Triplex apartment of 59m2, bright, with large balcony and views of the basin and the sea. Close to the city center and all amenities, ideally placed for quiet and relaxing nights. Free parking spaces at the foot of the residence "LES EMBRUNS". Located on the 2nd floor (elevator) with the intermediate level: a bathroom with bath and shower head and heated towel rail. The toilets are independent. On the lower level: a bedroom with a large double bed equipped with a quality mattress, a small bedroom-cabin with large double bed and sink area, on the upper level: a living room with sofa bed and a kitchen equipped with a dishwasher / a large family fridge with 3 freezer / 4 burner hob / oven, microwave / toaster / coffee / tea maker / Nespresso, all crockery for 6 persons, crustacean service, many cooking utensils and all the condiments necessary for preparing good meals. Large bay windows overlooking the pool and the sea, south-west facing balcony equipped with 2 sunbeds, an outdoor table and 2 summer chairs. Well equipped apartment for your comfort, functional and tastefully decorated, with free WIFI internet access. The beds of the rooms are made with beautiful duvet covers giving you a good sleep, towels available for all guests. Just drop your bags and enjoy your stay. The car is not essential. A restaurant-creperie "the pirate" at 50 meters. Access to the beach 500 meters through the dike by taking the footbridge near the apartment, without vehicles, securing for children. Ideal for jogging. For your outdoor activities, for children and adults, 500 meters several tennis courts, miniature golf, ponies / horseback rides. At 900 meters, swimming pool and Thalasso. 3 18-hole golf courses, polo and yearling sales in summer. Sailing courses at the sailing club Trouville. To get to Trouville, you are on foot nearby. A ferry is 500 meters to cross the Touques by water taxi (La Touques is the shipping channel that separates Deauville and Trouville). The Trouville and Deauville market on Sunday mornings are ideal for sourcing local products (seafood and vegetables). Market in Deauville every summer day, school holidays and Saturdays. Beautiful walks and discovery of Honfleur, Etretat, Houlgate, Cabourg and you are just 1 hour from Normandy landing beaches D-DAY. During the months of July and August, the rental is from Saturday to Saturday for 7 nights minimum.

Whilst not enjoying being critical, I feel I must express my disappointment with this appartment.
The block is run-down and in need of internal and external maintenance. The entrance resembles a public car park. The website has not been updated to make it clear that the lift has been broken for a while. The apartment itself, although clean, needs some t.l.c. - the furniture and furnishings are shabby.
The curtain pole in the main bedroom collapsed in the night (because the curtain was too heavy for the fixing in a flimsy plaster wall) and woke my wife and me up. When reported to the host, his response was "do not worry" - but no sign of an apology from him.
I booked out of the apartment earlier than planned in order to find more comfortable accommodation.
The rental charges do not give a fair reflection of the state of the property.

The apartment was very comfortable- enjoyed people and dog watching from the balcony.

The apartment is very well planned with bed rooms below the living room. The kitchen is well equipped, only thing is that we needed a sharp knife to cut the meat, but that was a minor issue. The view is fantastic and the accessibility to the beach is easy via the marina. Also very close to the city center. The host is very friendly and flexible in connection to our arrival, where we were late because of traffic. We highly recommend this apartment.

Alles war optimal, von der Buchung, über die Übergabe der Wohnung, bis zur Abreise.

Ideal location
The apartment is well situated with town centres and beaches of both Deauville and Trouville within 15-20 minutes walk. The apartment itself is roomy enough with a nice balcony overlooking the marina. The kitchen is very compact and bijou. Towards the end of our stay we did have some trouble with noise as there was building work being conducted in the floor below and the drilling was so loud over a morning that we could not stay indoors. And the next morning a man was using an extremely noisy leaf blower for about 3 hours. I suppose that we were a bit unlucky as I assume building work and leaf blowing are not frequently on the agenda.

Magnifique parenthèse en période troublée
C'est un superbe triplex, vraiment au calme, où il ne manque rien au niveau aménagement, vue magnifique sur la marina et la mer et surtout décoré avec beaucoup de goût, telle une maison de famille. Le propriétaire est charmant, réactif et je lui donne une mention spéciale pour nous avoir aidé pour un problème que nous avons eu sur place. Nous gardons un excellent souvenir de ce séjour.

Un joli emplacement à Deauville
Jolie vue sur la Marina. L’emplacement de l'appartement permet de rejoindre facilement le centre-ville à pied. Quartier calme.
Appartement au beaux volumes malgré une des deux chambres un peu petite.
Appartement bien équipé, notamment en vaisselle. Manque néanmoins un véritable four.

Wir (2 Erw. + 2 Kinder) hatten einen sehr schönen Urlaub in dieser sehr schönen Unterkunft Marina Deauville. Vom Buchungsvorgang über den sehr netten Kontakt, der Kommunikation, 1a Lage, Einrichtung war alles TOP !! Ich würde sofort wieder hier buchen.

Sehr netter Empfang in einer perfekt eingerichteten Ferienwohnung. Alles sehr sauber und es fehlte uns an nichts. Vom Balkon toller Rundblick auf das Hafenbecken, etwas Strand und kurze Wege zu den Hauptattraktionen im Stadtzentrum / am Strand. Sehr gerne wieder, wir hatten eine schöne Woche.

Es fehlte am nichts. Der Vermieter hat einen guten Geschmack. Gerne habe ich dort gewohnt. Parken war im Monat Juni kein Problem.

bel appartement, jolie décor, soignée, propre, petite attention très appréciée, terrasse agréable, bon le bruit de karcher en continu du chantier d'entretien des bateaux situé pas loin, peut en déranger quelques un, mais franchement on n'était pas venu pour rester dans l'appart, vue sur les bateaux : top et reposante, vraiment pas grand chose à reprocher à ce logement,

Die Wohnung entsprach der Beschreibung, sie war geschmackvoll eingerichtet und sauber.
Wir haben uns wohlgefühlt. Selbst bei schlechtem Wetter hätten der Ausblich auf die Marina und das Meer gut zum Erholen beigetragen. Vermisst haben wir eine gemütliche Leselampe in der Couchecke. Highlight war ein unerwartetes und großartiges Feuerwerk, das wir gut sehen konnten. Der Betreuer der Wohnung war äußerst pünktlich, freundlich und zuverlässig.

Appartement entièrement conforme au descriptif et photos, il y avait meme le
soleil en prime!!Très bien agencé, très bien décoré, on voit que le propriétaire est un homme de gout, voir un épicurien, en effet, on ne trouve pas toujours des flutes et verres à pied dans les locations, ni une bonne bouteille de vin blanc à notre attention dans le frigidaire!Il manquerait peut etre un lave linge, mais pour une semaine, on survit!! Le plus bien sur, la vue sur la Marina...

Die Ferienwohnung war genauso wie die Bilder erwarten ließen: sehr liebevoll und gemütlich eingerichtet, sehr sauber und gepflegt. Wir haben die 10 Tage sehr genossen und würden jederzeit wiederkommen.

Loin de tout (plages, commerces) contrairement à la description: "les commerces à 2 pas !!" Il faute compter au moins 2,50 km aller-retour ...
Et puis pas d'ascenseur entre le parking et l'entrée. Il faut grimper une quinzaine de marche extérieures. Donc là aussi description trompeuse. Dommage car l'appartement est très agréable

Very nice and cosy apartment. View over the harbour and see. Close to town but still a quiet place. Everything you need for a good vacation. The area is pretty and there is a lot to see. Take the small BAC boat to the neighbour town and sightsee. I give it top rating.
