Where do I start? We paid way too much for a 2 bed lockoff-that was in disrepair. None of this was shared with us until we checked in-no housekeeping services. No bedspreads. Our beds just had sheets-we had to call for blankets. We were not given anything at check-in. I had to ask for a map of the property. The "Welcome" package was not given to us-I received it when I asked for laundry detergent. Susan the property manager was never in touch with us. I complained at the front desk and didn't receive a call from "management" as I was told. The Covid19 procedures were not explained to us at all. We had to schedule our test appointments on our smart phone in the lobby-which had terrible signal. I kept getting kicked off. I was scheduling 5 people and there was no way to go back to see what I had submitted. I was told by the person at the front desk on the night of June 15th that no one else has had problems maneuvering the website except me. When I asked about how people that do not have smart phones get the appointments scheduled-her reply was "Everyone has smart phones or has someone in their party that has one" , which I highly doubt that. I use my cell phone to conduct business every day-her comments to me were very condescending. After spending an hour trying to get this completed and on the verge of tears she finally took my phone and scheduled the appointments for me. There was no offer to use a computer. Their was no appointment on the day that I needed-so I was told to just show up and they would get me in. All of this was very concerning to me since this was very important for me to get my family back to the states. We finally were tested and told we would get the results within 2 hours by email. We did not get the results, I went back to where we were tested (The Coral) and was told she would email me within the hour. Again I didn't receive the results. So I had to take the bus across the property for the 3rd time and tell the person at the test site that I was not leaving until I received the email. I couldn't get on the property free wifi so they finally gave me the password to their wifi so I could check my email to confirm that I received the results. Then I had to go back to Harborside to get the results printed., she was VERY, VERY helpful-Kelly Kadejah was her name. The lack of communication about this very important process was very stressful-plus the condition of the condo was deplorable considering what we paid. NEVER AGAIN.

When I asked the owner a question about the hotel or what they had available, I was told she doesn’t know and to ask the hotel. When I booked I wasn’t told I had no oven or barbecue. There was a water leak in my bathroom from the AC one of the nights and we had to stay up late for them to fix it. I also wasn’t told there would be a charge for extra towels or shampoo or detergent. Our room key had to be changed every time we went in. We had to walk back and forth after every use to get a new key. We were charged for the worst WiFi that really wasn’t at all available. I will not be recommending his property that was over priced.

We had a good time at Harborside. Susan was fabulous and took care of everything - even arranging airport transfers. The room was fabulous with plenty of space, but I really think most people bring families so one side of the lockoff should have 2 doubles instead of a king. They have a hot tub near the pool that we used every evening and it was great! Check in was quick and easy. My only issue with the property was construction that was going on. We encountered several occasions that the path we were using to get to the main resort was blocked to do construction. I understand that improvements are a great thing, but some signage would have gone a long way. Once we learned how best to get around, we enjoyed the rest of our week!

Spring break with wife and three teenage boys. Great trip. Harborside is the way to go! Close enough to walk and enjoy everything at Atlantis and have a quieter place to return to in the evening to relax by pool/hot tub and home cooked meal in villa. Shuttle available every morning to take you to grocery store for supplies. Shuttles also available to ride to Atlantis if you wish. It's great to be able to use your room key where ever you go on the property to charge to your room so you can leave cash/credit cards in room and not have to worry about it. Shops/restaurants between harborside and Atlantis accept room key as well. Would definitely recommend.

The coordinator for this Rental ,Sho Silkes, Did a fabulous job. The transaction was smooth and her communication was excellent. We love the Atlantis Harborside and we were placed in a brand new/newly renovated room. We couldn't be happier. I would definitely use her as a rental contact agent again and stay here again.

Booking with Sho was easy and efficient for our family group of 13. Both the 3 bedroom unit as well as the one bedroom unit were well maintained with the added plus of being beside each other. Harbourside is a wonderful place to stay at with staff very friendly and helpful as well as being offsite from Atlantis just far enough for some peaceful down time after a day at the park.

We booked a two bedroom condo on the forth floor overlooking the pool and it had a small view of the ocean. The room was extremely clean and the room looked exactly like the pictures on the website. The Aruba Marriott Surf Club was awesome. To book the room was extremely easy with Sho. All transactions were easy. I would recommend her services in booking your vacation. I will use her again.
