The Sunflower House, built in 2016, is a luxurious oceanfront retreat designed with large vacation families in mind. The home’s fully equipped kitchen and dining area on the second floor are perfect for preparing and sharing meals. Features include two sinks with garbage disposals, a refrigerator with an ice maker, dual ovens, two dishwashers, and a range of appliances such as a Keurig, blender, and crock-pot. A large dining table seats 10, with additional seating for five at the kitchen bar. The adjoining living room offers cozy seating for up to 12, a 65” LED 4K Smart TV, and direct access to the second-floor oceanfront deck. A third-floor loft provides additional entertainment options with a couch, sleeper sofa, and another PlayStation 5 setup.

POOL HEATING NOTE AND LIMITS: This unit has pool heating capabilities during the months of mid-March through mid-May and Labor Day through October. Pool heating is no additional cost to guests who visit during these timeframes and the pool will be heated upon arrival, weather permitting (rain and low temperatures will impact the ability to heat the pool. The heater can only bring the pool temperature 10-15 degrees above the lowest temperature of the day).
