Very average hotel in good location.

Location was good

Customer service was pretty much non existent. The lift was broken and when I asked the staff if they can get someone to help me to take my suitcases downstairs they told me they didn't think they can find someone the following morning to help me. Also when I asked to make my room I came back to my room in the evening and found all my towels still on the flooor and nobody even entered my room.

Great place - staff could do a lot better

Breakfast was good. Staff attitude was appalling - first time I have ever been asked for ID at a hotel breakfast. Rooms space location all great!

Staff were generally unhelpful, unreliable or both. On arrival I have to wait for 15 minutes to check in after midnight after a long and difficult journey while the duty clerk gave advice at great length to other guests. The next day I was asked for ID to access the breakfast. And on the last days I asked the front desk in person to pre-book my early morning taxi back to the airport which they said was done but then had no record of the following morning.

Highly recommend this accommodation ! Excellent on all levels !

We didn't have breakfast. The bar staff however were very friendly & helpful & gave us free ice for our room. The room was great ! Spacious & clean & well equipped. Also very quiet & serviced every day. We loved staying here & highly recommend it.

The pillows ! Too small & too flat ...

Очень нравится отель.Были второй раз. Отзывчивый персонал.Чисто,уютно,в номерах есть все, ,что нужно для долгосрочного проживания( даже утюг и кофемашина). Регулярная уборка номеров.Большой подземный паркинг.Рядом есть продуктовые магазины.Много кафе,ресторанов.Рекомендуем заглянуть в соседнее совсем маленькое кафе в гости к корейской девушке.Чисто,быстро и очень вкусно( итальянское меню). Мы путешествовали с 4 собаками.В этом отеле не было с этим никаких проблем.Очень рекомендуем.

Улица, на которой находится отель,хоть небольшая,но очень активная..люди,машины,постоянное движение..( но в номерах не слышно )

Komplett ausgestattetes kleines Apartment (Vorzimmer, Bad, Toilette, Schlafzimmer, Wohnzimmer mit integrierter Küche). Nespresso-Kaffeemaschine, Zangentoaster, Wasserkocher und Bügeleisen vorhanden. Wichtig: geräumiger Parkplatz in der Tiefgarage. Großer Frühstücksraum im Erdgeschoss.

Doporučuji, ale škoda detailů, které celkový žážitek nevylepšily

Výborná lokalita, prakticky v centu, v blízkosti stanice metra, žádná složitá cesta autem. Parkování zdarma v podzemních garážích, velice prostorný pokoj, který jsme ocenili zejména z důvodu, že nemáte toaletu za hlavou. Z těchto pohledů bylo ubytování naprosto super. Najdou se ošem ale.

Ale u snídaně nebyl k dispozici jogurt (20 minut po zahájení), celkově snídaňová nabídka byla spíše skromnější, ale ano, vybrat se dalo. Večerní objednávka míchaného nápoje byla servírováná již dohromady, což na chuti působilo tak, jako by tam jedna složka chyběla. V koupelně byla znát počínající plíseň. Pokojská služba, která uklízela pokoj, ho spíše neuklidila.

Recommend for stay at Budapest

The hotel is conveniently located at the city center and free parking is available in the garage. Excellent breakfast and large one-bedroom apartment with kitchen. Staffs there were very friendly and helpful.

The only thing we were not satisfied with was the room service which was slow. We stayed for five nights, and the room service was not completed till very late afternoon.

Ideal für alle, die ein geräumiges Zimmer in guter Lage wollen.

Ich kann mich den meisten Bewertungen nur anschließen: Die Lage ist super, weil gleich beim hippen jüdischen Viertel, ins Zentrum kann man zu Fuß gehen, Metrostation Astoria 5 min zu Fuß. Die Zimmer sind richtig groß und geräumig, das ist ideal für Familien. Man kann sich auch mal im Zimmer aufhalten ohne sich gegenseitig auf die Füße zu steigen. Weil manche schreiben, das Zimmer wurde nicht geputzt: Dafür muss man den Make-up-Room Knopf drücken. Das erklärt einem das Personal aber beim Einchecken.

Das mit den Seifenspendern und Handtuchhaltern kann ich nur wiederholen und es sind einfach mehrere kleine Sachen, die zu reparieren wären. Nichts Tragisches, aber man könnte mal eine Handwerkertruppe durchschicken, um alles in Ordnung zu bringen.

Umisteni hotelu, jeho dostupnost, cistota, moznost parkovani v podzemni garazi opravdu potesi.

Snidane a servis je hodne poddimenzovana. Casto chybely stoly, potreviny i nadodi (napr. sklenicky). Paklize by byl hotel plny, neumim si to ani predstavit. Na pokoji bylo par veci k oprave. Osobne hodnotim hotel spice 3*+

Unheimlich umständlich die telefonische Gespräche, keine wirkliche Auskunft erhalten, verwiesen auf Mailverkehr, daraufhin einen viel höheren Preis angeboten als auf der Site. Zwei Angestellten ( 1 an der Rezeption 1 am Frühstücksraum) ziemlich unfreundlich und nicht hilfsbereit. Frühstücksbufet nur mit Produkten mit Zuckerzusatz, nicht im Voraus zu erahnen, nach Anfrage kein entgegenkommen.

Struttura moderna, pulita in posizione comoda con un buon rapporto qualità prezzo…..ci è stato anche fatto un upgrade gratuito della stanza: camera, bagno, cucina e ampio salotto.

Non avevamo la colazione inclusa (ma lo sapevamo in fase di prenotazione), mi è dispiaciuto che in camera non ci fosse neanche 1 bottiglietta d’acqua di cortesia

أقامه رائعه مع العائله وكانت في أواخر شهر نوفمبر 2023 درجات الحراره تتراوح ( 2 و -2 ) ويمكن تكرارها

- موظفي الإستقبال بشوشين ومتعاونين لأبعد الحدود ويرشدك لمكان الغرفه ويمكن لك حفظ الحقائب لدى الفندق لبعض الوقت . - الغرفه والمرافق ممتازه وحديثه . - خزائن المطبخ متوفر بها أغلب إحتياجات الطبخ . - الإنترنت في موقعنا متوفر وسريع . - يوجد أسفل الفندق سوبر ماركت كبير ( سبار ) والشارع المقابل يوجد محل آخر . - الكوفيات ومراكز التسوق قريبه يمكن الوصول لها مشياُ أو عن طريق المواصلات ( الترام - الباصات ) وهي آمنه - أرشح زياره البلد وتكرار الإقامه بالفندق .

- لايوجد هاتف بالغرفه للتواصل مع الإستقبال ويمكنك التواصل عن طريق ( الواتس أب ) . - أوقات تنظيف الغرف غير واضحه . - لا يوجد بالغرفه غساله ملابس .

Zentral ruhige Seitenstraße

Netter Service zum Frühstück und an der Bar. Die nette Dame kam aus Belarus. Haben Probleme mit der Heizung im Zimmer 1101 gehabt es war nur 18 grad warm . Nach zweimaliger Beschwerde, wurde alles behoben und sogar ein Ersatzzimmer angeboten . War nun nicht mehr nötig da alles gut war. Haben dann als Entschädigung noch ein Frühstück kostenlos angeboten bekommen. Sehr guter Service, kann ich nur sagen. Waren sehr mit unserem Hotelwahl zufrieden. Kann es nur weiterempfehlen.

Management was sorry about the incident and we got a free parking for our stay.

Very comfortable bed

Baby bed requested upfront right after the reservation. It got confirmed by the hotel. Whe we arrived around 21 the receptionist confirmed it is in the room but it was not. Had to wait quite a time till we received it and than we had to build it up but did not know how to do it. After checking a YouTube video I could set it up. Baby was very tiered. That can not happen! Also it was very loud from the guests upstairs. Had to wait till the receptionist checked on them. Also the apartment could be more cleaner, very basic cleaning which is done.

The accommodation is excellent, large suite with separate kitchen and living space, excellent bathroom facilities and fully equipped. Perfect location, really well managed, spotless, no complaints at all.

Great and staying there again.

The location was super. Central, but not too central so a little quieter. Very convenient mini market on the corner. Staff were very helpful. There was a power outage for 8 hours due to municipality works - but we were kept informed. An idea, if it happens again might be good to put battery powered lamps on the stairs or give guests torches. Really liked the kitchenette and dinning table in the room. Great for the three of us to talk in the evening.

Breakfast was expensive 25 Euro, but it is an aparthotel, so easy to fix breakfast in the room.
