The villa is located on the heights of Gruissan in a privileged natural environment, outside the summer tumult and nevertheless 3 minutes from the port.
The villa can accommodate up to 7 people.
Ground floor: dining area with an American kitchen (4 induction hotplates, oven, dishwasher, washing machine, microwave, hood, fridge), living area with sofa, flat screen TV, 1 bathroom with walk-in shower 'Italian + 1 WC, 1 bedroom with double bed (140x190) and cupboards.
Air conditioner.
Upstairs: 1 bedroom with double bed (140x190) and beautiful SEA VIEW, cupboards, 1 bedroom with bunk beds (90x190), 1 mezzanine bed (90x190) and terrace access (10 m2) + cupboards, bathroom with large walk-in shower Italian, separate WC.

Lieu idéal hors saison

Maison sympathique, bien équipée, à proximité de tout : port, commerces de bouche, plage et syndicat d'initiative pour connaître les lieux de balade. Le propriétaire est très avenant et explique très bien comment y accéder. Nous envisageons d'éventuellement y retourner : la région se prête à une foule d'activités, même avec la pandémie.

Nous avons eu un excellent contact téléphonique avec le propriétaire qui a été très arrangeant sur les horaires d'arrivée et de départ. Le logement est agréable, propre et rien ne manque. Nous reviendrons sans problème. Merci

L accueil de la gérante est serviable et précis. Par contre le logement n était pas propre les poubelles pas vidées. Le logement meriterait d etre rénové.

maison bien cituè.proche de tout à pied bien èquipèe.petits bèmol.salles d eau un peu ètroites, rien pour poser sa serviette à l interieur de celles ci. à notre arrivèe ,il a falu chercher les draps dans les placards,et pas simple car ceux ci etaient mèlangès (les grands et petites taille) couette de la chambre du bas ètait sale heureusement qu il faisait bon et que nous n avons pas eut à l utiliser. merci à madame fransesca,qui à ètè arrangeante pour les heures d arrivèe et de depart

Maison très agréable ! Belle literie, rien ne manque. Jardin ombragé et à l'abri du vent. Très bien située : à pied à 5mn du port, des commerces de proximité. Rien à dire. Je recommande cette villa.

Fue una odisea para encontrar el apartamento,menos mal q nos acompaño un vecino muy amable y todo por no darnos la direccion exacta, despues de pedirsela varias veces. En el baño de la planta baja , el lavabo sigue estando atascado y no traga el agua despues de un año o mas que ya lo comento el anterior inquilino. Una de las literas de la planta superior tuvimos q apretarle los tornillos por que estaba a punto de desmontarse con el consiguiente peligro para mi hija. Y en el momento que poniamos el lavavajillas y el microondas , saltaba el difererencial. La limpieza bastante justita.El patio donde estaba una barbacoa oxidada y que no pudimos utilizar , muy sucio. En resumen,apartamento muy descuidado. NO RECOMENDABLE.

Bei dem Objekt handelt es sich um ein Reihenhaus in einer Ferienhaussiedlung auf einem kleinen Hügel. Der nächste Badestrand ist ca. 500 m entfernt. Positiv: Die Lage ist sehr ruhig. Es gibt genügend Parkplätze in nächster Umgebung. Die Austattung der Küche ist gut, die Geräte sind modern und funktionstüchtig. Das Haus scheint in letzter Zeit renoviert worden zu sein. Die Bäder sind neu und die Heißwasserversorgung funktioniert einwandfrei. Negativ: Das Haus wirkte vernachlässigt. Es gab einige Mängel, die bei einem gründlichen Durchgang leicht festzustellen und danach auch leicht zu beheben gewesen wären. Einige Beispiele: Das Haus war bei unserer Ankunft nicht wirklich sauber. Im Mülleimer befanden sich noch Essensreste, der Ameisen angelockt hatte, mit denen wir dann während des ganzen Aufenthaltes zu kämpfen hatten. In den drei Schlafzimmern fehlt eine Deckenbeleuchtung, es gibt nur sechs Nachtischlampen von denen vier defekt waren. Bei drei der Betten waren die Lattenroste teilweise gebrochen. Auf der Terasse befanden sich zwei Liegestühle, einer davon war defekt. In einem der Bäder war der Ablauf des Waschbeckens verstopft.

Sehr nettes Haus/ sehr gute Lage

Die obere Etage hat schon einen neuen ansprechenden Fußboden (Laminat).Im Untergeschoss ist noch der alte doch etwas verbrauchte Steinfußboden. Die Bäder U und OG sind beide sehr schön neu gefließt. Die Küche ist angenehm groß mit allem , was zwei Familien zum Kochen benötigen. Leider gab ist zu wenig funktionierende Lampen. Und der Grill war durch Rost nicht zum Grillen geeignet. Trotzdem zusammengefasst eine schöne Ferienwohnung. Wir haben den Aufenthalt sehr genossen.

Maison en mauvais état trou sur le carrelage de la cuisine avec des enfants c'est un peu dangereux. Pas de serviettes en arrivant et les lits n'étaient pas fait. Sinon bonne situation, on fait tout à pied.

Maison très agréable, très bien équipée et fonctionnelle pour 2 familles (6 personnes ). Elle très bien située pour le trail de Gruissan. Nous nous sommes déplacés à pied tout le we. Très belle découverte d'un restaurant "le Sarmant" au centre ville. Bon accueil de Francesca, arrangeante sur les horaires d'arrivée et de départ (nous étions hors saison). Patricia.
