Our home is a cutey and very comfortable! Everything you need to feel at home. Enjoy the privacy of a corner acre lot and private fenced in back yard; this little bungalow brick house is 1200 sqft, 2 bedrooms and an office with a twin bed, sleeping 8. A pack-n-play and highchair for the little one and queen air mattress, all available upon request. A bath and 1/2, galley style kitchen, laundry room w/washer and dryer, living room with fireplace, all on one level.

We had a great experience in this location. It is a very quaint and cozy home where we were able to cook and relax on the back porch. Corner home with ample privacy.

In town to take my faughter and her friends to a concert at the nissan stadium. This was centrally located to everything. And did provide ample space for all of us. The lay out of the house was good and comfortably decorated. The glad plug ins were over powering in scent but that might just be us. We did try to contact the owner on the day of check in as well as check out and have sent an additional message since and have never heard heard from them so communication was not great.

My two girlfriends & I stayed 2 nights. We had traveled to the area to go antiquing. We thought the rate was very reasonable and the property was just as advertised. We enjoyed coffee on the front porch and drinks around the fire in the backyard. We felt the owners were good communicators as well. A very pleasant experience!!

This little home just off the beaten path was perfect. Comfortable and private sleeping for 5 with lots of little extras…throw blankets, shampoo, cookware with cooking oil and spices to name a few. We definitely needed a car but parking downtown wasn’t too bad. We used the Library Garage and spent $10-$15 per trip. Security at the property was great too. The fenced parking and back yard was a great bonus!

Overall good. Everything seemed clean and neat. Shower was a bit small and odd shaped. Outlet by the bed in one bedroom didn’t work. We realized the day we left that it was connected to bathroom GFI outlet which we didn’t realize was tripped. Overall it was a great stay and I would recommend it to others.

Very clean and well maintained. We ran out of propane for the grill during our visit and it was quickly resolved. Owners responded quickly to us. The house was very close to everything but in a quiet neighborhood other than hearing the airplanes overhead but it was pretty peaceful.

It was a solid house to stay at. The pictures online show the property in a better state but it is a good place to stay for the money we paid. The owners were always available when we had questions. Secure and safe neighborhood. No issues with the house at all.

This is a great house for a couple to stay for a few days. It has all the amenities and although near the airport it is quieter than you might expect. Restaurants and shopping are within just a few miles of this home. We would definitely stay there again if we find ourselves in Nashville.

Some friends and I came to Nashville for a sporting event. So glad we found this place. Cozy bungalow in a quiet neighborhood. Great communication with the property manager, easy check-in, easy check-out. If we are back in Nashville, we will stay here again!

The whole process from booking, communicating with the owners, to the stay was easy and amazing. The house was the perfect distance away from downtown. We enjoyed the house so much we spent one afternoon just sun bathing on the back deck. Every morning we enjoyed having coffee and breakfast on the front porch listening to the birds and enjoying the sunshine. I hope that the next time we plan a trip to Nashville this property is available.

This was the perfect size house for a 3-4 day vacation. Located close the highway and just minutes away from many attractions. I would definitely recommend this host. Check-in and check-out were easy, as well.

Home was very clean and had a huge backyard. The code wouldnt work when we first arrived but the host was SUPER quick to reply and had it reset within 5 mins. Overall we would 100% book again. Neighbor was quite and within 15 mins of everything. Loved that there was a place that you could park behind a locked gate.

House was ok for the price. Easy access to Murfreesboro (where my family resides) and nashville. Shower was a little small to my liking but it worked for us only having to sleep and shower. Had some miscommunication with the host not giving us the correct door code for access but it was corrected in a timely manner. Overall it was a decent place to stay for a low cost.

Cute and clean. The downfalls were that it’s a older home with foundation issues. If you suffer from any allergies this home is not for you. I spent my entire stay with a major headache due to allergies from the home.

The place was perfect for us and our two dogs. It was nice to have the backyard fenced in for them. A great location and easy to find. Will definitely stay there again when in Nashville.

The house was cozy and close to a park for walking your dog. Kitchen was stocked with plenty of essentials, nice to be able to do laundry and was nice using the porch swing. Beds were a little uncomfortable and noisy but won’t stop me from coming back next time I am in Nashville for work.

House provided us everything we needed. Easy access from highways. Could use some nightlights in bathroom & bedrooms. Kitchen table tight for 3/4 adults, and could use some padded kitchen stools. Hot tub would've been a great addition after a long day of sightseeing!

We had a great time staying at this property it was very Private on the corner lot. It was a very good experience not that far to Broadway. Loved sitting out back having coffee and watching all kinds of birds, very relaxing. This house served us very well.

We felt cozy and comfortable in this sweet little Nashville bungalow. It is in a quiet neighborhood and the front porch swing and backyard patio quickly became our favorite coffee spots. The only downside was that the dishwasher was not working when we stayed but the homeowners tried their best to get it fixed. We did find the air fresheners in the home to be a bit strong for us due to allergies so this would be one thing to consider changing. Thank you for sharing your beautiful property!

My brother and I stayed here for a week while attending a conference. It was the perfect place to stay. Centrally located in a neighborhood within easy traveling distance to downtown and other areas of interest. The house is very comfortable and furnished with a cool Nashville vibe. It sits on a large lot with a nice privacy fence, so you feel both safe and secluded. The hosts were easy to work with, very responsive, and communicated very clearly. If you are looking for a very affordable place to stay where you can relax while in Nashville, this is definitely the place. It will be my first option to check on the next time I am coming to Nashville.
