Sehr zufrieden.wir wurden der Hotel nochmals besuchen

Frühstück gut.lager war Tip Top.personal sehr freundlich.es hat mehr sehr gefallen das wir waren am erste Tag schon bei Vorname genat.selte in schweiz schade.

Kein Abend essen nur etwas kleines wurde gegangen.

A great location but disappointing accommodation

Lovely location and views (weather permitting!) Comfortable bed, good breakfast

Very expensive, paid extra for a deluxe room but this upgrade offered no hint of what we expected. There was no one to welcome us at check-in, no hot drinks available or even water in our room. The room was basic with no tv, just one chair and poor storage facilities. I would not recommend staying here.

A relaxing week on Mt. Rigi

Breakfast was just great. I enjoyed the coffee, bread and the croissants. On most days, a plate with some nice cheeses, meat and some nuts/dried fruit was presented. The staff was more than willing to help with anything, and was eager to share tips for things to do and restaurants to eat. The views from the room towards the lake are just stunning. Hiking starts right in front of the hotel. Especially nice was the (not included) dinner. I would definitely recommend this to anyone staying here.

This is not so much the hotel itself as the vicinity. Due to the limited amount of trains running and limited opening times of nearby restaurants, one has to plan a little bit in advance. I couldn't just figure out where to go when I got hungry, as I prefer to do on holidays. A little planning goes a long way though, and I did not have to reserve a table anywhere during my stay.

Location and hotel are both excellent. The food is now standard.

Place and house are excellent. The staff is very nice. Strategically excellent place to start many walks over Rigi.

This used to be an elite gourmet restaurant, so the expectations are somehow automatically higher than it would be in other place. It is very unfortunately no longer an elite gourmet restaurant (looks like the owner changed or at least the cook), but from the other side they are not much worse than may others around.

Superb

Host were very nice . waking up to the mountain view was very breathtaking , swiss breakfast was very nice watching the mountains. we went during july.

Walk up from the cogwheel trains can be very tough for people who are not used to it, especially when you have luggage. its steep. so plan accordingly. with old people its difficult going up. The last train to that place to go up the mountain is 10 PM so if you miss that not sure if you will make it as its a car free zone.

The breakfast was good, with all you need and fresh ingredients. The view from the room was amazing, and the room was really comfortable. The staff was always very friendly and helpful.

Due to being low season, no other meals were available at the hotel.

A peaceful stay with a view

The location was just stunning with an endless view of the Alpes from the bedroom and the breakfast room. It was probably one of the most peaceful hotels I've stayed at - it helped that the rooms are well insulated, there's no TV (or at least there wasn't one in mine) and it was 5-min away from the centre of the village. The room was simple but comfortable and sparkling clean. The breakfast was rich with good Nespresso coffee. The staff was very kind and made it for a perfect stay.

All the info through booking was sent in German, which didn't make it super easy to digest.

Lovely staff, very helpful. The hotel is nicely located not to far from a train station, and with an amazing view, we could only enjoy it a couple of hours as we were unlucky with the weather, but it was really beautiful. Restaurant also offers good diner and delicious breakfast. perfect for a little getaway.

A perfect quiet spa retreat

Travel method was via boat from Lucerne to Weggis and then cable car to rigi (last is at 1910). Ask for a guest card before your travel day from the hotell so the cable car is half price. Its very expensive if you don't! The views were exceptional, but we wish the beds had been higher so we could see the views when lying down. This was the only fault we found. Our host was lovely. I would recommend this accomidariom if you are visiting the spa! It truly was lush!

Best place to stay in Rigi

Very clean, cozy look, very friendly staff

The mountain view room was very small for how much it cost and the view was almost nothing. However, the staff were so friendly and welcoming that I almost forgot about this. Not to mention the amazing view from the restaurant

Ideal place for romantic escape and "digital detox"

Fantastic chalet style hotel with retro elements in design. Breathtaking view over the lake Lucerne from our room and from a restaurant where the breakfast is served. Very friendly staff, family style. Ideal place for romantic escape and "digital detox" (no TV in rooms). Spa center in 5 min walk

The host was fantastic and the food was excellent!

The buffet dinner was very expensive. And the price of the room was also quite high given the size (very tiny bathroom) and facilities. I understand that one pays a premium for staying in the mountains, but there are better priced options in the region.

Great place to stay in the upper part of the small village. Very friendly staff.

Great views over the village. Probably the best location to see mountains. Nice Traditional Swiss breakfast. Good Service and great mountain view from breakfast room also. They have good deals to Baden and restaurants.

Hotel was just opened by new owner and after renovation. There was some minor thing not completed, but once ready in couple of weeks place will be brilliant.

Exceptional

The service was amazing. Pascal and his colleagues really looked after us. The location is exceptional. Views from our room were breathtaking. Fantastic spa very short walk away. Getting there by cable car adds to the fun

There has been a really good restaurant nearby but sadly it's closing so further to walk for dinner
