Two bathrooms, one with private entrance into the Master bedroom. Large lakeside yard with dock. If you have a boat/trailer, there is a grass/gravel boat launch immediately adjacent to the property. Reasonably quiet lake, some motor boat activity, but most is on the far side of the lake.

Summertime note: We love the lake, but so do bugs. All windows have screens, but please keep doors shut to prevent insects from entering. They actually camp out like little mercenaries waiting to ambush every time the door opens.
