House located in a residential area 400m from the beach, 100 m from the forest, 2.5 km from the center of La Tranche sur Mer. House composed of a living room with kitchenette, two bedrooms (bed 140), a mezzanine with three beds of 90, a bathroom, toilet and garage. The ground of 230 m ² is closed with a tiled terrace and its solar shower displayed south at the back of the house. A garden, sun baths, barbecue, games beaches, society, petanque, Molky are available. And for your baby, a high chair, an umbrella bed, a bath are also available. The supervised beach from July to August is 400 m away with a surf school and a bar. A free shuttle bus runs every half hour during the high season, the stop is 200m from the house. We stayed for two weeks during the super hot weather in July. The property was clean, well equipped and comfortable. The beds were firm and we slept like logs! The location is perfect for the beach which is just a short walk away. Stephanie was on hand if needed via text or phone. Her instructions and assistance when needed was spot on and helpful. Thank you so much for making our stay fantastic 👍

Toller Urlaub
Die Buchung und Kontaktaufnahme lief einfach und sehr freundlich ab. Rechtzeitig vorher haben wir alle nötigen Anreiseinformationen erhalten. Das Haus ist schön und sehr ruhig gelegenen in einer Sackgasse, Luftlinie zum Meer ca. 200 Meter. Man kann bei Flut und offenem Fenster die Wellen im Bett zum einschlafen hören. Wir haben das Haus sehr sauber und ordentlich vorgefunden. Es ist alles da was man braucht und sogar deutlich mehr als in anderen Häusern üblich. Die Betten waren auch sehr bequem. Wir waren zu viert in dem Haus, da war es sehr praktisch, dass die Toilette separat war. Der Garten ist fast uneinsehbar und auch für kleine Kinder sicher. Die Außendusche war sehr praktisch wenn man vom Strand kam. Alles in allem war es ein toller Urlaub und es gibt nichts zu bemängeln. Wenn wir wieder nach La Tranche reisen, dann gerne wieder in diesem Haus! Vielen Dank an Stéphanie und Florent G. für die freundliche Behandlung! Grüße Christina

Super verblijf
Bij aankomst zag de woning er keurig uit. In de woning zelf is echt alles aanwezig wat je nodig zou kunnen hebben. Het speelgoed werd heel erg gewaardeerd door mijn zoontje.
Het strand is zo’n 200 meter lopen en er zit een kleine surf school bij het strand. Vanaf de woning loop je in een kwartier richting de vuurtoren.
De supermarkt is ongeveer 9 minuten met de auto. Ook heel goed te doen.
Wij zijn ontzettend tevreden over ons verblijf en willen bij deze de gastvrouw Stéphanie en Florent nogmaals bedanken voor het aangename verblijf!

La maison est propre, bien équipée et bien placée. On peut profiter de la plage, de la forêt et des jeux pour les soirées! Maison au top pour un séjour sur La Tranche.

Wir hatten eine wunderbare Zeit und haben besonders die Strandnähe genossen. Das Haus hat alles, was man für einen Urlaub in Familie braucht.

location idéale
Nous avons beaucoup apprécié cette location très calme à cette période de l'année . elle est idéalement située pour se rendre à pied sur le bord de mer et elle est très confortable . De plus nous avons pu profiter de la terrasse et déjeuner au soleil plusieurs fois pendant notre séjour.

Nous avons une super semaine très reposante dans ce gîte qui dispose de tous les équipements souhaités. Les propriétaires sont très sympathiques et ont été très réactifs à notre demande. Nous le recommandons fortement.

Une chouette destination!
Nous avons passé un excellent séjour à La Tranche Sur Mer. La maison est idéalement placée, à 2 minutes à pieds de la plage. La terrasse est très agréable, le garage pratique pour ranger les vélos, la maison bien équipée en général. La Tranche est une station familiale très sympa, et top pour les balades en vélo. Une chouette destination!

Maison très agréable à vivre
Formidable séjour dans cette jolie maison très bien agencée. Très gentille attention également la part de Mme Gauthier pour notre arrivée. Très bien située pour la plage et les balades à pied ou à vélo. Je conseille vivement cette location . Mr et Mme Gauthier sont des gens charmants et toujours là si vous avez besoin d'un renseignement.

An excellent holiday property, especially if you have children.
The property had everything you could want for a beach holiday - the beach was only 400 yards away - and you could even hear the sea. It was well equipped internally and with every beach game/equipment you coud want in the garage, especailly if you have youngish children. The owner spoke very good English which was good because ours almost none. La Tranche was only a reasonable walk away and there is vibrant and had lots of bars and cafes. All in all, very good.

Super Haus - Entspannung pur
Liebevoll gepflegtes und geschmackvoll eingerichtetes Ferienhaus mit Vollausstattung in sehr gepflegter Ferienhaussiedlung. Lage zwischen Strand und Wald excellent. Super Süd-Terrasse mit Außendusche. Fahrrad oder Auto vor Ort erforderlich. Der Ort ist nett und bietet alles inkl. anspruchsvoller Lädchen, also nicht nur Touri-Nepp, in 3 km Entfernung vom Haus. Die Vermieterin ist sehr sympathisch und hilfsbereit. Ich würde es wieder buchen.

Sehr schönes Haus in toller Lage
Ein sehr schönes Ferienhaus, ruhig gelegen und nur fünf Minuten vom Strand entfernt. Das Haus ist mit allem ausgestattet, was man braucht, hat eine sehr schöne Terrasse mit großem Tisch, an dem wir schon morgens den ersten Kaffee genossen haben. Die Vermieterin sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit, alles hat völlig problemlos geklappt.
Wir waren Ende Mai dort, das Wetter war toll, der Strand noch leer und wir konnten jeden Tag im Meer baden, obwohl das Wasser noch sehr kalt war. Wir können das Haus ohne Einschränkungen empfehlen. Die Betten sind gut, alles war sauber und gepflegt.

Perfect location, perfect house
A very short 5 minute walk to the beach, which is lovely. On arrival at the beach there is a really good surf school and a funky beach themed little bar/cafe. The house was just right for our family, plenty of space, all immaculately clean and extremely well equipped. A real home from home, with lots of games and DVDs etc. We ate every lunch and evening meal out on the terrace under the tree. Everything is thought of, including washing line outside and a clothes rack inside for drying swimming things and there is access to the garage, very useful for storing bikes etc. We can't think of a single negative comment and plan to return next year!!

Familien Ferien
Das wunderbare Ferienhaus hat unsere Erwartungen sogar noch übertroffen. Wir wurden herzlich empfangen von Madamme Gauthier. Das Haus ist sehr gut ausgestattet, uns hat nichts gefehlt. Auch war es sehr sauber.
Die nähe zum Strand, welchen wir im Mai fast für uns hatten war einfach nur Perfekt.
Unsere drei Kinder im Alter von 1 - 4 1/2 konnten sich im und ums Haus bestens mit den vorhandenen Spielsachen verweilen. Auch der nahe Wald bietet viele Möglichkeiten etwas zu unternehmen. Überhaupt ist die Region sehr schön!
Wir empfehlen es gerne weiter und ziehen es auch in Betracht selbst wider hin zu fahren!

La maison est un vrai petit nid douillet, on s y sent bien tout de suite.
L océan est à quelques foulées et la vue y est superbe !

Die Ferienwohnung ist genial: die Nähe zum Strand und zum Bäcker. Es passt einfach alles. Wir haben supertolle Tage hier verbracht. Auch die Vermieter sind sehr nett.
Vraiment génial et super gentil. Nous avons vraiment aimé la proximité à la plage et à la boulangerie. Nous avons passé un très bon séjour. Les propriétaires sont très gentils.

Week end top top
Super week end dans cette jolie maison de vacances,propre, pratique et avec tout à disposition, à deux pas de la mer, ballade au bord de l'eau, ballade à vélo, apero dans le jardin, et nuits très reposantes. Ville très sympa c'était au top.
