Charming 2-room furnished apartment for 6 people max in the Thuria residence with the keys available 24 hours a day. + Covered parking space in the residence and free car access to the station (80 hours a week otherwise)

Great apartment in fab location, just a short walk across the road to shops and Transarc. Parking garage a great bonus as well. Issue with previous occupants leaving dirty dishes etc but owner quick to respond. 😊

L'appartement correspondait à la description et nos attentes.
Immeuble très bien entretenu et bien situé.
Parking couvert au même étage que l'appartement, c'est un plus.

Für zwei Personen hervorragend. 4 Leute finden wir schwierig, 6 Leute geht nicht.
Ein gravierender Mängel. Es gibt keine Biergläser. Im Badezimmer ist leichter Schimmelpilzbefall, was wohl an der Belüftung liegt. KO

Bon séjour aux Arcs 1800
Nous avons passé un bon séjour aux Arcs dans l’appartement qui est globalement bien équipé.
Il faudrait améliorer quelques points :
- la TV est vraiment trop petite,
- il manque un four micro ondes et une séparation (rideau ?) entre le coin des 2 lits simples & salon
- il manque un aménagement du casier à skis (pour accrocher les chaussures) et gagner de la place
- le code de réduction ESF date de 2020 et il ne fonctionne plus

Good accomodation close to the ski lift
The accomodation is good. It has all the inventory that you will need. The ski lift is very close and can be reached in less than 5 minutes.
The room is somewhat small, but for 4 persones it was fine.

Die Wohnung war sauber und wie beschrieben. Und es gab einen Tiefgaragenstellplatz! 👍🏻 Die Lage war super in einem sehr schönen Ort. Tolles Skigebiet, gerne wieder.

L'appartement est bien agencé, très propre. Tout est à proximité, c'est idéal. Les balcons sont vraiment le petit plus super agréable !

Séjour très agréable
Nous avons passé un très agréable séjour, l'appartement est idéalement situé au cœur de la station, il est fonctionnel, calme, la présence des deux balcons en été est également appréciable. Il bénéficie d'un accès facile en voiture, mais également à pied et plus particulièrement, bien que situé au 4ème étage de l'immeuble, l'accès vers l'extérieur est très pratique lorsqu'on a un chien.

Logement fonctionnel, idéal pour 4 max, car peu d’espace pour accrocher serviettes, manteaux et affaires de ski.

Well equiped appartment close to skilifts and shops (inclusive parking space)
For four adults the appartment is great (6 could also fit but it will be a bit crowded). It's well equiped with enough plates, cutlery, cups, pans, coffeemachines and kettle, fridge and a dishwasher. It's a couple of minutes walking to the skilifts as well as the shops. The other big advantage of the appartment is the parking space at this property on the same floor, so we did not have to bother about getting a parking space. The WIFI in the appartment works fine. The owner responded quickly and gave good information ahead of our stay. The appartment is located centrally in the ski area of Les Arcs so we did explore the whole ski area.

on aurait aimé un micro ondes, et une connexion WIFI efficiente, remettre un relais WIFI proche de l'appartement ne serai pas du luxe.
pour le reste appartement agréable, proches des pistes et des commerces, avec un agencement vraiment sympathique et deux balcons ensoleillement toute la journée pour ceux qui ne font pas de ski. mobilier et électroménager à renouveler .

Appartement fonctionnel, très bien situé et très agréable
Localisation excellente dans la station : tout près du Transarc, près des commerces. L'appartement est situé au même niveau que le parking : top pour l'arrivée et le départ(place de parking réservée) et au bout du couloir, ce qui évite les nuisances dues aux passages ou à l'ascenseur. Ensoleillement de la terrasse tout l'après-midi. Appartement fonctionnel, agréable (toilettes séparées, ce qui est un plus). Casier à skis spacieux. Bref, nous avons passé un excellent séjour !!

Al voor de 3e maal! Appartement is niet groot maar voor 2 personen ruim voldoende. Ligt ongeveer naast de Transarc lift. Dit jaar zeer goede (gratis) Wifi geïnstalleerd. De ski-lockers op de begane grond zijn een welkome toevoeging; geen gesleep meer met ski 's en schoenen door het gebouw/

Appartement très sympa, bien aménagé et équipé (l'appareil à raclette et les fauteuils sur le balcon ont été, entre autre chose, bien appréciés). Le propriétaire a toujours été disponible pour repondre à mes questions. Le parking dans l'immeuble est un atout majeur.

Excellent séjour. La résidence est tres bien placée avec un accès direct aux pistes et aux commerces tout en étant au calme.
L'appartement a tout ce qu'il faut et était très propre.

Cosy, well equipped apartment 5 minutes from the lifts
Stayed in the apartment just before Christmas and loved it. Very warm and cosy ,very well equipped, comfortable and so convenient for skiing.Covered parking and free wi-fi a real bonus. Would highly recommend.Our host provided excellent communication.

The apartment is located just at the foot of a cable car, close to the centre of the village. It is perfect for couples or families with up to 2 kids: spacious but cosy, well furnished, with a separated bedroom.We stayed home for dinners and breakfasts - the kitchen has everything needed for cooking. Highly recommend!
