals. It was a joy to cook! The balcony patio is fantastic with sea-views! We enjoyed the sun rise from this balcony! You can enjoy your meals out in the privacy of this corner nestled apartment! We loved the bed room too. It is tastefully decorated. Everything is organized well. Not too overwhelming! Earlier review had mentioned about the water-logging in the bathroom shower stall. There is a raised wooden platform to stand on for showers, and we did not experience any water logging at all. It was all clear and good! We enjoyed our walk to the Boulangerie Secrets de Famille! It is all very well-situated from this apartment! Uber to anywhere from this apartment is 10 Euros – for example going to St. Rapahel city center or train station or Frejus city center/ Cathedral or the shopping mall in Frejus. Overall, we loved this apartment! We will plan to stay here again! We have already recommended it to many of our friends! Thank you Mme DESRAYAUD! TRES BEL APPARTEMENT AVEC VUE MER ET TOUTES LES COMMODITES

L'appartement fait partie d'une résidence de standing. Il est situé au 4ème étage avec ascenseur et dispose d'un box de bonne dimension pour garer son véhicule. Il offre une vue sur mer que l'on peut admirer de sa grande terrasse. Tout est à proximité: plage, commerces, restaurants. La gare SNCF de St-Raphaël est accessible à pied (environ 15 mn). Il est bien équipé (vaisselle, appareils électro-ménagers, produits d'entretien...). Le linge de maison n'est pas fourni; ce serait un petit plus! Petit bémol: il manque un équipement dans la douche pour poser gel douche et shampoing et l'eau s'écoule lentement du bac de douche. Nous avons passé de très bonnes vacances. C'est un appartement que nous serions prêts à relouer pour un prochain séjour à FREJUS.

RAS le top et la propriétaire est tres agréable a communiquer.. Je recommande a 100Ît appartement.. Juste un souci de stationnement.. Pas facile et la police municipale est au aguets.. 36 euros d'amende alors que la taxe de séjours devrait prendre en compte.

L'appartement est idéalement situé, la vue sur la mer magnifique. Proche d'une supérette pour les courses, l'appartement est tout à fait complet. Le ménage était bien fait, sauf la poussière sous le lit. Le séjour fut excellent.

Une semaine face à la plage.

Bel appartement idéalement situé face à la plage dans une résidence de standing. Le garage est un vrai plus compte tenu du stationnement payant dans la rue. On est face à la mer dans le living et sur la terrasse où on prend repas et petit déjeuner. Tout le nécessaire se trouve sur place (vaisselle, produits d'entretien, ...). C'est déjà la 2e fois que nous venons. Et pourquoi pas une 3e ?

L'appartement est parfaitement bien situé, dans une très belle résidence, avec une superbe vue sur la mer . L'équipement est très complet et la propreté irréprochable. Les repas peuvent être pris sur la très belle terrasse idéalement située face à la mer. Le garage est un plus indispensable en été dans ce quartier très touristique. Un choix très recommandable.

Un très beau T2 dans une belle résidence récente face à la mer. Appartement remarquablement situé. La terrasse permet de prendre petit déjeuner et repas face à la mer. Juste une rue à traverser pour être sur la plage. Restaurants et commerces proches. L'équipement de l'appartement est très complet, et le garage en sous sol est un plus indispensable.

Agreable sejour dans ce bel appartement tout confort dans residence securisee et tres bien entretenue, face a la mer, proche des commerces et de St Raphael. Idealement situé pour le grand marché du dimanche matin et le petit du vendredi matin. Le temps capricieux en ce mois d'avril ne nous a pas permis de profiter de la terrasse. Nous y reviendrons avec plaisir.

Nous avons passé une belle semaine de vacances avec une météo inespérée fin octobre ! L appartement est impeccable, super bien équipé, insonorisé. Le canapé lit confortable est appréciable. Le garage fermé en sous sol , facilement accessible est un vrai plus . Nous avons pu prendre tous nos repas sur la terrasse , face à la mer . ! Dès que j'en ai la possibilité, j y retourne. Que du positif à retenir. Très beau logement avec une terrasse très agréable, dans une belle résidence calme, proche de tout. Les photos du site correspondent à la réalité. La garage sécurisé au sous-sol, très pratique car on peut tout faire à pied. Nous y avons passé un séjour très agréable. Nous conseillons vivement cette location et nous retournerons avec plaisir.

Ce magnifique appartement très bien agencé (rien ne manque) et très sécurisé nous a tout de suite enchanté de par sa vue, sa localisation, entre Fréjus plage et Fréjus port ainsi que de la proximité de la plage et des commerces. Le balcon très grand et ombragé en fin de soirée permet de se reposer sans souffrir des grosses chaleurs de l'été. Bien que ne connaissant pas la propriétaire (tout s'étant fait par mail et par courrier), nous avons beaucoup apprécié sa disponibilité et sa compétence. Merci à elle.

Nice apartment at a perfect location

The most important thing: the location of this apartment is perfect in Frejus. Right on the best beach in the area, very close to shops and restaurants, in a new and secure building. The apartment itself is nicely decorated, with new furniture and a very well equipped kitchen. We could dine on the terasse enjoying the seaview every day. The communication with the owner was also pleasant and flawless. Recommended!!
