About this apartment rental

The studio is on the 2nd floor, southwest exposure. It is equipped for up to 4 people. The living room includes 1 fold away bed (2 places), 1 sofa bed (2 places), 1 table with chairs), 1 boxes furniture storage, 1 closet-storage cabinet, 1 TV. Bathroom with bath, storage cabinet, towel rail, separate WC with 1 small storage unit. The kitchen includes 1 gas cooker, 1 refrigerator, 1 washing machine, 1 microwave, 1 coffee maker, kettle 1 (1 window above the sink). In the hallway leading to the living room, there are 1 wardrobe closet where you will also find one vacuum cleaner. In the loggia, you have 1 table with chairs and 1 cupboard, 1 collapsible clothesline, herbs for your salad salads for example, ornamental plants; 1 store to cut the sun on the length of the loggia. There is 1 electric shutter to close the bay of the living room.
The parking lot of the residence is closed (barrier beeps) and the parking lot has a bar (with key). A large pine tree provides shade side kitchen, loggia side you have the small garden of the residence.
To avoid unnecessary step, I said that for the months of July-August, the studio is rented only by the week and from Saturday to Saturday. Thank you for your understanding.

Le studio, très fonctionnel et lumineux est idéalement situé au coeur de la Favière, proche des commerces et de la mer. J'ai beaucoup apprécié la terrasse et la propriétaire Annie est très sympathique et nous a très bien accueilli. JE RECOMMANDE !!

Le studio permet d accueillir 4 personnes ce qui convient pour un court séjour. La plage est à 5 min à pied. Hôte arrangeante pour les horaires, je recommande.

First off I must say that the owners are some of the nicest people I’ve ever met. They are always there for you and will help in anyway they can. The studio is situated directly across from the beach in a quiet, serene setting and you even have your own designated parking spot if you have a car. The location of the apartment is perfect. It’s a very short walk to the beach and port in which you will pass an assortment of pastry shops, cafe's, markets and restaurants offering all types of cuisine. Bormes is a quite town and a very safe a place. The people are very friendly and it's a great place for a family vacation. The apartment is clean and well lit, plenty of space, quiet and also has a full kitchen if you like preparing your own meals. Friendly neighbors, charming neighborhood, the Mediterranean ocean and sunshine will be there for you, how can you go wrong! My stay here was relaxing when in the apartment and I enjoyed day trips to close by Toulon, Saint Tropez and Hyeres.. I would definitely rent this apartment again and highly recommend it to anyone looking to stay in the Bormes Les Mimosas area.

Studio tout confort, bien aménagé et propre et très calme permettant un séjour plus qu’agréable avec proximité de la plage, des commerces et des sentiers pédestres: pas besoin de voiture!pas de mauvaises surprises: bien conforme aux photos et à la description! Sans oublier la bonne humeur et l'accueil chaleureux des propriétaires!nous retenons un séjour ressourçant et apaisant!a recommander fortement! nous reviendrons surement parmi vous les lavandourins!;-)

Studio bien aménagé à deux pas de la plage et des commerces. Facile d'accès . Quartier calme. Ménage facile . Bonne literie. Accueil chaleureux de la propriétairequi nous a indiqué différentes plages selon le but que nous cherchions, des balades à pied dans les collines ou le soir, le marché de Bormes - les - mimosas, , la pêcherie gallo-romaine que nous avons cherchée en allant vers Saint-Raphaël,des restaurants bon rapport qualité/ prix et toujours sa bonne humeur... Nous avons retenu ce studio pour une semaine en juin pour retrouver cette bonne atmosphère dans ce bon endroit où on oublie tout car on profite pleinement.

superbe séjour au Lavandou : appartement très confortable et fonctionnel à 2 pas de la mer. Le balcon est très agréable pour profiter entre autre d'un petit déjeuner à l'air. Sa situation géographique est idéale, légèrement retiré du bord de plage on peut profiter du calme de la résidence. Non négligeable aussi c'est le parking privatif dans l'enceinte de la résidence aucune difficulté à ce garer ce qui est très important . Du fait de l'emplacement de l'appartement nous avons pu profiter de la mer ,de la balade en ville et de son marché à pied (même pas besoin de la voiture si ce n'est que pour des excursions un peu plus éloignées. Je voudrais aussi et surtout remercier les propriétaires qui nous ont réservé un très bon accueil et nous ont très bien renseigner quand aux excursions à faire dans le coin. En conclusion nous devrions y revenir normalement au mois d'avril 2014 et déjà nous l'avons fait connaitre à nos amis qui devraient en profiter également bientôt
