About this villa rental

Located on the hillside, facing the Domaine du Golf de Sainte-Maxime, this beautiful recent villa has 4 bedrooms and can comfortably accommodate up to 8 people. It is located in a very quiet residential area a few minutes from the Nartelle Beach. Access to the city center is achieved in a few minutes by car without the risk of traffic jams.

On the ground floor a large, well-equipped living room opens onto the covered terrace and the swimming pool. It offers a beautiful view of the hill. The well-equipped American kitchen takes place near the dining area. Still on the same level, the master bedroom benefits from an en-suite shower room and an independent toilet. A second bedroom has direct access to the outside.

Upstairs, two other bedrooms with beautiful open views, have a shower room with toilet.

TV in each room.

Outside, the large covered terrace shelters a beautiful table with chairs for meals as well as a gas griddle barbecue. The swimming pool takes place in front of the villa and enjoys good sunshine throughout the day. The terraces all around the swimming pool are well furnished with garden furniture and breakfast areas under the parasols. The garden is decorated with many southern flowers and shrubs.

You can fully relax in this beautiful new villa with very complete and quality equipment. Access to the beaches and the main sites of the Gulf of Saint-Tropez is done in a few minutes.

A lovely spot to explore the area. The pool and sitting areas are first class. Thank goodness for the ait con in the bedroom as us Scots are not acclimatised to the heat.

this is a home. very loved and very well equipped. the views and the outside area is wonderful. walking into st maxime is some distance and it's steep walking back, but the location is very quiet and peaceful. the pool is fantastic, the barbecue the eating area the lighting at night and everything you can think of is on hand. the owner Regis is absolutely lovely,very kind and caring. The concierge services are very good and the pool cleaners who come twice a week are also very good. quick and discreet. Only thing that spoilt the holiday was the check out man He was very rude and horrible for no reason. made me feel like a criminal which was not very nice when i cleaned the villa spotlessly before leaving. quite an aggressive man who clearly doesn't like his job or maybe foreigners. other than that PERFECT lovely home and holiday. thank you

Villa was exactly as described and the views were amazing. Lovely outside seating areas and inside was great too for when it went cool in the evening. We were a party of 7 adults and one baby and there was plenty of space for us all

We really enjoyed our stay - the terrace and pool area is excellent and very safe for children. The beaches at La Nartelle are just a few minutes drive, Sainte Maxime centre is around 7 minutes. The house is very well equipped and it is nicely presented and clean, we felt relaxed and very much at home. The photos of the house are accurate. Jeff at the letting agency is efficient, helpful and kind. We had a couple of problems beyond our control requiring urgent assistance and he dealt with them immediately and kept in touch to be sure things had been resolved satisfactorily with the technicians he organised. This was reassuring. Thank you to the owner and Jeff.

It was all as in the description. A few small things would have to be repaired (e.g. terrace railings or the radiant heaters). Otherwise, however, a great house. Unfortunately, we were unlucky that it was very windy on the first two days and a lot of the trees on the terrace flew around. And first of all: You need a car.... We would certainly like to come back

The property was very nice. All your needs catered for. Only issue was bedding was paid for but beds not made up. Access to the property would not suit all people. Sat nav struggled when returning to the property. Otherwise a good holiday.

Really lovely house with stunning views overlooking St Maxime golf course. Private parking. Perfect for our family of 4, we have 2 young girls aged 4 and 6. Friendly and prompt communication with the property managers who were great from start to finish

The villa is exactly the same as the description on homeaway.com. We went to Sainte-Maxime with eight friends to recharge and do some activities. For this, the villa was perfect with a good location, where the facilities (beach, village, tennis courts) are nearby (max 20 min walk).

We were 5 adults and 2 children sharing the house. The house is spacious, and all the rooms has a modern look with very nice interior. The outdoors is very beautiful and has alot of space, with a very nice pool. Overall the week we spend here this house and the surroundings gave us an outstanding impression. We will definitely go back some time :)

We stayed here as a family for 3 nights in October. When we walked in we were pleasantly surprised. It has lots of family spaces inside and out. Bedrooms were of a good size and the garden was well maintained with an awesome view. The kitchen was well equipped with a lovely induction hob. Other little touches like a top of the range TV, Huge 3 ft Bluetooth speaker. The property had plenty of glasses, plates, serving dishes etc. Everything you could imagen they had. 3 mins to St Maxime, 7 mins to big Caurefour supermarket. Lovely bakery 5 mins drive towards supermarket. I would 100% go back.

My family and I had a wonderful time at La Nartelle. The house was very clean and the beds were comfortable. The new kitchen is very nice. We were there a little early to take advantage of the pool but it was very clean as well. The back yard is inviting and has a beautiful view. We felt very safe and taken care of. The managers were lovely and available to help with any questions. We hope to come back soon! Thank you
