About this house rental

Quiet beach resort community located in the heart of Ruskin, Florida, off of Tampa Bay! It is within an easy drive to Tampa, Clearwater,/St. Petersburg, Sarasota or neighboring Apollo Beach (for manatee viewing) and only 45 minutes from Tampa airport. Community amenities (all within walking distance): workout gym with machines and free weights, private beach 4-5 minute walk, 2 marinas, fishing pier, heated pools with hot tubs, tennis and pickle ball courts, shuffle board/bocci ball and corn hole, game room (ping pong, pool and video games), playground and restaurants: Tiki Bar, Hooks for casual dining, and Sunset Grill for a spectacular dinner view of the sunset over the gulf or cruise ship departures. There is a dock nearby the townhouse for launching canoe or kayak into the canal leading to the bay. This is the ideal setting for those wishing to combine the relaxation of quiet beach time with any nearby tourist attractions. The private beach is particularly suited to children, as there are gentle lapping waves and plenty of sand! Beach lounge chairs/umbrella are available for daily rental of $10/each at the beach. Alternatively, there are chairs and umbrella in the rental unit for your use. Little Harbor resort is frequently chosen as a venue for weddings and 'Everything Ruskin' would be a perfect location for wedding guests. Security info: Entrance to community is monitored via video surveillance and community entrance has security guard after 9 PM. DISCLOSURES: 1) there are two full flights of stairs in the townhouse: one from the ground level to the living level, the second from the living level to the sleeping level; 2) two video cameras present on site used for security purposes: ring doorbell outside, and inside vestibule; 3) no postal service USPS delivery on site is available to guests; and 4) On site beach parking for cars is pay parking: $3/hr weekday, $5/hr weekends (no charge for golf carts and Sunset Grill provides guests with 2 hr complementary parking) .

Comfortable but too many stairs for older folks. This property had everything you have at home or would need plus some. Weather was incredibly hot but can't control that. Only thing missing was an iron and ironing board.

We were looking for a warm, relaxing place to stay for the month of March and Everything Ruskin did not disappoint! The townhome was immaculate and was perfectly described in the listing. I would highly recommend!!

We enjoyed our stay here. The property was very clean, and we enjoyed being able to walk to the beach and pool and restaurants. We enjoyed dinner at Sunset Grill on the water one evening and it was delicious. We also enjoyed cooking at the townhouse and eating dinner and breakfast on the balcony.

Clean, spacious, nice place. Owner was very hands on. Some may like this but we are not a fan of being watched. Camera are for security of the guest and owners. Location was not for us as it was a far drive from the things we wanted to do (this was my fault when booking) Property was accurately listed as for location wise.

Our stay here was awesome! It was wonderful that my family could spread out if needed, cook in rather than go out, and easily get to the beach and pools. The home was clean and beautiful. The owner thought of small details for travelers like a beach bag, and towels, cooler, and other things no traveler wants to think about before vacation! And having the washer and dryer was fabulous too! I really hope that we can get back to Ruskin and Two Harbors. We really had an amazing stay!

20th Anniversary Family Getaway

This was the perfect property for celebrating our anniversary as a family. There were plenty of activities for the kids to do-fishing, swimming, beach-and the two restaurants in the resort were great for "date nights" for mom and dad! The property is immaculate and had all the amenities we could need. Jeanette was extremely helpful in making our plans and in answering any questions we had during our stay. Ruskin is a beautiful, quiet area with plenty of access to Tampa Bay and not far from other beaches along the Gulf. We would love to come back again and again!

My family and I have stayed in home sharing accommodations in 5 countries and this lovely townhouse is one of the best! The owner,Jeanette has thought of every detail, from the well equipped kitchen, to all the beach gear. The view over the canal is therapeutic with all the boats going in and out of the harbour. The resort is very pleasant with rentals available for water sports; and the Sunset Grill is handy for a meal and watching the sunset. Jeanette is very responsive and easy to communicate with. Highly recommended.

We totally enjoyed our stay at Everything Ruskin. The condo was beautiful, immaculate, and very well stocked with everything we needed. The owner was very accommodating and even asked us what we might need for our 1 year old granddaughter and our 16 year old son with special needs. She supplied us with a booster seat and a SPF 50 cabana that the baby could sleep in on the beach 🏖�. She also made sure we had some toys for the baby. We really felt she cared personally about us as her tenants for the week. She answered our messages promptly and was very easy to work with. The resort was gorgeous and had everything we could have wanted including two restaurants, two heated pools, a hot tub and a private beach. . If you stay, try the Sunday brunch at Sunset Grill. It was wonderful. We will come back. A five star condo and resort for sure!!!!!

Great location with excellent view of water way watching boats going in & out of marina. Excellent for a family with kids due to bunk & trundle beds in 2nd bedroom (this room not ideal for two adults). Beautiful master bedroom! Kitchen is well appointed! A short walk to beautiful beach & sunset grill.

The townhouse was beautiful and perfect for our needs. The views for both sunrise and sunset were exquisite. The facilities were clean, modern and easy to use. The property includes 3 pools and a beach on Tampa Bay. The main restaurant in the facility overlooks the beach and has a very good, reasonably-priced Sunday brunch buffet. The complex is quiet, although on weekends the pools get crowded and the restaurants are busy. The owner provides a very helpful guide to the area. Highly recommend
