Dream getaway! Will definitely be back with the rest of the family

My stay was spoiled by the inattention to the room.

Repairmen were nice. Staff was friendly.

The room had a leaking air conditioner (wet floor) when we arrived. Called the front desk and said they were going to send someone to repair. 1/2 hour later, no one had come, called again and they did finally send someone. Took 1/2 hour, during which time we could not use the facilities. As soon as they left, we turned on the faucet in sink and it was leaking on the floor. Called back and the repairmen came back to fix it. At the high prices they charged, the whole experience was very disappointing and the staff was contacted and they did not even respond to my text. I told them on check-out, and they took $150 off my bill. I will NEVER go back to this facility. The management is awful.

Fabulous tropical vibe excellent food great for families not couples

Fun hotel very tropical vibe excellent food Right on ocean Rooms are dated but comfortable Kids allowed to run rampant Would never go back as it’s unbearable Kids sitting in laps of parents at the bar kids throwing footballs in front of live music.

No supervision of children And no separate play space for children Rooms are dated need upgrades

It was a very nice place to stay, but very expensive for what it was.

Nice swimming pools, food and drink service at the pool.

Room was in need of renovation, bathroom wasn’t really very clean. It was very expensive.

We loved the property with its walking paths throughout. The location is close to lots of restaurants, shopping and fish

Sigh…I miss the days when you didn’t have to pay such exorbitant prices for the Cheeca

Have been visiting here for years, enjoy the property and location. Front desk checkin staff very welcoming.covered parking a plus.

Prices have gone up considerably with no real increase in amenities. Also could only locate one hot tub for the whole property??

My husband and I had a relaxing and romantic stay. Will return for sure!!

It felt like we were on our own private island. Absolutely beautiful! The spa is exceptional as well. Love that they have an “adults only pool”.

Beautiful resort lodge with all the amenities you could ever ask for with a top notch staff.

This lodge really felt like a private resort. It was gated to ensure guest privacy. We were greeted at check-in with a free champagne and the staff were all so friendly. It was super clean, well decorated, and had so many amenities, we could have easily stayed longer. The gym was lovely and air-conditioned, providing Pelatons and other high-quality equipment. There were multiple pools, including adult-only, beach access, free kayaks and bicycles, which was one of the highlights of our stay.

Our only complaint throughout the entire stay was the walls seemed to be paper thin in our room. We could clearly hear our neighbor's conversations in the room next to us and knew exactly what TV show they were watching. Because of this awareness, we were nearly whispering in our room so as to not disturb our neighbors. Better soundproofing would be beneficial.

This resort truly is spectacular! However, they really need to do some thing about the manager that runs the pool area.

I have enjoyed staying at cheeka Lodge many times. it really is our “go to” weekend getaway!

it’s amazing how returning to one of your favorite spots can have one person change your image of the place. The reason I say this is because that one person was the manager over the pool area. I have never been threatened with having security called, and actually calling them to come over to me at such a high priced resort. Needless to say, It was pretty embarrassing. The manager, Kivia did not even want to come speak to me when I requested to speak to the manager. Instead, she called security. It was a bit windy, so I understand the safety behind not wanting umbrellas open, but when they are open on the beach side… well that just makes no sense. Especially, when we had it open and it posed no harm.

Great hotel and location but perhaps a bit overpriced for what it is

Friendly staff, great pools there was a games room for the kids.

The restaurants in the hotel were not very exciting. The beach was not smooth sandy. The games room proved very small as it was sadly raining for 2days of our 3days stay.

Won't be returning, despite the fact that we have stayed at Cheeca 5 times.

Location of the room and the room itself was nice.

Lost power, no water which meant couldn't flush toilets. Way too many loud kids! Food was ok, but very expensive.
