Beautiful Villa
The villa is absolutely beautiful in a lovely quiet area just 10 minutes walk to the main strip of Protaras. The pool area was great with a wonderful view and inside the villa was very homely equipped with everything you need. We look forward to booking here again.

Great house close to many nice beaches.
A very nice house, good for staying with kids/family. Short distance to many nice beaches / places
It was promised to deliver a 2nd sunbed which never came as one was broken when we arrived.
One fan on veranda seems to be broken (left one, at least it made weird noises) But that’s just for you to know, we did not need it.

Beautiful Villla - Great location
This is a really homely villa in a great location with beautiful views of the sea and the local church. The pool area is great for sunbathing and as the pool is the same depth all over it is safe for children

Wonderful private experience
The villa itself, its location, the service and the fully equipped accommodation. We had very relaxed holidays and very good service by your team. Special thanks to Mary and Svetlana for their direct feedback.
It would be great if you could grow some more little trees between the two villas to get full privacy. Moreover an improved allocation of the type of visitors staying in parallel would be advantageous.

Intruders in our villa
We enjoyed our stay very much, the location was great and the villa was nice.
Unfortunately on our last day intruders walked onto the property, although we got them to leave we realised that this villa could be a lot more secure. Both sides of the villa are open from the front so anyone can walk around the back of the villa to the pool area.
There are no gates which leaves the villa very vulnerable. This can easily be fixed.
If so we would use this villa again.

The Villa is lovely. Peaceful, private, mature and a great location, elevated and overlooking Sea.
Had a wonderful 10 days at the Villa. Beautiful peaceful location overlooking the ocean. Then, on the Saturday the management agents booked in 8 young foreign national guys! It started at 1:45 am Sunday morning, when they arrived. Shouting, jumping in the pool, music. This then stopped when they went down to Protarus to drink. They then returned 4:45 am in the pool shouting, music singing. We had to shout at them to shut up and not be so inconsiderate! We e-mailed the agent who said they 'would speak to them'. Again at 6:30 pm in an evening, on came the music, the shouting, the singing. We tried to telephone their 'Customer Relations' as requested to inform them of the noise but no one ever answered, so I e-mailed the manager but got no response. So I recorded the noise [which I still have] and attached it to an e-mail to the company again. Later that night he replied to say he was on a plane back from a 10 day holiday so could not answer my email!! This is a wonderful Villa that can be totally spoiled by an inconsiderate management company renting lovely Villas to inappropriate clients. Two families had been renting that Villa for the previous 10 days and they were perfect, no problem at all. This is a quiet residential area sitting below a beautiful floodlit church overlooking the ocean and the management company let next door to a bunch of guys who should have been in Ayia Napa. Villa is worth 5 stars, Management 1 star!
