About this apartment rental

This gorgeous 2 bedroom 1 bathroom is in the heart of Alameda. Easy walk to Alameda beach, South Shore shopping center, and Park Street restaurants. A short drive to the ferry stop and you'll be in San Francisco! Located on a quiet street. Can accommodate 4 people comfortably. No pets, sorry!

Master bedroom has a Queen Size bed and television set. Second bedroom has two twin beds. Air mattress is available and pack and play for infants. Newly renovated bathroom and kitchen.

Living room area with a cozy couch, easy to use fireplace, premium cable TV, wifi internet access throughout property. Shared laundry washer and dryer in basement. Shared backyard deck (access through second bedroom). Street parking only.

4-Night minimum stay. $150/night with a $10/person charge after 2 guests. Security/damage deposit is $200. Cleaning fee is $130. Weekly rate is a 10% discount. Monthly rate at a 20% discount. Feel free to message if you have more questions.

This was probably the best vacation rental we’ve ever stayed in (and we travel the world because I used to work for an airline). The host stocked enough tp, paper towels, napkins for our stay as well as a few weeks worth of coffee! Plus it was cool and shaded so during the heat waves we were fine. Plus the beds were comfortable, the kitchen stocked and the tv big. Walking distance to everything. Marvelous, simply marvelous.

This property is well located, very clean, and very functional. My friends and I enjoyed our comfortable stay. Jillian has everything one could need plus more. The extra goodies in the kitchen were particularly appreciated. Would not hesitate to stay here again.

This property was exactly as advertised! Jillian keeps a very clear binder of instructions, and is very responsive to messages if you can’t figure something out. Plenty of space to settle in while we visited our son who works on the island. Kitchen was stocked with water and snacks and coffee and even a bottle of wine. Great laundry in the basement. Didn’t really use the back patio this time, but we enjoyed sitting out in the front yard in a sunny evening. Will definitely stay here again.

Nicely located and very comfortable. A nice touch was the fresh flowers, snacks and beverages left out for us. And even a Covid care box with masks, disinfectant and tests if we needed it. We would definitely stay here again!

Absolutely loved my stay at this property. Felt so much like home. Updated and clean with full amenities. Host went as far as providing water, coffee, snacks and hygiene. Prime location with local shops and restaurants within walking distance. I would highly recommend and would most definitely come back…

The property is in an excellent location, close to the beach and walking distance to the wonderful and quaint downtown area on Park Ave. The accommodations are perfect! Everything you need for a comfortable stay are in the unit. Beautifully updated kitchen & bathroom help make the stay very enjoyable! Would definitely stay here again.

This place was perfect for our family of 4. Quiet neighborhood, walking distance to Park St where there is lots of food options and boutique shops. Parking is easy to find and easy access to highways for us to visit family all over the Bay Area. Our hostess was extremely responsive. We will definitely stay here again!

We were in town visiting my dad at a senior living facility and needed somewhere to stay for five days. We could not have been happier with our VRBO rental. Everything was better than expected and the house was very well equipped and comfortable. We would not hesitate to stay here again and probably will. The owner was very quick to respond to a couple of my questions. We has zero issues.

Family stay for 5 days. Location is great. Short walk to cafes and shops, beach. Hosts had the kitchen stocked with snacks and treats and coffee. Good kitchen with plenty of pots and pans etc. Nice bathroom with supplies. The highlight is the gas stove and recliner sofa in the living room. Cozy and relaxing. Two of us worked while here, WiFi was good. Overall a thoughtfully put together comfortable place.

It was a wonderful stay. The upstairs apartment where I stayed was nicely furnished, and generously stocked. The neighborhood was quiet and within walking distance to a major shopping mall. Will go back next time I am in Alameda.

Any amenities that you can think of was provided. After a long plane trip, it was so nice to arrive to refreshments. There was nothing that was lacking. Very clean, very safe and super comfortable. I will never stay any where else next time I am in the area. Less than one mile to the beach and less than one mile to Park Street where there were several great restaurants. Super walkable, too. Thank you for an incredible stay!

Das Haus ist sehr schön und gepflegt. Man wird herzlich empfangen und es stehen einem viele Angenehmlichkeiten zur Verfügung. Z.b. Getränke im Kühlschrank, Süssigkeiten etc. Kommunikation mit Vermieter schnell, Check In unkompliziert. Täglich nach SF zu fahren etwas umständlich - sonst war alles super! Wir haben uns sehr wohlgefühlt.

Met expectations, comfortable, well equipped kitchen, nice neighborhood, walking distance to the Safeway and Trader Joe's. Also found the best way to San Francisco was by ferry, so bought a Clipper card at the CVS for each of us to reduce the price.

Love this vintage home and it’s prime location. Great walks to shopping, dining and grocery stores. Beautiful old theater. Lovely vintage homes, friendly people and festive with Halloween decorations. The owner thought of everything one would need from nail polish remover,to scissors and a stapler. In the refrigerator was a nice bottle of wine n condiments. All one needed to make a good cup of coffee in the morning. Large TV’s worked perfectly to watch the World Series. The linen was super soft. Backyard area was lovely. Excellent spot to enjoy the charms of Alameda.

We reserved this apartment for our son and his family when they visited from Seattle (we couldn't fit them into our tiny condo). It was lovely-- beautifully decorated, great location, and charming neighborhood. Would not hesitate to reserve again, it was perfect!

Property has everything you can think of for a stay. The owner is so thoughtful and generous there were fresh flowers, baby pack and play, potty seat, portable high chair, toys (including bath toys), snacks in the kitchen, fresh fruit and a bottle of wine. Laundry is available. Would absolutely recommend to everyone. Be prepared to search for a street parking spot but that is the case most anywhere you stay in Alameda. Lastly, the location is excellent, near Park Street, South Shore shopping and the beach. Wonderful experience, hope to stay again.
