Fully equipped for a capacity of 9 + 1 people, it is composed upstairs of a parental suite opening onto a large balcony and offering a very beautiful view of the ocean with double bed 140x200 and private bathroom, 1 bedroom with 140x200 double bed and balcony, 1 bedroom with 95x200 single bed and an 80x190 extra bed, 1 shared bathroom. All bedrooms in the villa are fitted with large storage cupboards. On the ground floor, 1 master suite with double bed 140x200 and adjoining bathroom, 1 bedroom with two single beds 95x200, 1 separate shower room, living room, dining room, fully equipped kitchen (oven, hob, micro -waves, toaster, kettle, coffee machine with DELTA pods, combined fridge-freezer and dishwasher), pantry, utility room with washing machine, table and iron.

For a moment of relaxation, you can rest on the veranda while admiring the swimming pool, which is lit at night.

VILA ACACIA is ideally located on the Algarve coast halfway between Sagres and Faro, away from the hustle and bustle of the coast but very close to the beaches, entertainment, leisure! Only a few minutes from very beautiful beaches, golf courses, various tourist attractions (Aqualand water parks www. Aqualand. Pt and Slide & Splash www. Slidesplash. Com, Zoomarine theme park www. Zoomarine. Pt) and Algarve Shopping, come and enjoy an ideal setting for holidays with family or friends, in a very quiet residential area.
You will find several restaurants nearby, a large supermarket about 900 m away with a bakery and where you can buy your fresh bread every day.
You will have access to all the amenities and nightlife of the big city Armação de Pera located about 3 kms away.
Take advantage of the very beautiful neighboring beaches, the closest of which 'Nossa Senhora da Rocha' is located approximately 2 km from VILA ACACIA. It is a charming beach at the foot of the cliff which offers activities such as pedal boating, canoeing and boat tours of splendid caves nearby.
You can witness the arrival of fishermen in the middle of the morning and taste the fresh fish on the terrace in the beach restaurant with a splendid view of the ocean.
And in just 8 minutes by car, come and admire the magnificent 'Praia da Marinha' beach, known as one of the most beautiful beaches in Europe. About 10 minutes by car is the beach 'Praia de Carvoeiro', very lively in the evening and offering several restaurants and bars.
