About this house rental
This beautiful 18th century house entirely renovated with taste is ideal for a family holiday in the waterfront. The house is kérifloch, a small hamlet of Saint Fiacre in the town of Crozon 200 m from the beach for fishing and walking 2 km from the beautiful beach of Trez rouz.
It is composed of 2 bedroom ground-floor (2 double), one with en suite bathroom and two further bedrooms (1 double bed and 2 single beds) upstairs with sea views
At ground floor, the house has a large lounge with armchairs, sofa, TV, Wifi and a fireplace.
A large veranda served by the fully equipped kitchen allows you to eat while enjoying the garden.
A second separate toilet is next to the second bathroom.
Its walled garden can accommodate our canine friends (available niches)
The house is rented from Sunday to Sunday in summer, from Saturday to Saturday during school holidays.
We accept course stays (3 days minimum) out of season.
Possibility to rent towels and sheets.

Perfect offering for traveling with a dog. We have been there with 2 dogs.The fenced garden is a good condition having relaxed house at the house. We like old charming stonehouses like the one in Crozon Kerifloch Saint Fiacre.
The house is equipped with everything you would need incl. kitchen and Wlan (Wifi). The lady taking care for the house and being responsible for the check in is a heartfelt lady and supportive person. While the weather has been solala, we have been around for sightseeing trips by car and hiking on coastal trails. Nice also when the weather is sunny to be in Camaret eating in one of the numerous restaurants outside close to the sea.
But reading the ad don´t think there is a plage 400 m from the house...

The property is lovely and the location perfect for families, pets and exploring the Crozon peninsula.
The listing was misleading in respect to additional bedding and cleaning charges which are not included in the rental cost. Also wifi connection was very poor or non existent for most of our stay (not important for relaxing but does impact any planning, remote work or children entertainment etc) .. The area also has very poor cellular connection.
One of the showers was also not working at it should; something you would expect when paying a premium for the property.
The property manager was lovely and most responsive.

Sehr schönes Haus - schlechter Service
Obwohl Englisch als Sprache im Inserat angegeben war, konnte unsere Kontaktpartnerin nur Französich. Am Ankunftstag konnten wir den ganzen Nachmittag unter der angegebenen Nr. niemanden erreichen - Mailbox. Wir waren schon 1,5 Stunden vor den vereinbarten 17.00 Uhr vor Ort, leider war niemand erreichbar, um dann um 17.15 Uhr per SMS zu erfahren, dass das Haus offen ist und wir nur reingehen brauchten - ein unpersönlicher und kein Mieterorientierter Empfang. Beim Auschecken kam die Dame dann schon am Freitag Abend, um die Nebenkosten zu kassieren. Wir hatten extra darum gebeten, dass Sie erst Samstag Morgen kommt - das wurde einfach ignoriert.
Das Haus war zwar sehr schön, jedoch die Lage war nicht so optimal, dass der extrem hohe Preis gerechtfertigt gewesen wäre. War nett, aber zu teuer - hier würden wir nicht mehr buchen.

Ein typisches bretonisches Haus, ruhig gelegen und Liebevoll eingerichtet.
Wir haben in dem typisch bretonischen, sehr schön renovierten und liebevoll eingerichteten Haus 3 Wochen unseres Sommerurlaubs verbracht. Der große Garten lädt zum entspannen ein und war perfekt für uns und unseren Hund. Der Kontakt per e-Mail war sehr nett und unkompliziert.
Der Check-In am Anreisetag war sehr gut organisiert und auch die Betreuung während unseres Aufenthalts ließ keine Wünsche offen ….die Flasche Cidre und die bretonischen Kekse zur Begrüßung haben dieses Bild noch abgerundet.
Einziges kleines Manko ist, das die Häuser keine Hausnummern haben und wir das Ferienhaus nur auf Grund des Fotos aus der Objektbeschreibung gefunden haben.
Wir kommen sehr gerne wieder!

Très belle semaine
La maison est très accueillante. Très bien équipée. Elle est bien située pour rayonner sur la presqu'île et autour de Brest. Superbe semaine. Pippa, notre chatte, a adoré le jardin clos avec sa terrasse et ses musaraignes ! On recommande !

Séjour très agréable
Nous avons passé un séjour très agréable dans un logement bien équipé, à quelques minutes du cœur de village de Crozon et de la côte. La maison est de bonne taille pour 5 adultes et un chien, nous aurions pu être 2 de plus sans problème. La gérante est très sympathique et arrangeante.

L'hiver dans le Finistère...
Retour à Crozon dans cette belle maison de caractère qui est confortable.
Très bon accueil et jardin très sympa.
Seuls hics : mon mari qui est très grand a passé la semaine à se cogner dans la cuidine et le bord de mer n est quasiment pas praticable à pied de ce côté de la presqu'île.

Très bien, il y avait tout le nécessaire et c'était de bon goût.
Un peu bête que les frais annexes (consommations et nettoyage) ne soient pas adaptés au nombre de personnes occupant les lieux.

Vacances reposante
La presqu'île est magnifique et la maison idéalement située pour visiter. Très calme et reposante nous avons passé un séjour très agréable. Quelques travaux sont quand même à prévoir pour améliorer le confort : fenêtre cuisine, débit d'eau dans les douches. Malgré tout nous conseillons cette location qui garantit calme repos et décompression.

Rien ne manque dans cette maison très agréable avec un grand jardin . Environnement très calme ... Idéalement situé pour découvrir et faire de la randonnée sur la presqu'île. Merci à Madame Mottet pour son accueil et sa disponibilité. Nous reviendrons ☺

Ein toller Ausgangspunkt und Rückzugsort
Das Haus hat uns sehr gefallen und die Platzverhältnisse sind gut. Der Garten ist traumhaft. Im Haus haben wir etwas gemerkt, dass durch die Reiseverbote schon länger niemand mehr gewesen ist, denn es war roch etwas klamm, muffelig, was aber nach ausgiebigen Lüften weg war. Schade war, dass Bettzeug und Handtücher, wenn benötigt extra kosten. Strom und Reinigung kam Pauschal auch dazu. Da wir nicht in der Hauptsaison da waren, war der Preis aber dennoch ok.
Die Lage vom Hauses war toll, um von dort die super schöne Umgebung zu erkunden und sich dann abends gemütlich wieder zurück zu ziehen.
Insgesamt hat es uns sehr gefallen!

Jolie maison à 5 min de Crozon avec quelques déconvenues
Nous avons passé un bon séjour d'une semaine en couple dans cette maison réservée seulement 4 jours à l'avance. Elle fait partie d'un groupe de maison louées en saisonnier.
Le rapport qualité/prix pour la prestation proposée (surtout en moyenne saison) n'est pas optimal.
Points positifs :
- Au calme dans un hameau à 5 min de Crozon
- Grand jardin fermé avec barbecue (idéal pour enfants)
- Maison en pierre typiquement bretonne avec du charme
- Poêle à bois avec bois fournis
- Personne sur place très gentille et disponible
- A 5 min à pied de l'océan coté rade de Brest (anse de Saint Fiacre / Rostellec) où vous trouverez de jolis cygnes
Points négatifs :
- L'annonce mentionne "vue mer" mais c'est faux, ou alors en plein hiver sans les feuilles des arbres en regardant par le velux de l'étage sur la pointe des pieds :)
- Très bas de plafond dans de nombreux endroits de la maison (dont la cuisine et la chambre), portes à 170 cm (nous avons eu quelques bosses sur la tête !) => parfait si vous êtes des personnes de petite taille
- Nous pouvions entendre les voisins éternuer à travers le mur mitoyen de la chambre centrale (locataires saisonniers également)
- La suite parentale (avec une salle de bains et une belle hauteur sous plafond) dispose d'un lit 140 avec un matelas très vieillissant et inconfortable, tandis que la chambre secondaire avec un lit 160 et un bon matelas n'a que 2m sous plafond et une porte à 170cm : un peu oppressant. Nous avons opté à regret pour le bon matelas, au détriment de la salle de bains et d'une porte et un plafond à hauteur normale. Dommage, il suffirait d'inverser les lits pour gagner vraiment en confort.
- Equipement cuisine minimaliste, rien n'est fourni, pas même un torchon, un sac poubelle ou une éponge
- Pas de guide de bienvenue pour lister le fonctionnement de la maison, trouver le wifi, etc.
- Télétravail impossible : Connexion wifi de 1 Mbps en download et 0,3Mbps en upload, largement insuffisante pour télétravailler à 2, et couverture réseau mobile très très limité (zéro barre sur Orange et Bouygues dans la maison, 1 barre à l'extérieur) => il faudrait le préciser dans l'annonce car "connexion wifi" est très flou !

Un accueil et un suivi remarquables
Maison agréable, jardin parfait pour les enfants et pour une pause lecture au soleil...même en février! Nous avons rencontré un problème de lave-vaisselle; les propriétaires et Mme Mottet ont tout mis en œuvre pour nous dépanner. Nous recommandons cette maison d'une propreté remarquable et gérée par une dame très gentille et compétente dont le seul soucis fut que l'on passe de bonnes vacances.

Geräumig und trotzdem sehr gemütlich
Wir wurden sehr freundlich empfangen, auch die etwas verspätete Ankunft wegen Verkehrstaus war kein Problem. Über die Flasche Cidre als Willkommensgruß haben wir uns sehr gefreut.
Das Haus ist wunderschön, gemütlich und trotzdem sehr geräumig, man hat viel Platz. Die Küche ist hell, vom Esstisch hat man einen wunderschönen Blick in den Garten mit Apfelbäumen.
Die Ausstattung der Küche ist gut, nur fehlt es an Topfdeckeln.
Mit den Fahrrädern waren wir in 10 Minuten am netten Strand Trez Rouz, Crozon (mit Markt fast jeden Tag, Cafés und Boulangerie) ist mit dem Auto schnell erreichbar. Ein hervorragender Ausgangspunkt um die ganze Halbinsel zu erkunden! Wir hatten eine wundervolle Woche und haben uns vor allem in diesem Haus sehr wohl gefühlt!

Idyllisches Haus in der Natur.
Schönes Haus mit tollem Garten, ideal mit Hunden, ruhige Lage. Leider mussten wir 3 Stunden warten, check in um 16 Uhr hat leider nicht geklappt. Empfang war sehr nett und zuvorkommend. Wir kommen gerne zurück. Schöner Urlaub verbracht.

Pas d accueil à l arrivée du coup pas informé de l existence d un local à vélo ou d un parasol
À l arrivée il a fallu réparer le réfrigérateur nettoyer le lave vaisselle et la cocotte minute les couettes étaient tachées réclamer une serpillière donc un décevant par rapport au prix de la location

Magnifique maison décorée avec goût. On a passé des chouettes soirées autour du feu (on a pas eu de chance avec la météo).
Possibilité de faire des très belles balades sur les sentiers côtiers (GR34).
Pour les personnes à mobilité réduite, il y a 2 chambres au rez-de-chaussée dont une avec une salle de bain.

Le charme d une vieille maison bretonne rénovée
La maison est très agréable dans un environnement très calme ( mais il faut une voiture ) / la literie est confortable et l équipement suffisant
La réception a été assurée très gentiment par mme Mottet ... malgre une réception un peu retardée par un nettoyage plus long que prévu de la maison du à l état laissé par les précédents locataires
Les propriétaires sont charmants et nous ont permis de déguster de délicieux produits de leur pêche
Nous recommençons cette maison et nous espérons y revenir

Excellent accueil et merveilleux accès à toute la presqu’île seul inconvénient il faut prendre la voiture pour tout. Louer des vélos est conseillé. On y accepte les chiens. Super vacances.

Ruhig aber zentral gelegener Ort auf der Halbinsel Crozon.
Liebevoll eingerichtetes altes Haus in ruhiger Lage. An Komfort hat nichts gefehlt und die Weitläufigkeit des Gartens ist großartig. Wir waren zwei Familien und insgesamt 8 Personen und der Platz war wirklich ausreichend.

Caroline responded quickly to any queries I had beforehand and Mme Mottet was very helpful when we arrived. The house is lovely, 4 spacious bedroom and enough room in the living space. The kitchen is good and the dining area is lovely overlooking the garden. Our children enjoyed the garden. The beach which is 400 yards away is not a bathing beach but it is great for beach combing and looking at wildlife. It is a beautiful area and the nearest services are a short drive away.
We would consider returning again if we decided to holiday in Brittany.

Une semaine merveilleuse !
Une maison typique correspondant tout à fait à nos attentes avec un terrain spacieux ou nos chiens pouvaient profiter eux aussi.... La cuisine un peu petite pour 6 car chacun s'y précipitais afin de préparer nos bons produits issus de la pêche à pied et de la pêche en mer pour certain. Nous avons passé une semaine exceptionnelle dans un cadre magnifique accompagné de calme et tranquillité à cette époque et avons eu la chance de rencontrer le papa du propriétaire qui est plus que sympathique !!! Merci nous reviendrons....
