A series of sliding glass doors lead to a 500 square foot terrace overlooking the marina, sea and bay, including outdoor dining area for al fresco dining, lounge chairs and sofa for your enjoyment.
Comfortable Bedrooms - Four spacious bedrooms are very comfortable and offer privacy for everyone, each with an en-suite bathroom. Master Bedroom offers a king size bed, flat screen Cable TV, DVD player, big walk-in closet and en-suite bathroom with oversized deep soaking marble bathtub, separate marble rain shower, double vanity sinks and built in closets. This bedroom also opens directly onto the terrace. Bedroom 2 offers a king size bed, flat screen TV, DVD player, closet space, and en-suite bathroom with shower, double vanity sinks and built in closets. Bedroom 3 offers a king size bed, flat screen TV, DVD player, closet space, and en-suite bathroom with shower, double vanity sinks and built in closets. Bedroom 4 offers two double beds, flat screen TV, DVD player, closet space, and en-suite bathroom with shower, double vanity sinks and built in closets.
