‘SEA YOURSELF’ IN THIS REMODELED GEM WITH 35 FEET OF BEACHFRONT LIVING!
With a modern kitchen, upscale bathrooms, a beverage center with a Wine Captain refrigerator, and one of the biggest lanais at the Somerset for enjoying intimate beachfront sunsets. The Sunset Suite Condo has 3 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms and unlike the Somerset end units -- it has a roomy foyer and a bonus room that can be used as den or sleeping area. It is ideal for several couples, golfers, tennis players or girlfriends looking for a spacious, upscale home to spend a relaxing week at the beach.
All Somerset renters will be emailed an application from the Somerset. Renters must pay the $153 application fee and submit for approval over 10 days before their arrival date.
We enjoy sharing our home with guests that will care for our designer furnished condo as if it were their own. Everything is provided to make your stay as comfortable as possible. There is a Ninja coffee bar for carafes, single-serve cups, and frothing. There are 4 smart flat screen TVs, including a new 70” smart tv with a sound bar, blue-ray dvd players, a large capacity washer/dryer in remodeled laundry room, stainless steel appliances, WIFI, etc. Whether gazing at waves while sipping your morning coffee or appreciating a glass of wine while watching the sun dip into the sea at the end of the day, you will cherish your time on one of the largest balconies at the Somerset. The comfortable couch and double chasie and designer mosaic table with dining for 6 is perfect for relaxing and enjoying the most amazing views of Tigertail Beach and the southern point of Marco Island.
Unwind in the master suite with beautiful Gulf views, sliding doors that open to the beachfront lanai, a private dressing area, a walk-in closet, a king size bed, and a gorgeous marble ensuite bathroom that includes a large walk-in multi-head shower.
The second bedroom has an ensuite bathroom with sparkling glass tiles, a walk in closet and views of the island and the Ten Thousand Islands that are scattered along Florida's southwest coast.
The third bedroom has a king bed and opens to a den that can be used for relaxing or work with a sofa sleeper and desk. The adjacent bathroom is welcoming with coral stone tiles and a large walk-in shower.
Beach chairs, a beach cart, beach towels, sand toys, an umbrella and a cooler are provided for "chilling" at the beach after playing in the waves and shelling on one of the best beaches in Florida. The condo is usually rented by the week, from Saturday to Saturday. Exceptions to this generally incur higher rental rates due to vacant dates. To minimize wear and tear, no parties and or more than 4 visitors per day. The condo is not child-proofed. There will be additional charges for any stains on upholstery/bedding/rugs, broken decor, etc. Make your reservation now to spend time with your loved ones at the sea!

We had the opportunity to live in paradise for a week by staying in this beautiful condo! The condo looks exactly like the pictures provided. The beautiful view of the Gulf of Mexico can be seen from the master bedroom and the entire living area. Will be returning.

Kitchen fully equipped, pretty clean, bathrooms nice, extra sheets & pillowcases needed. We had to rent beach unbrellas as the one available was pretty skimpy. The condo is quite nice, tv is just right, furniture mostly comfortable, views and porch are amazing. Beautiful pools on both sides of the condo, but the walkway to the beach on our side is under construction so that cancelled that out. Overall we'd stay here again. The locks to the front door of the condo and to the cage of beach equipment are hard to open, you have to really play with the key to open both. A first world problem but in 96° heat it's pretty frustrating. Thank you for such a wonderful stay!

This apartment was one of the best that we have rented in Marco Island, and this was our 6th stay It has everything a family could need for a beach vacation. This unit in particular is wonderful. The view is unmatched. The property is clean and comfortable. I will definitely stay here next time we visit.

This rental was exactly as described, but better. We had 3 adult couples. Each had their own king size beds and baths. We’ve stayed lots of places, but this unit had so many “extras” from beach equipment to a very well stocked kitchen. We would highly recommend and would definitely stay again. The room was amazing with a beautiful view. Peggy was a great hot and check in and out was easy. The room was supplied with all the items we needed including beach items. The entrance room with a sofa pull out was the only part we did not use becasue it is very hot, but the rest of unit was perfect.

We enjoyed our stay in this wonderful and beautifully decorated and appointed getaway. Every detail was attended to! All we needed was our luggage and groceries. Having everything (beach towels, chairs, umbrellas, board games, tennis rackets, etc.) at hand was fantastic and allowed us to enjoy everything Marco Island had to offer. We enjoyed the ability to walk to many activities the island offers, from dining to putt putt golf. Peggy's attention to detail was amazing. We would highly recommend staying here.

We had a terrific time at the Somerset unit 911! The unit was immaculate, had starter supplies that were very much appreciated, and Peggy was very accommodating. Being on the 9th floor, the oversized balcony provided great views of the entire beach, and we even saw dolphins which was really something. As frequent & long time visitors to Marco, we like the plaza that has Marco Prime, DaVinci's, the Movie Theater etc. and it is just a short walk from the Somerset. Our stay was excellent and we would not hesitate to recommend Peggy or to stay at the Somerset 911 again.Charlie & LynnAnn Tremble

The condo was beautiful and very clean. Perfect set up for 3 couples with all rooms having king size beds. The beach was quiet and clean. The condo is in a really good location being close to many restaurant options. It was nice having the extra pantry items you didn't need to buy for a short trip. The booking process was easy as well as checking into the condo. I would recommend this property to anyone.

Peggy’s condo is a must stay! Great location with absolutely gorgeous views of the Gulf. 5 minute walk on the beach to lots of fun water sports and activities. The condo is spacious with 3 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms, den with sofa bed, in unit laundry room, living room/ dining room combo. The balcony is large with plenty of space and beautiful views of the beach and coastline! The pool area is nice and was never crowded! We had an amazing time and will definitely be coming back!!!

The owner, Peggy, was excellent to work with and had every detail covered. This was our family’s first experience at Marco Island and staying at Sunset Suite. The condo was modern, well cared for, and very comfortable. Extremely happy with our experience and would highly recommend it as place to stay.

This is our the first time my husband and myself have rented a VRBO for vacation. We wanted very specific things such as 3 king sized beds, 3 bathrooms, and right on the ocean. This was the perfect spot. Peggy ( the owner) goes out of her way to accommodate you with things. She is easy to contact and great to work with. The only reason I rated the cleanliness a 4 is that the cleaning lady had not cleaned the makeup mirror or the sliding mirror doors in the master suite. Some of the chairs at kitchen dinette looked a little tired. But overall it was very clean. We had a great week and highly recommend it for any family.

We were 3 couples that really enjoyed this place. It was so nice for each couple to have a king size bed and private bathroom. We loved the long 3 mile? beach for walks each day. But, will warn you that there are so many sea shells that wearing tennis shoes is a must if you plan to walk any distance. Collecting the shells was an added bonus! There were only a couple things that we felt the condo could use more of: Extra sets of keys (in case we all went in different directions at the same time) and maybe some more wine and cocktail glasses for our evenings on the deck watching the sunset.We went out for lunch each day, and really enjoyed Stilts (at a nearby Marriott), Snook Inn, and Doreens. We also walked the beach to the outdoor restaurant at the JW MarriotttWe all agreed that we would love to return to this place!!!

Great location. Fully stocked with everything you need for a week at Marco - from the kitchen to the beachwares. Great view of the Gulf...the sunsets from your own patio are fantastic...you don't even have to walk down to the beach if you don't want to. Owners are "on the ball" and provide you with every bit of info you need.

Peggy was so wonderful to rent from. This condo was comfortable and cozy. Very nice. It has everything in the condo you would need while on vacation. While in Marco Island, we enjoyed walking on the beautiful beach, swimming, and parasailing. We spent one evening at Xtreme Escape. What a great time, I highly recommend doing this if you have teenagers. We made several trips to Naples, to the Cheesecake factory and the mall. We enjoyed miniature golf several nights. It was such a nice vacation with many wonderful memories. Looking forward to going back. I would rent this condo again and recommend it to anyone.

We couldnt have asked for a nicer unit. It looked just like in the pictures. The views are amazing from the 9th floor. All the rooms were very comfortable and clean. I think its safe to say we will be back to this unit. Peggy is awesome to deal with.
