This location thought of everything! There were spices in the cabinet, yard games in the garage, smart tv’s throughout the house. This place easily accommodated our group of 10 without fighting over bathrooms. The setup left everyone with their personal space as well. We would definitely choose this location again if visiting the area.

We were thrilled to find this great option in Park City. Close to skiing and Park City city center. City bus just around the corner. Shopping and restaurants close by. House gave plenty of space for 5 couples and an infant.

Roomy and comfortable
This was a perfect home for our family to gather. Private rooms for each of our four married children. The kitchen was the best stocked of any VRBO I've stayed in.

3 Family Ski Trip
Great space - lots of room for 3 families. 6 adults and 5 kids with still a free bedroom. The kitchen was well stocked with anything you will need. The yard was also perfect for the kids to play and the neighbors were extremely nice with 5 kids running around to burn off extra energy after the day on the slopes. The gondola is a quick 5 minute walk. The bus line is also just a quick walk to get to the city transit center and downtown park city

Plenty of space-awesome kitchen!
We had plenty of room for the 12 of us! The property is outdated a little with the wallpaper and a few of the beds were uncomfortable. The large master upstairs was a "marshmallow" mattress, the main floor king bed with the twin bed was a rock mattress but, the downstairs master was the best mattress. The mattresses in the bunk room were pretty -blah. But, nothing is ever as nice as your own bed!
The fireplaces in the downstairs bedrooms were great to take the chill off those rooms. And we loved having a fireplace in the kitchen and Livingroom.
The kids loved having the large grassy area to run and play.
The kitchen was awesome and updated!!!! Loved that there were enough chairs to seat the 12 of us at the table.
The guest pantry was well stocked but no paper products-foil, plastic wrap etc. The fridge had the entire door filled with condiments! We wouldn't of had to bring any of ours at all.
There is a crib and a pack-n-play in the bonus room. There is also a high chair and extra chairs in the main floor bedroom closet.
The first priority should be to update the main floor bedroom it is so dated and boring. No one wanted that room. Next on the list should be new bunkbeds they were so squeaky.
All in all we had a great stay and would go back in a heart beat. It was a very nice older attached home with plenty of gathering space.

Perfect location for our trip
Our group does a ski trip every year to a different resort. This was the best house we have had in a long time. It has the perfect amount of space and was an easy walk to the gondola. It is definitely an excellent value.

Awesome place, great neighborhood, doing renos, needs some maintenance
Best value in Park City for sure. For us the location was perfect. Communication with the property managers was timely and everything we needed. 4 parking spots (including 2 in the garage). Neighborhood snowplows kept the roads clear. Supplies in the kitchen were perfect. Laundry room was a VERY nice thing to have. The dual fireplaces on the main level are very warm and make it cozy after a good day of skiing. A couple of things to clarify that I just didn’t see in the listing. First, the fireplace in the downstairs king does not work. That same king bed is new and pretty firm. Good for me but not for others. The fireplace in the bunk room is new and needs to be run longer to burn off the new paint smell. The water heaters are old and need to be replaced. I know these are small points the owners are working on. We had a fantastic time and look forward to renting here again.

Wonderful getaway!
This was a wonderful getaway property. Located in a beautiful part of Park City and a quiet neighborhood. The townhouse was clean upon arrival and was well stocked for large groups like ours. The only reason I'm giving the place a 4 star review was because the beds need to be replaced. The mattresses were old and caved in. The mattress toppers did not hide the fact! But overall it was a great place!

Room for everyone!
Our family had a great weekend at this property. It was clean and comfortable with plenty of room for all the kids and grandkids. The kitchen is gorgeous and we needed the huge fridge. We also enjoyed the back deck and the huge lawn area. Our one complaint is that the basement got really cold, even though it’s the middle of summer. We had two small babies and they didn’t sleep well because of the temperature. Also, I had to call then property manager to get the check in info right before we arrived since it wasn’t sent to me automatically that day. Overall though, it was a great value for the price. We’d stay here again!

Group Trip for a Salt Lake city convention
House was huge. Lots of room to move around. Plenty of beds for everyone. The only complaint anyone had was that both master beds were way to soft. One thermostat kept the basement cold but heat rises so the upstairs was warm. We would still stay here again. Close to everything.
