My family and our friends (4 Adults, 4 children (age 9 -13) had a lovely stay at this apartment over the New Year 2024. It's located just by the the base of the Transarc lift in Les Arc 1800 so great for accessing the slopes. You can ski right back to the door so perfect door-to-door skiing. Like many similar ski in, ski out apartments, it's 'large enough' but one couldn't really describe it as large. It was clean on our arrival. We opted to take our own linen and towels as we were checking out very early on our final day and didn't want to face the rather large linen retrieval costs. It had a well equipped kitchen with every utensil you could need. The washing machine and dishwasher made life easy. There are some board games, cards and toboggans so entertaining our children was never a problem. We couldn't access the Wi-Fi but this didn't cause us an issue as we had good 4G coverage. Correspondence with owner was spot on as was obtaining and returning the keys from the Concierge. If we were to return to Les Arcs, I'd certainly try to re-book.

Vraiment superbe. L'appart est extrement bien equipé - absolument tout pour cuisiner, des luges... Il manquait qu'un seche cheveux :) On a passé une super semaine. Nous sommes venus avec un bebe de 17 mois. Par contre je dois avouer que les arcs 1800 pour les poussettes ne sont pas adaptees du tout. Aucun ascenceur dans la station, beaucoup d'escaliers. C'etait compliqué! Le ski etait super ceci dit. Nous recommandons cet appart les yeux fermés et esperons revenir une autre fois. Merci

Appartement propre et vaste, idéal pour une pause familiale estivale en montagne. Espace nuit séparé, chambres vastes, grande piècece à vivre, balcon avec vue sur le Mont Blanc, le tout à deux pas du centre de la station sans en avoir les inconvénients. Bref, c'était parfait.

Nous étions 7 adultes pour le weekend et l'appartement correspondait parfaitement à notre besoin. Relativement spacieux, 2 sdb, un très grand balcon et surtout à 100m du front de neige !!

Logement très bien situé, lumineux, bien équipé et bien meublé : seul bémol le canapé du séjour n'est pas très pratique en configuration couchage (lit double "en trois parties", donc plus grand que les draps standards et montants sensibles dans le dos). A noter, la chambre de la mezzanine dont la fenêtre donne sur le salon comporte un grand lit et pas deux petits. Un coup de cœur au final, avec le grand balcon et sa vue sur le Mont-Blanc.

Nice apartment located right next to the main ski lift to the top of the mountain so its in a great location and you can actually ski back to the apartment door if you are semi competent as it involves navigating some narrow icy off piste turns. On arrival we discovered we had no bedding/towels , which we were lucky to sort for ridiculous additional fee and there was also an excessive euro cleaning charge to be added to the bill , so we felt a little cheated by the this as nothing was communicated on HomeAway when we made the booking. The wifi also did not work and there were no instructions in the apartment apart from a wifi code that did not work. On contacting the landlord I was told that everything is communicated perfectly on the French booking website. Not much use to me and out of pocket!!!

Bien pour 8 personnes , pour 10 personnes risque d'être limité en place et rangements pour les vêtements. Emplacement idéal avec départ et arrivée en ski au pied de l'immeuble.

Nous avions décidé de passer le réveillon à trois familles au ski. L’endroit est impeccable et la situation est très bonne. La station est agréable même si le temps était mitigé. Nous recommandons l’endroit sans problèmes.

Nous avons passés de superbes vacances d’été en famille (2 adultes, 3 enfants 5/7/9 ans et un gros chien de 53kg) aux Arcs 1800... L’appertemét est idéalement situé, très agréable à vivre et surtout bien équipé. Les balades et activités sont accessibles et ne nécessite pas de prendre la voiture. Mais je crois que ce qui m’a très agréablement surpris est la gentillesse des gens (propriétaire, conciergerie, encadrement des activités , les magasins...). Vacances 5 étoiles en famille!

Séjour en famille très agréable dans un appartement spatieux et confortable ! Beaucoup de luminosité avec les grandes baies. Nous avons apprécié également l'équipement important dans la cuisine. Nous pourrions relouer sans problème. Merci à la conciergerie pour leur accueil chaleureux.

Super appartement conforme aux photos. L’emplacement est top, départ et retour ski aux pieds ! Super bien équipé avec même quelques jeux de société et bien décoré. Accueil et départ sans aucun souci, gérés par la conciergerie. Nous avons vraiment passé un très bon séjour, je recommande vivement !

Being a first time skiing holiday for the family, this apartments location was ideal for getting around as beginners. Everything that you would need was provided in the apartment and it was very cozy and comfortable after a long day on the ski slopes. The owner was also helpful and gave us all the information we needed. If we have the opportunity to go skiing at Les Arcs 1800 again I would stay at this property. Had a great time there. Gavin

Excellente semaine dans un appartement idéalement situé à 100 m du principal télécabine et très proche du supermarché ! Lumineux & très bien conçu, nous y étions très à l'aise et souhaitons unanimement y revenir dès l'an prochain. 2 chambres + mezzanine avec lits très confortables, 2 SDE pratiques, frigo de taille suffisante, beaucoup de vaisselle : parfait quand on est nombreux. Et en outre le propriétaire projette de continuer à y apporter des modifications : ce sera alors ... plus que parfait ! Merci & à bientôt !

Nous étions 2 familles de 2 enfants chacune. Nous avons passé un très bon séjour dans cet appartement. Il est très bien situé, en hauteur dans les sapins, avec une jolie vue sur le Mont Blanc et au calme! Il est suffisamment spacieux et bien équipé. Les 2 sdb, c'est vraiment appréciable! Nous sommes des habitués des Arcs 1800 et avons loué plusieurs appartements. A notre avis, c'est un des mieux, avec un rapport qualité prix vraiment intéressant! De plus, chose très appréciable, le gérant la conciergerie des Alpes, qui s'occupe des clés et de l'état des lieux, est une personne sympathique et très disponible. Nous espérons y retourner l'été prochain!

Superbe appartement! Nous étions 7, tout s'est très bien passé. L'appartement est très bien agencé, très pratique pour cuisiner, plutôt bien outillé, la vue sur le mont blanc est magnifique, et la localisation parfaite !
