Farm House Gem on 3 acres only 15 minutes to Downtown Nashville and all the Fun. Opry Mills Mall for great shopping is only about 10 minutes away and 5 minutes to Nashville International Airport. This home is self sufficient with everything you need to feel at home. 24/7 access, washer and dryer and a huge driveway with plenty of parking for a trailer or boat. This is a duplex with upstairs apt. The master bedroom has a queen bed and full tub shower combination master bath. The 2nd bedroom has a queen bed. There is a large spacious living room for relaxing after a fun day on the town. A nice comfortable recliner and a queen sleeper sofa in the living room. A queen blow up mattress available upon request.
Also, there is a pack-n-play and highchair available upon request for little ones.

Property was ok for a short notice booking. Kitchen was well stocked. Beds were comfortable. If you would compare this to cars, the rental would be considered a base model. Could tell it was not renovated by a trained carpenter. However, was close to airport, 20 min from Grand Ole Opry and downtown Nashville. If your not looking for luxury this would be one to consider. Owner was great and very responsive.

It was clean, with comfortable beds, and it was a good location about 15 minutes from downtown and Opryland. The one bad thing is the previous occupants broke the sofa. The hosts informed us and we appreciated that. I do wish we could have got a discount since we couldn't really use that room. Other than that we had a good stay.

The property owner is very nice and responds quickly! As for the house, welllllllll, it definitely is old and needs work! The floor is very uneven and the house has a musty smell. The decor is kind of odds and ends. No flow with the decor of the house at all. The location was good for where we needed to get to but I probably would not stay there again. There is people that live above the VRBO and you can hear them walking around all the time and even smell their food when they are cooking. Again, host is excellent but house is not!

The property manager was easy to contact with the problem we had. The rental unit was spacious and close to many restaurants and the airport. We especially liked the fact that it was pet friendly. That was our main concern. It felt like it was in the country but very close to conveniences.

Beds in both bedrooms were terrible to sleep on. Some doors won’t open/close due to dragging. Wrong Check-out time on website. Came back for what we thought was early check out to find our personal belongings had been packed and put out on the porch. We couldn’t get anyone to answer the door so I could get my specialized pillow. Otherwise, it was well stocked except shortage of toilet paper and worked okay for our purposes for the week’s stay.

This property was just close enough to Nashville for convenience sake and far enough for privacy. Everything we needed was nicely provided for us. The listing says up to 8, but I would say 6 with the pull out coach. It was great for what we needed. Thanks for the hospitality!

We were given the wrong code for the house, so we couldn’t get in. We tried to communicate with the owner thru email/vrbo but did not get a quick response so we left to get a hotel. The owner communicated with us later but we were already moving on to plan two. Needless to say our trip was ruined and even though the owner apologized she did not attempt to solve the problem with a refund.

This is a modest property located out of town (which we wanted) and very pet friendly (we loved the yard and hard wood floors for easy clean up in case of accidents). The owners went above and beyond to make our stay enjoyable. We so appreciated the ample supply of cooking supplies, Christmas tree and holiday decorations - they were so lovely.

Was not as nice as I expected I had to call vrbo all week to get confirmation. The house was very old and neighborhood was very noisy. The beds were not very comfortable. The tv went out at least 3 times. Had a grill in the backyard but it was so dirty we could not use it. For the amount we were charged I think it should of been a lot better. Would not stay there again. Not a happy vacationer.
