About this apartment rental

Saint Gervais, authentic, warm and welcoming village at the foot of Mont Blanc. In a private residence, with caretaker, it is made up of chalets, and has a heated swimming pool open in July and August. A pretty 2-room apartment, where wood imposes itself over time.
It is equipped with: dishwasher, washing machine, dryer, fridge-freezer, television, toaster, electric coffee maker, ceramic hob (4 cooking points), microwave oven, fondue and raclette set , ironing equipment and clotheslines ...
Cupboards in the hallway.

sleeping is provided for 5 people. In the living room, a new pull-out bed, offering 2 80cm beds and a sofa bed.
In the bedroom, two 80cm beds, which can be joined into one (160cm)

A cot (umbrella) and a mattress as well as a booster chair which is attached by straps to an adult chair, are available to holidaymakers.

On the terrace, in spring, a garden furniture with parasol from where you can admire the eternal snows of the Mont Blanc massif and the Fiz chain, as well as the village that overlooks the apartment.

Nous avons passé une semaine magnifique. L’appartement très propre, bien équipé, très bien situé et le parking c’est très pratique. On va retourner pour les prochaines vacances.

L appartement est très bien situé, proche des télécabines qui permettent de multiples activités (randos, VTT...). St Gervais est une très jolie station, proche de Megéve, Chamonix... Nous voulions remercier les propriétaires qui ont répondus à toutes nos questions ...leur appartement est très fonctionnel et il y a tout se qu il faut pour passer un agréable séjour, la terrasse est un plus très appréciable, ainsi que le garage juste à côté de l appartement...Dans cette période de covid, Nous avons apprécié également le gel hydroalcolique et les surcouvertures jetables. La résidence est très propre et bien entretenue par les personnes qui s en occupent. Nous reviendrons sans aucun doute !

Posizione invidiabile con vista sul Monte Bianco e giardino privato sulle piste da sci, piscina condominiale all'aperto riscaldata, alloggio con ogni comfort, cucina ben servita, lavastoviglie e lavatrice con asciugatrice. Parcheggio sotterraneo da cui si accede all'alloggio con estrema comodità. La cittadina di Saint Gervais è splendida e centrale rispetto ad altre attrazioni dell'Alta Savoia. Molto consigliato.

Once inside we were happy with the accommodation although at first we thought that the adverts gave us a wrong impression as we thought it would be a bit like a small chalet or cabin when in fact it is a basement apartment. However, it's position was excellent for unloading the car and inside was roomy with plenty of storage, which is usually the issue with ski accommodation. There are lots of cooking utensils etc. we could have made gourmet meals for a large party but as there were only two of us a bit superfluous. I did feel that it would be better to have just 4 or 6 matching glasses and cutlery rather than a large number of left over sets, with often only 2 or 3 matching. It did feel like any odds and ends were being put into the apartment but I'm sure the intention is to give plenty of options. All in all very well equipped. We had a bit of an issue in that when we arrived the bedding was still wet and over a rack drying and would not have been ready for that evening but since we took our own it didn't matter. The location is good, provided you have a car to access the town, and if the snow had been better it would be great. You are right on the piste. It's a pity that the garden door doesn't lock from the outside as then you could use it for direct access but it doesn't so you have to walk through the complex and up the path to the road......or back. The other issue is that this is my third visit to St Gervais and there has never been enough snow for that run to be open all the way to the bottom. So we couldn't ski down to the lift in the morning, but we could ski back to the apartment in the afternoon, although the piste is officially closed and you should be comfortable on red runs to attempt it as it's pretty heavy going. We took our cats with us and it was a pleasure to find this accommodation that welcomed pets. Overall the lounge was comparatively spacious and comfortable and the flat was well equipped and well heated. The bedroom was adequate and the storage was good. The location was fine and we had no problems. We would certainly book again if returning to St. Gervais.

L appartement est super , il y a tout ce qu il faut et bien placé à Saibt Gervais. De plein pied et accès direct au garage ,très pratique avec des enfants et un petit chien. Résidence et Piscine super propre ! Gardienne tres sympa . On reviendra c est sur !

Nous avons passé trois semaines dans cet appartement avec nos jumeaux d’un an et nous en sommes très contents. Les propriétaires sont très aimables et nous avons eu un bon contact. La vue de l’appartement est magnifique, l’environnement calme, l’accueil par le couple de gardien parfait. L’appartement est parfaitement propre et très bien équipé. Nous avons particulièrement apprécié la terrasse ainsi que la piscine de la résidence. Le garage à quelques pas de l’appartement est un confort supplémentaire surtout quand on a des enfants en bas âge et de nombreux bagages à décharger et à charger. Nous sommes heureux de notre séjour et de notre choix de logement.

Très bon moment

Un appartement fonctionnel très agréable et parfaitement équipé. Une terrasse avec une une vue superbe au pieds des pistes. Un garage fermé juste à côté de l'appartement. Enfin, une piscine chauffée à ciel ouvert très agréable. Bref, nous avons passé un excellent moment dans cet appartement bien agencé et idéalement situé, et nous y retournerons volontiers lors de notre prochain séjour dans la région.

L'appartement est très bien équipé. Il possède de nombreux rangements, notamment des penderies et porte manteaux dans un très grand couloir. La literie est très confortable. Le chalet est au calme dans une résidence très bien entretenue par une gardienne est consciencieuse et disponible. Je recommande vivement cette location.
