We loved Ericka's Condo at Ocean Sands beautiful furnishings and her Cleaners do an exceptional job, our first time ever staying at a Condo where the Sliding Balcony Doors were even spotless! Felt like home! Loved that she even has an Album explaining how all appliances work and TV's along with other information was very well put together! Spotless property as usual.

This condo is very spacious and has a large balcony. My husband and I had plenty of space and felt very comfortable. The ocean views were unforgettable. Location is close to everything. Communication with Erica was very timely and efficient. We are looking forward to returning in the future.

Wife and I stayed for 3 weeks. Check in was flawless. Unit was clean, although my wife insists on cleaning all of our vacation stays immediately upon check-in and immediately before check-out anyway (including mopping, and appliance cleaning). The unit was exactly as described, with everything needed/provided for an enjoyable stay. We are very familiar with the area from St.Pete to Clearwater Beach and visit annually, and Erica's property was probably our best rental stay so far. The pool and deck area was always clean. The maintenance staff was super friendly and always seen around doing improvements/upkeep. We met several condo owner/neighbors and all were so friendly and nice, as well as the lady in the Office. Just wonderful people we enjoyed meeting. I highly recommend.

This condo was perfect! We stayed for 2 weeks and it had everything. Thank you for a wonderful holiday in a perfect condo, in the perfect location.

We loved staying at thia condo! Mostly all positives to report. Positives: location and beach front of the condo was wonderful! Balcony great! Condo was nicely decorated. Loved the livingroom/dining room furniture and beach necessities. Awesomeness!
Negatives: Window glass on the sliders were full of fingerprints and many mirrors were not cleaned before we got there. I had to wipe them off myself. And because I have a spine/hip issue, I needed a soft bed to sleep on. All the beds in the condo are extra firm, which was challenging for me for comfort to sleep. Just dumb luck for me with my back.
Overall a great place to stay! =)

This property was in the perfect location! The view was amazing! However, the condo itself needs a really good cleaning and needs some updating. Walls were dirty, shower drain had mold, sinks were corroded, curtains were hung with clips that kept breaking. Unfortunately, I feel like the price of the condo was too much for what we got. Condo itself just needs a really good scrub and update. Size of the place and the balcony were great!

The condo is lovely, immaculately clean, and perfectly located. We loved that the large balcony provides nice front line views of the water. The owner was also exceptional in communicating. Best, much needed escape!

This property had ALL needed for comfort and convenience. The beach cabinet and kitchen were fully stocked and ready for any event. The information in the book, provided by the owner, was extremely helpful and allowed us to navigate the technology with no problems. The property is located near drugstores, groceries and restaurants . Neighbors were friendly and cordial to us. We would definitely consider future visits to this condo. The view was gorgeous! Thank you for a great getaway. R/C

This location is perfect for my sister and I to celebrate our birthdays….we’re twins and enjoyed being together and couldn’t have asked for a better week. Condo is right on the water with spectacular views of the sunsets! We did a lot of walking which is good for us. We found that most places we like are within walking distance….such as Johns Pass. We also walked to Bilmar area to look at the sand sculptures. Highly recommend going and looking at these works of art. Condo fit our needs and appreciate Erica for letting us stay.

We had a wonderful stay. The location is perfect for long walks on the beach and sunsets. St. John's Pass is an easy 35 minute walk. We saw dolphins multiple times. Erica was a great host - very responsive and helpful.

This beautiful apartment was a perfect place to spend our so-needed vacation. Light travels through it, between the intercostal side and a gorgeous Madeira beach. This makes it feel airy & bright; two room glass walls along a long terrasse, provide breathtaking views. We enjoyed the morning sun playing on the waves, vibrant colors of the sunsets, the moon reflections and sounds of the ocean in the night.
This apartment is not a luxury hotel room, but a home, full of staff…but it is well put together, comfortable, with an interesting, buoyant art selection on the walls. We stayed there over four weeks, and each day we discovered something new.
We mostly wanted to recover from the COVID lockdown, and we had everything here: great beach, pool and spa, everything you may need within walking distance, three cities with all city attractions nearby, a diverse in-home entertainment…
We already miss this place very much and would return in a minute.

We had a great stay, condo was well stocked. They had plenty of beach toys, chairs, etc. My daughter loved it, she is almost two so the convenience of the beach and pool as fantastic as we couldn't stay out for long periods of time. Plenty of things to walk to as well.

The view from the balcony was AMAZING!! The condo was spatial and had everything we needed for a great vacation. Erica responded quickly to emails prior to our visit and addressed a few minor issues quickly upon our arrival. If you are looking for a condo that is steps from the beach, this is your place!!! We are already considering a return next year.

We really enjoyed our stay at Ocean Sands! Erica was a pleasure to work with and provided all the details we needed for our stay. The gulf view was spectacular and we enjoyed the daily sunsets! Security was top notch and the building, pool, beach area, and parking felt very safe. The condo was stocked with everything we needed and felt like home. It was great watching TV on the huge 65" screen as well. We also enjoyed the spacious balcony where we could enjoy the warm afternoon sun and spectacular sunsets. We could walk to a few restaurants and stores near by and spent a few days visiting John's pass as well. Overall, we felt very comfortable staying at Ocean Sands and the Madeira beach area! We will definitely stay here again!
