Villa Mamataï (starfish in Polynesian) is aptly named: indeed it is 2 steps (300m) one of the most beautiful sandy beach of the Bay of Cavalaire. Choosing to stay at Mamataï it is on choose to spend a dream vacation.
the Mamataï is placed in the middle of a beautiful fenced garden which combines Olivier, Palms, Fig trees, Mandariniers, Lauriers Roses ...
a lovely swimming pool (heated in mid-season) will allow you to refresh yourself before drinking lemonade in comfortable outdoor lounge or on the teak deck chairs and canvas or even leaving you rocked in the hammock in the shade of trees.
Mamataï accommodates up to 10 people and has a baby kit. and to enable young parents to travel light, a cot, high chair and changing table are available to them.
The house has 5 bedrooms: 4 double and a fifth with 2 twin beds.
All have been decorated with taste and refinement.
3 of them are open onto the garden (of which 2 as the pool), and finally the last 2 are upstairs and have a wide terrace overlooking the same pool.
To make everyone feel at ease, the villa has 3 bathrooms / showers and 3 separate toilets.

Smaller than we normally rent but everything is there. Our young grandchildren loved the enclosed level garden and the mini-pool where they could play whilst not being out of their depth and minimal risk. Would have booked 2024 but now on sale with rivimo.com

Lovely villa, great location with beach bars and a great beach nearby. short walk into town. Olivier was very helpful both prior and during our stay.

We had a great stay and the house is very well organised around the pool and designed so well with different areas to eat and relax. Location near to shops and beaches is an added bonus. Olivier greeted us on arrival and was very kind with advice on the local area when we asked. Only stayed a week and wished it had been longer!

The villa is great for families is really well stocked with everything you would need and a great pool for all the family the location is fantastic to walk to the main port area with evening stalls, music great restaurants /bars

The house was perfectly situated!! Near cavalaire sur mer and very close to beach. The house was very well equipped we needed nothing! Very clean good communication! Everything about it was 5 star!

Geräumig, praktisch, sauber und nah am Meer!
Schönes Haus mit Pool, Garten mit Pflanzen umgeben. Das Haus ist geräumig, viele Zimmer, ruhige Klimanlagen, praktisch, sauber und nah am Meer! Sehr freundlicher Besitzer Monsieur Olivier.
Der Strand ist mit 370m Entfernung gut zu Fuss erreichbar. Sehr zu empfehlen mit Kindern.

Gezellige, leuke en goed gelegen vakantievilla
Goede ligging op 5 minuten van mooi strand, bakker en superette. 15 min. van centrum Cavalaire. Op 5 min. van eerste restaurants.
Gezellig, proper en ruime villa met alle comfort. Zeer behulpzame gastheer Olivier. 👍. Zeker voor herhaling vatbaar.

Sehr schönes Haus, gute Lage
Wir waren Opa/Oma, Kinder und Enkelkinder, insgesamt sechs Erwachsene und zwei Kinder. Die Raumaufteilung im Haus war für uns perfekt. Das Haus ist sehr gut eingerichtet und gepflegt.
Der Pool war für die Kids genau richtig und hat eine Alarmeinrichtung.
Leider war die Bewässerungsanlage für den Garten defekt, die Pflanzen waren vertrocknet und der Rasen praktisch nicht mehr vorhanden. Dies war jedoch der einzige Mangel.

Gorges du Verdon hoge bergen erg mooi uitzicht.
Heerlijk verwarmd zwembad bij het huis alleen was het iets kleiner dan verwacht. Voor kleine kinderen prima. Ook zit er een alarm in het zwembad voor als er onverwacht iemand invalt. Voldoende spellen voor als het weer tegen zit. Het huis is heel ruim, genoeg ruimte voor een beetje privacy. De VRBO is alleen in het begin tussenpersoon. Zij sturen daarna alle vragen meteen door naar de eigenaar. De communicatie met hem was heel prettig en kon in het Engels. Al met al een hele fijne week gehad!

VILLA au calme et à proximité de TOUT
Nous avons apprécié notre séjour dans cette villa où tout était conforme à nos attentes. Le contact avec Olivier, le propriétaire, a été très facile et agréable.
La propriété nécessitera quelques investissements pour garder le standing attendu. Nous y reviendrons !

Emplacement et prestations idéales, pour couples avec jeunes enfants, car très proche à pieds de la plage, légèrement excentré de l'hyper centre pour le bruit et en même temps à proximité de tout à pieds ou en 3 minutes de voiture.
Olivier était au top et avec un très bon contact pour être bien dès le début des vacances, et de bon conseil pour la Tropézienne :-)
Mes amis et moi même reviendrons très certainement.

WLAN im Haus war schnell, im Aussenbereich schwach.

haben uns fast ausschließlich dort aufgehalten.
Kurze Wege bis zum Bäcker und Meer
Das Haus war ungewöhnlich sauber bei der Übergabe, versprochenes Hygienekonzept wurde offensichtlich eingehalten. Da auch die Strände von Cavalaire sehr großzügig sind und Distanz eingehalten werden konnte, bestand keinerlei Gefahr auch wenn die Region als Risikogebiet eingestuft wurde
Besonderheit: In dem Haus ist eine abgeschlossene Wohnung, daher ideal auch für 2 Familien

Wonderful stay
Very enjoyable holiday in lovely property. Interesting design to property which proved perfect for our group. Great facilities and well appointed throughout. We had a couple of issues, nothing major, but the owner responded promptly and enabled us to just enjoy a splendid holiday. The children just loved the pool.....

Villa Magnifique ! Super séjour...que du bonheur
Excellent séjour où chacun à très vite trouvé sa place dans cette belle villa. Vraie maison familiale spacieuse, idéale pour notre grande famille. Elle est décorée avec soin et goût tout y est ! Belle piscine bien chaude appréciée des baigneurs de 3 ans à 80 ans...Que du bonheur et puis aussi le plaisir de pouvoir cuisiner et déjeuner dehors (plancha et point d'eau extérieur bien pratique) sans oublier les parties de pétanques. A souligner aussi la proximité de commerces (superette et boulangerie pour les croissants le matin) et surtout de la plage, enfants heureux de cette petite marche à pied. En résumé "PARFAIT" nous reviendrons c'est certain. Merci à Olivier le propriétaire pour son accueil et son écoute - Nous recommandons vivement !

Mamataï est un villa aussi confortable que M. Gsell est sympathique ! Tout a été bien étudié pour rendre votre séjour agréable. Certes la piscine est un peu petite...mais elle est à la bonne température, et entretenue correctement. Située idéalement, cette villa ne pourra que procurer plaisirs et joies à tous ceux qui souhaitent trouver un havre de paix au pied de la grande bleue...et terminer une journée de découverte des alentours par un massage relaxant à souhait dans le jacuzzi ! En un mot...cette villa est superbe!

Sehr schönes Haus, geschmackvoll und gemütlich eingerichtet und gut ausgestattet. Wir haben uns sofort wohlgefühlt. Nur wenige Minuten zu Fuss zum Strand. Sehr nette und hilfsbereite Vermieter.

Très belle propriété,très bien située
Propriété proche de la perfection. L'idéal serait d'avoir la climatisation dans toutes les chambres. Les aménagements extérieurs sont très bien pensés. Nous reviendrons probablement l'année prochaine.

Wunderschönes Ferienhaus
Wir, 5 Erwachsene und 4 Teenies, verbrachten einen tollen Urlaub in Cavalaire und Umgebung.
Die Villa Mamatai ist geräumig, geschmackvoll eingerichtet und alles ist sehr sauber. Die Küche ist sehr gut ausgestattet. Auch der Außenbereich ist sehr gepflegt. Der Garten mit beheiztem Pool, die Außendusche und die Sommerküche mit Elektrogrill wurden von uns täglich genutzt.
Bäcker, Lebensmittelhändler und Strand sind in nur wenigen Minuten zu Fuß zu erreichen.
Dieses Ferienhaus können wir uneingeschränkt empfehlen!

rien à redire, la villa offre tout le confort que l'on peut imaginer
on s'y sent bien et en plus elle est située à moins de 5 minutes à pieds de la plage et à 15 minutes ou 3-4 minutes en voiture du centre de Cavalaire.
Les hôtes Olivier et Caroline nous ont très bien reçus et furtent diponibles très rapidement pour toute question durant notre séjour.
